The real estate market has been going through different ups and downs in the last few years and the major place to get affected by it is the city of Hyderabad. Cut to the present, some of the real estate experts are saying if you are looking at Hyderabad for investments then this is the best time. The reason being, there are no buyers and prices have come down significantly.
Earlier, Andhra people used to invest in the city because they owned Hyderabad as the capital. Some of them were planning to invest because they felt after retirement their kids will stay here. But now that bifurcation has happened they are not feeling connected to Hyderabad.
They are holding their investments with them and looking towards the new capital Vijayawada and local areas accordingly. So, if you are looking at Hyderabad still then here is a list of areas you can check out- Ayyappa society, Manikonda, Gachibowli, Kondapur, Narsingi etc.
Many ventures have come created by big corporate. Of course, you also need to be careful because some plots in Ayyappa Society are being deemed as unauthorized. While it is a good time to invest but it is important to check all legalities. Even water facility is also important. Wherever water is not there, sale is not happening.
