Young Tiger Jr NTR and Puri Jagannath’s latest film Neno Rakam (tentatively titled) is progressing briskly with shoot. Have a look at the exclusive on locations pictures of the film from Goa. Tarak appeared in a cool avatar wearing trendy costumes and resisting photographer from taking the pic.Kajal wasn’t at her very best sans makeup. On the other hand, Prakash Raj goes for a complete makeover for this action entertainer and here is his new get-up.

It may be recalled that, NTR is portraying three different characters in the mass action entertainers and he will be seen as cop in one of the roles. For this movie, NTR even put on weight. The first look of the film will be released soon and makers are working on that. NTR and Puri duo earlier teamed for the dud Andhrawala where NTR was seen in dual roles as father and son. 

Kajal Agarwal is leading lady in the mass action entertainer being produced by Bandla Ganesh under Parameswara Arts Banner. Anoop is scoring music while Vakkantham Vamsi penned script. Neno Rakam is fast progressing with its shoot and already 25% of production work is wrapped up. The movie that has Kajal in female lead role is scheduled for Sankranthi release.

Senior Director Dasari Narayana Rao has directed his 150th film – Parama Veera Chakra with Nandamuri Balakrishna and the film went on to become a biggest disaster in the actor’s career. The failure almost sealed Dasari’s career. He attempted to start couple of films after Parama Veera Chakra but none of them actually materialized. Somehow he was able to convince Manchu Vishnu for a film titled ‘Erra Bus’. 

Dasari also played an important role in the film and Manchu Vishnu will be seen as the actor’s grandson in the movie. But we do not know what happened but Manchu Vishnu will be having limited screen presence for just 20-30 minutes. While in the original version, Manchu Vishnu’s role will be a full length character, Dasari reduced his role for just 20-30 minutes. 

However some ridicule that it will be a blessing in disguise for Manchu Vishnu since he will get lesser blamer for the movie failure which is bound to happen going by the feelers of the posters released so far. Erra Bus is remake of Tamil superhit ‘Manjapai’. Dasari had made enough changes to the script with out actually mimicking scene to scene. 

Catherine plays the female lead opposite Manchu Vishnu. Chakri has composed the music for the film. The makers are planning to release the film on November 14 and the audio release is planned for October 31.

Senior Music director, melody brama MM Keeravani who earlier shocked everyone by announcing his prior retirement date is again shocked everyone by making sensational comments on film fraternity. It is an open secret that film fraternity contains different people with different options, cheap politics, cut-price business tricks, etc but most of the popular celebrities in industry will not open up about their colleague’s offensive behavior in public. 

But, one of the softest natured people in industry Keeravani comments shocked many. In an interview to top most TV channel on Today, Keeravani said I felt difficult work with fool people in industry not for composing tunes. He said, “I worked with many fools in industry who doesn’t know how to behave their colleges, they never try to known the sensitiveness of music director”. 

He added, “I felt bad many times that i have been working with that kind of fool for many times”. He concluded as, “It is tough to compose simple tunes rather than making fast beat”. He earlier announced that his first song was recorded in Chennai on December 9, 1989, on the same day he decided to retire in 2016.

Is ace producer Bandla Ganesh a shrewd Box Office tactician. Much to the shock of all Bandla Ganesh not keen on shelling out huge bucks to Young Tiger NTR and top director Puri Jagannath along with bearing heavy production costs, stoped picking phone calls for many weeks.

Only after NTR and Puri Jagannath met him and assured that the film’s budget will not rise drastically and even prepared a road map, Bandla Ganesh opened funds tap. A source says “Project got delayed not because of some set or anything, rather Ganesh was keeping them at bay and doesn’t overspend again and get into financial mess”.

The source appreciates Gabbar Singh producer’s tactical gambit which played off following huge losses with Badshah and Iddarammayilatho. The source adds “Instead of desperately running behind the star and director to start the film, he preferred to go slow and tactic paid off”. Will other producers take cue from Bandla Ganesh?

Singer Suneetha has come up with a unique and novel idea to help the needful. Suneetha will be singing songs online as per her fans requests and will donate the revenue generated on these videos to the Hudhud cyclone victims. 

All we need to do is to listen to Suneetha’s song and share the video to our friends. More number of views will generate good revenue that will be donated to the cyclone victims. Choreographer-turned-filmmaker Raghava Lawrence has built a temple for his mother as a mark of respect, gratitude and love for her. The director of films like Mass, Style, Kanchana and Rebel has built temple near Chennai. More details regarding this are awaited.

However, this is not first time that Lawrence has built a temple. Earlier he built temple for Raghavendra Swamy at Thirumullaivayal on the Avadi-Ambattur route. Lawrence had brain tumor when he was a child and rarely been to school. He only got cured after his mother went to a temple of Raghavendra Swami and Lawrence strongly believes that it was Raghavendra Swami who cured him of his tumour. Since then, he became an ardent devotee of the deity and added Raghava to his name. 

Building temples is not new trend for people of Tamil Nadu. It has been there for a while. Especially fans have built temple for Khushboo, Namita etc. But building a temple for mother is definitely bolt out of the blue and a director like Raghava Lawrence doing it brings lot of attention.

Tollywood filmmakers are trying to remake Vijay, Samantha’s Kaththi directed by Murugadoss after the film got stunning collections in Kollywood. Tagore Madhu the producer even stopped the Vijay from going ahead with the dubbed version in Telugu, as he got idea to remake the film with Power Star Pawan Kalyan. 

However those who watched the film feels that Kaththi remake is extremely risky in Tollywood and unless until lot of changes are made in the original script, it is not viable in current form. Many felt Telugu viewers will feel the film as a documentary revolving around plight of farmers and their fight against corporate house. 

A source adds “Pawan films cannot be dry and preachy, because he is spirited and energetic star and audience would love his flamboyance. So along with message, it should be blended with commercial ingredients”. The source reminds “Earlier director Murugadoss Tamil film “Ramana” went for a complete makeover in “Tagore” and struck a chord, so similarly, knife(kaththi) should be polished” 

Pawan is all set to watch the special screening of the film before giving green signal and one can be sure that he will keep all these things in mind.

Karthikeya team is extremely tensed despite the stupendous success of the film. This is because Andhra Film Chamber of Commerce failed miserably to curb the pirated versions of the film doing rounds online. 

To the shock of the Karthikeya film unit, quality of the pirated version is perfect in rougue sites. It is known that generally pirated versions will be unclear and noisy but Kartikeya’s pirated version which was uploaded on the first day itself is extremely clear. 

Film unit are blaming a couple who are not doing enough to track the criminals. A furious unit member says, “Both husband and wife are drawing a salary of 1,35,000 per month (85,000 for husband and 50,000 for wife) but they haven’t done anything for us. Adding to our woes, they asked us to browse for the links and pass it on to them to take action, while its their job” . He laments “If It’s a big star film, they would put all the efforts to curb it, but for small films, they have no time”. 

Kartikeya starring Nikhil, Swathi directed by Chandu Mondeti is getting good response at the box office.
