Boiling Star Bablu aka ’30 years’ Prudhvi as finally got recognition as a good actor with Gopichand’s ‘Loukhyam’. Based on Hijra’s lives, director Indramohan made a film called ‘Third Man’ with Prudhvi as the main lead. Speaking about the movie, Prudvi said, “Actors like Kota Srinivasa Rao, Prakash Raj and Sarath Kumar have entertained audience in Hijra characters and I’m very happy to do this role. 

Apart from entertainment, ’Third Man’ has a message to the society “. Star cast includes Ashok Kumar, Narsing Yadav, Zakeer, Ghatikachalam and Tirupati Prakash etc. Puller Ghatikachalam provided the dialogues and Kolli Prasad handled the lens.

Well, the event that was trending through out the day with all the stars of Tollywood coming onto a single stage for a good cause to raise the fund for the Hudhud affected victims, has brought out many truths into lime light. During an interesting interview done by sizzling Samantha as a part of the event has been successful in making Trvikram reveal certain similarities between the top heroes of Tollywoood. 

When Trivikram had to speak about the bonding with the two stars. He replied immediately by revealing the actual similarity between the stars was to maintain a very simple life style. He said that they both are very down to earth and just have tow shirts and two pants in their wardrobe.

As yesterday’s “Memu Saitham” twelve hour event could still be noticed trending in Top 5 events on social networks across India, it’s time to recall some cute moments that have happened at the place. Especially at the “Dine With Stars” event, a trend of clicking selfies by heroes and heroines could be noticed. 

Living up to this viral trend, even hottest heroines have lent a hand at clicking seflies with their favorites from the industry. A birdie at the event chirped, most heroines showed interest to click a selfie with Allu Arjun all the time.

“Firstly it started with Kajal, then Tamanna and a horde of young actresses like Rakul Preet and Shanvi took to the beeline to click it with Bunny. We know that he enjoys huge patron among lady fan bases, but this chunk of heroines running after him is something unusual”, the source said. That makes Bunny the most clicked seflie boy at the event.

Okay, star heroines haven’t attended the yesterday’s “Memu Saitham” fund raising event for Hudhud victims, but some of them glittered like gold at before night’s Dine With Stars event. Smiles of Anushka, Kajal, Samantha and Tamanna have flashed all over. Among the other big starlets, we didn’t get a glimpse of Trisha, Shruti Haasan and Kajal. 

Do you know why? That’s tough to explain, but curvaceous beauty Shruti Haasan is busy shaking her legs for the ongoing song shoot of her latest Bollywood film. Along with John Abraham and Shiney Ahuja, she took it for a Sunday shooting of the movie ‘Welcome Back’ at Mehboob studios in Mumbai. One wonders, why couldn’t she cancel her shoot for the day and attend the “Memu Saitham” event. 

We are informed that the shooting got wrapped by 5 pm and that surprises us as she could catch a flight to Hyderabad and sizzle in the event for an hour at least during the concluding time. Was it so tough for this hottie to cancel Sunday’s shooting date? Shruti never missed an awards function, but gave Memu Saitham a miss. That’s reality folks!

Director-producer Ch Srinivas is no more. The 48-year-old Srinivas met with a road accident on Sunday at Nandigama, Kothur Mandal in Mahabubnagar district. The unfortunate incident took place when Srinivas was returning to Hyderabad from Bangalore by road. Srinivas is survived by wife Uma and two daughters. Born in 1966 in Devarakonda of Nalgonda district, Srinivas made his directorial debut with Circus Sattipandu in 1997. 

He had also produced and directed “Something Special” with debutantes. Srinivas later ventured into real estate and turned into a builder. His last rites were performed in Hyderabad on Monday. Education Minister of Telangana Jagadeshwar Reddy, Nakirekal MLA Veeresam, director Shankar and others participated and condoled Srinivas’ death.

There is no reason whatever to justify the absence of Powerstar Pawan Kalyan at the “Memu Saitham” telethon, despite the fact that the event is a hit even without stars. However, questions continue to haunt this numero uno star as cine lovers are quite shaken by his nonappearance at a crucial even that saw who-is-who of Telugu actors beaming smiles and radiating their aura around. 

Close circles of Pawan began spreading that the actor was down with fever, but that doesn’t explain the absence. If he is ill, then a video message straight to the venue would have done its job. On the flip side, Jr NTR made to the cricket match despite falling prey to mild fever. Some say that Pawan’s difference of opinion with Allu Arvind and other organizers of the event led to his absence.

But that explanation doesn’t seem to fit in, as many other archrivals like Mohan Babu, Rajasekhar-Jeevitha and other batch of producers have joined hands with so calld Arvind despite their differences. Is this not time to blur the differences and sound single? 

We have to see if Pawan will ever answer these questions are limits himself to ‘questioning’ like he does in the role of Janasena president. Until then, all these questions about his absence at Memu Saitham will haunt him, if at all publicly memory is not short-lived.

It’s not to offend anyone, but the talk among cine lovers says that victory Venkatesh and his producer brother Suresh Babu are the real heroes when it comes to “Memu Saitham”, the 12 hours telethon, that was held the other day. The program has its share of hits and misses, but looking at the pros we have to comment that Star Heroes haven’t lived up to expectations. Tell the name of one superstar who is visible at “Memu Saitham” event from morning to evening by participating in all the events including live shows on stage, cricket and kabaddi matches? 

Undoubtedly it is hero Venkatesh. Early in the morning, he is there cheering up Balayya when the latter is singing on stage. Later he took part in Kabaddi program, as an audience, and entertained crowds with his funny comments on Mohan Babu. Then he took to cricket, which anyway he is best at. Later in the night, he took to stage to croon in Antyakshari alongside Chiru. Venky is present at the event throughout the day and evening, and so is his brother Suresh Babu. Every single event witnessed Suresh tramping in the backyard, guiding a set of organizers, right from morning’s comedy events to the presence of AP CM Naidu. 

Coming to other stars, Chiranjeevi, Balayya and Nagarjuna are missing at certain places, while Mahesh can deliver a recorded program and Ram Charan is absent on a whole except for cricket match. Bunny and Rana are present in the evening, while Prabhas was seen only at ‘Dine with stars’ event. Pawan Kalyan, the big cut-out is missing out completely. The less we talk about star heroines is the better. Don’t we now agree that Suresh Babu and Venky are real heroes?
