Why Talasani Resignation not Accepted?
Former TDP Leader Talasani Srinivas Yadav joined in ruling party TRS and take the charge as Minister under KCR government. Before taking the charge, Talasani had announced that he resigned for his membership to the Assembly. Talasani Srinivas Yadav was elected as TDP nominee from Sanat Nagar Assembly Segment over TRS nominee Vital by a margin of 27,500 votes in 2014 elections.
Secunderabad is his native constituency. Talasani was elected four times from Secunderabad Assembly Segment. Talasani was lost in 2009 general elections from Secunderabad Assembly Segment over Congress rival and cine actress Jaya Sudha. Talasani changed his constituency from Secunderabad to Sanath Nagar. Sanath Nagar has majority of Non-Telangana votes that helped Talasani victory.
Talasani has never ever participated in Telangana agitation during his entire political career. But KCR wants to invite into TRS and offered ministry to strengthen TRS in the city. As per media reports, Talasani sent his resignation letter to Telangana Spekaer Madhusudana Chary for acceptance. TDP also moved its petition against Talasani for his defection.
Speaker did not take any decision on Talasani Resignation. As per IB reports, KCR got information on Talasani victory again from Sanath Nagar if there is bye-election in the segment. People were strongly believed that he joined in TRS because of the Ministry.
KCR’s historic entry into Annapurna Studios!
Once cannot forget how KCR had announced publicly that he would take over the lands of Akkineni Nagarjuna but on Friday, the state witnessed an unusual bonhomie when Nagarjuna drove straight into KCR’s residence carrying Amitabh Bacchant.
Later in the evening KCR did the honors by giving ANR award to Big B and for the first time praised late ANR saying he was instrumental for Telugu film industry shifting from Chennai to Hyderabad and he was a fan of him and watched most of his and ANR films.
During T-movement, there have been many accusation that they would demolish Annapurna which was given away at cheap rates in 70s but now costs hundreds of crores and is an asset that belongs to TS. But KCR has now set the record straight that there would be no more unnecessary animosity by visiting RFC and Annapurna studios.

Akkineni Scion Akhil’s Film debut is one of the most awaited and most talked about event in Telugu film industry and Telugu audience for a long time. The shooting will begin with a fight and it will take place in the Old City of Hyderabad. This fight is designed to be one of the major highlights of the film with Akhil as the center of attraction. The shooting from then will go nonstop till completion. VV Vinayak recently successfully launched Senior Producer Bellamkonda Suresh’s son, Bellamkonda Srinivas with Alludu Seenu. The film was a big hit and Nagarjuna wants Vinayak to do the same with his scion too.
Nithin and his father Sudhakar Reddy will be producing this prestigious film. This is the first time ever Nithin producing a film. If the buzz emerging from Filmnagar is to be believed, the makers of Akkineni Akhil’s debut project has finalized young Bollywood beauty, Amyra Dastur as the female lead. Amyra made her filmy debut last year in Hindi opposite Pratiek Babbar with ‘Issaq’.
She is also currently starring in Tamil film ‘Anegan’ opposite Dhanush under KV.Anand’s direction. It is said that the makers have earlier planned to rope in Alia Bhatt for the movie but they could not get bulk dates of her due to her very busy schedule. So they have opted to go with Amyra Dastur.
Mahesh Babu’s New Year Celebrations
Superstar Mahesh Babu will be celebrating the New year eve in Dubai along with his family. The actor is already in Dubai with his family and will be staying there till January 1st. He will be back to Hyderabad on January 2nd and will begin the next schedule of his upcoming movie under the direction of Koratala Siva. A song will be canned on Mahesh Babu in this new schedule in a set erected in Ramoji film city.
Mahesh Babu has a tough year in 2014. Both this releases this year, 1-Nenokkadine and Aagadu have bitten dust very badly. The actor is licking his wounds and is eager to make a comeback to the winning ways with this new film. There are rumours that the movie is titled ‘Srimanthudu’. The makers are targeting May 1st release for the movie to cash the Summer holidays. This film is the first combination of Mahesh Babu and Shruti Hassan in a film.
Earlier the slender actress danced for an item number in Mahesh Babu’s Aagadu. Touted to be commercial action entertainer like Koratala’s debut film, Mirchi, the movie has Jagapathi Babu playing father of Mahesh Babu. Popular Overseas distributors Mytri Film Makers are turning producers for this film. Yerineni Naveen, Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar (Thammudu) and CVM (Mohan) are the producers. Devi Sri Prasad will be composing the music.
Raghavendra Rao to direct Prabhas!
‘Darsakendrudu’ Raghavendra Rao who was instrumental in churning out several devotional films in the recent past may direct Young Rebel Star Prabhas in his next. The movie is the remake of Bhakta Kannappa which was a blockbuster of Prabhas’ uncle, Krishnam Raju. It is said that Prabhas may begin this movie shooting immediately after the shooting of Baahubali First Part.
It is expected that Baahubali will take at least 6 months for the post production and SS Rajamouli will be busy supervising that. Prabhas will be shooting for Bhakta Kannappa in this six months time. According to the sources, Raghavendra Rao is already busy preparing the bound script of the film. Baahubali shooting is in last stages. Patchwork scenes and minor talkie parts remain. They are being shot in Ramoji Film City now.
Fresh schedule has started from 28th December. After this, only two songs will remain in the movie. Rajamouli heroes have the history of delivering bitter flops after a hit from the director. The prime reason for the failures is that the subsequent films do not match the standards set by Rajamouli. So, Prabhas is being very careful in deciding his lineup after Baahubali.
ABN Reporter Arrested Ahead of KCR Visit
Police in Warangal district arrested ABN Andhrajyothy’s district incharge Middela Ranganath at Midnight 12.30 AM. SI Nagababu along with three police scaled the wall of his house at Ellambazar and informed him of his arrest going to the first floor. When asked why he was arrested, police said they are taking him into custody as a precautionary measure before CM KCR’s visit to the district.
They shifted him to Mattewada police station. Police didnot even allow reporter to use his phone. Earlier when KCR visited Warangal district, journalisits protested infront of him opposing ban on ABN Andhrajyothy and TV9.
They even went to the helipad and Kaloji celebrations venue and protested strongly. During that time KCR threatened media that to survive in Telangana, media should salute them. Ban on ABN completes 200 days. According to sources apart from ABN, TV9 reporter and other journalists have been taken into preventive custody. Even SFI and ABVP leaders are not left behind.
When ABN brought it to the notice of Hyderabad cops, it created controversy and to reduce tensions they tried to sort the matter amicably. Ranganath was released at 1 AM with some conditions. He was warned not to step outside on Monday during CM KCR’s visit. Even other reporters are issued similar warning.
Pawan’s Fans Angry on Top Director
Pawan Kalyan’s fans vented out their anger on maverick director Ram Gopal Varma for his double entendre tweet. While heaping praises on Shankar’s upcoming magnum opus I, Varma gently expressed his doubt about PK which don’t go well with Pawan’s fans as his film is also scheduled for Sankranthi release.
RGV first wrote, “Oh my God! I heard Shanker is coming on Sankrantri …I wonder what will happen to PK.” After seeing the fury of Pawan’s fans RGV in his own style retaliated and stated that PK was meant for Aamir’s PK but not about Pawan Kalyan.
Clarifying it, RGV wrote another tweet,”Lot of people seem to be thinking I meant Pawan Kalyan by P K but I only meant P K f Aamir which I thought will run forever.” But with his latest tweet, RGV indirectly praised Aamir by stating that he had expected his film PK would run forever in the theatres.
The big question is that are there any serious takers for RGV’s comment?
Taapsee Prepares For Research On Muslims
