Superstar Rajinikanth’s property in Hyderabad’s poshest area Banjara Hills is for sale? Well, it would be quite unbelievable for many but unfortunately it’s true. A highly-placed source in the know discloses that mighty star Rajnikanth is contemplating to sell his swanky property in order to settle the debt owed to financier Sobhan during “Vikrama Simha”( Kochadaiiyaan). 

Although Rajini owns few properties in Hyderabad, the property in Banjara Hills is said to be bigger than the rest. It’s learnt that initially he was reluctant to lose, but finally have come to terms with it. Rajni, who owes Rs. 8 crore to Sobhan, is thinking of handing it over to the the financier. Already, financier and friends visited the property to assess its value personally, but the deal is not fixed yet.

“Either Rajni sir has to return the money in cash or could hand over this property soon,” said the source. One big flop, seems to have disturbed the financial position of one the top stars of Indian cinema. Kochadaiiyaan directed by Soundarya Rajinikanth bombed at Box Office.

Nara Rohith’s upcoming movie ‘Rowdy Fellow’ is slated for a release on this Friday, November 21, across the globe. But what is still unclear about the movie’s chances in hitting the screens on the scheduled date. With Censoring still going on, one wonders when the Board will issue certificate and help the flick release on promoted date. According to reports, Censor Board officials are watching the flick right now at Prasad Labs in Hyderabad. 

By the time we got this information, they are halfway through watching second half of the flick. Probably officials will finish all the formalities by evening and issue a certificate. Generally they take 3 days to issue the certificate, but it is heard that Nara Rohit was given exception as screening of the flick got delayed due to non-availability of Censor members. By tonight, Certification is expected and then hard-disks of ‘Rowdy Fellow’ will start flying to screens across the globe. Hope everything goes well.

Much awaited movie of Nara Rohith, ‘Rowdy Fellow’ has gone through Censor scissors today. After examining the movie, screening committed has praised the director for his wonderful dialogues before awarding a U/A certificate with some beeps for few words. On a whole, movie length is going to be a highlight as it is crisply set for 2 hours 14 minutes. 

Debutant director Krishna Chaitanya carved this flick as a story of a rich and head-weighted Sub Inspector of Police, played by Rohith, and his journey in finding the real self and way to deal with society. Beautiful lady Visakha Singh is the heroine of the movie, while Rao Ramesh and Posani Krishna Murali are playing crucial characters in the flick. Movie is all set for Nov 21st release.

Already Telangana and Andhra Pradesh is fighting bitter battle of egos due to two egoistic politicians CM Chandra Babu Naidu and CM KCR ruling the two states respectively. As if this is not enough, Maverick director Ram Gopal Varma decided to add fuel to the fire with his controversial tweets getting ready to divide Gods between Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. 

Today he came with the following tweets driving wedge between Telaganana and Andhra people brining in Lord Balaji of Tirupathi, Andhra Pradesh and Lord Narasimhaswamy of yadagirigutta, Telangana.

“Is it Right that Telangana people pray to Andhra people’s Balaji more than their own Yadagiri Narasimha ?”

“I am not a believer in God but I feel it’s insulting to Yadagiri Narasimha that Telangana people pray to Andhra people’s Balaji more”

“Like you love your own country shouldn’t you be praying to your own states God instead of praying to another States God?”

“Isn’t it correctly wrong that Telangana people think of their own God Yadagiri Narasimha lesser than Andhra people’s God?”

“I am very happy the KCR is developing Yadagiri gutta nd I think this act of his wil make Telangana people realise the value of their own God”

Hero Daggubati Venkatesh was quick to react on the notices issued by Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC). Responding to GHMC notices on his property in Film Nagar, Road No 1, No 8-2-293/82/F/A/3, Venkatesh made it clear that the property is “no longer” under his “control” as it has been given for lease to one Munna Hospitality Services under the responsibility of its director P Pramod Kumar.

Venkatesh has released a set of documents comprising lease agreements, GHMC permission, property tax sheets and latest notices of GHMC. Venky set the record straight that everything is clear from his end. Meanwhile, earlier GHMC had served notices and asked the Drushyam star to respond on the matter within 10 days.
