Still, Samantha has apologized for not making to the celebrity cricket match showcasing her gentle, kindness. ‘Sorry couldn’t participate in the cricket match. Chennai bound. Work calls,’ posted Samantha on her Twitter page. Definitely Sam set a new precedent by publicly intimating that she couldn’t make it and why she couldn’t make it. Chiru Trying to Please Naidu?
Congress Rajya Sabha MP-Mega Star Chiranjeevi’s tete-a-tete with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on the sidelines of Memu Saitham’s Telethon is raising several eyeballs adding fire to speculations that Chiru is trying to impress Naidu. According to sources in the privy, Chiru has been inclined towards Naidu and contemplating to please him for his “future” political course of action.
Ever since Congress tasted a drubbing in 2014 polls, and a complete wipe out in AP, Chiru is reportedly mulling over to switch his loyalty to BJP. And he has come to terms by now that unless and until Naidu’s support, his prospects would seem bleak. No doubt, Chiru is a tall leader and it’s quite easy for him to join BJP fold. But considering Chiru’s stature, he definitely expects a position on par with his peers which definitely needs a strong backing from the people like Chandrababu Naidu.
Sources further add, “When Mr Naidu had arrived at venue, producer Suresh Babu greeted him and later rushed towards Chiranjeevi so that the duo would sit aside and patch up their differences. Chiru had accompanied Naidu throughout the event and in fact, anchor Suma, at the behest of producer Suresh Babu, announced that Chiru would address the gathering in front of AP CM on behalf of Telugu Film Industry.
This is clearly evident that Chiru & Co chalking plans to floor Babu. Even Babu too first named Chiru in his speech giving utmost priority to him.” The big question is that will Chiru’s strategy works? Let’s wait and see.
Top director’s Wife applied for Divorce
Well known director Priyadarshan and his actress wife Lissy have decided to end their marriage. Lissy filed for divorce Monday here. The couple have been married for 25 years and have two children who are currently studying abroad. “It is with profound sadness that I am announcing that I and Priyadarshan have decided to get separated after 24 years of marriage.
I have filed for divorce today (Monday) in Chennai family court. Both our children and close friends are aware of this decision,” Lissy, said in a statement. Priyadarshan is a well known filmmaker who known for his comedy films and he directed films in across all major film industries like Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.
He directed two films in Telugu Nirnayam and Gaandeevam, starring Nagarjuna and Balakrishna respectively.Reportedly, things turned bitter between the couple since the beginning of the year. Lissy was 16 when she first met Priyadarshan on the sets of his 1984 film “Odaruthammava Alariyam”, and fell in love during the course of the shoot.
Earlier, there were rumours suggesting that former actress Lissy and Priyadarshan are planning to get divorced but the director condemns the news.There were speculations that Lissy had demanded ₹80 crore as remuneration from Priyadarshan.
Gopala Gopala music lifted from Cherry’s Flop Movie
Much-awaited Venky-Pawan starrer ‘Gopala Gopala’ first look motion poster released on Friday and it took internet by storm.The background music composed by Anoop was the real strength and he enthralled us with his wonderful flute feat and the music has set perfect backdrop for the flick.Now some of the fans of Pawan Kalyan claiming that the music bit was lifted by Anoop directly from Mega Power star Ram charan’s Orange movie.
The music bit was appeared as composition of Harris Jayaraj in the movie Orange of Ram Charan.Music lovers caught this red handedly and posted a video on youtube comparing the music bits from Orange and Gopala Gopla.No complaints, it is just an observation.However this is not the first time our tollywood makers facing copy allegations.
Earlier music directors like Manisharma and Taman also faced similar type of allegations. It is just not small film makers who are indulging in such activity, directors like Rajamouli in connivance with Arka Media too lifted the publicity material of Bahubali from a Hollywood film and customised it to suit their film. There is no complaints, it is just an observation.

Lakshmi Parvathi to meet Modi – Pranab
In what is considered as shocking and surprising to many, YSRCP leader and late NTR’s wife Lakshmi Parvathi would be meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Pranab Mukherjee. The buzz is that Ms Parvathi has been invited for India TV’s popular show ‘Aap Ki Adalat’ which is going to celebrate 21 years of its successful run. The show has been running since 1993 and said to be synonymous with India’s eventful journey.
This Dec 21, the show will complete 21 years and hence it has planned to celebrate grandly. Apart from PM and President, the channel also invited ministers, top bureaucrats, judges and cricketers, business tycoons, politicians. Comedy King Disappoints!
The first name that springs to mind when one talks of comedy, then it’s Brahmanandam. The moment he comes, people go crazy and if he says anything, people totally go berserk. After expecting a lot, people were utterly disappointed with the kind of comedy done by Brahmanandam during the ‘Memu Saitam’ show.
All the jokes that Brahmanandam said were stale and have been told by him many times in the past. In fact, late AVS also performed to such jokes several times in the past. Also, it appeared as if Brahmanandam was not at all involved in the act. In fact, many top directors planned skits with Brahmanandam.
But he could not perform to any as he could not make time for rehearsals prior to the programme. On the other hand, the entire programme seems to have been planned in a rush. Barring cricket and kabbadi which were entertaining, all other acts were routine. So, one cannot single out Brahmanandam after all!
