With her successful streak in T-town, she thought of settling down in this property some time ago, but after few hits in B-town, her plans shifted to Bollywood and now is seriously planning to dispose of. 

“She is not willing to give it on lease, rather wants to dispose it off since she feels that property values are falling after bifurcation” says a source. The actress also own property in Mumbai (1plus crore flat in Bandra) and now staying in that house. Her mother Ms.Samira, has already met few aspiring buyers and to clinch the deal as soon as possible. Who’ll be the lucky one, who would move into actress abode. 

Nara Chandra Babu Naidu are all set to become grand fathers. Close Sources of the two families confirmed that Nara Lokesh and Brahmini couple are expecting a baby. Recently Brahmani visited the doctor who confirmed this good news.  The doctor also said that the baby inside the mother’s womb is absolutely fine and the growth of the baby is very good.

It is said that Balakrishna and Chandra Babu are very much excited with this news and are eagerly waiting for the new entrant. The delivery of the baby is expected in the summer of 2015. Chandra Babu’s only son, Lokesh and Balakrishna’s elder daughter Brahmini are married in 2007. Brahmini returned to India after completing her higher studies in America.

She is currently the executive director of the company and on the other side, Lokesh off late is involved in the day to day administration of the Telugu Desam Party. Sexy seductress Kajal Agarwal reportedly landed in troubles due to payment issues.Actor and producer Udhayanidhi Stalin has filed a complaint against Kajal Aggarwal in Tamil Film Producers Council (TFPC). Uday filed the complaint asking for their help to recover the 40 lakhs advance he paid her for the movie Nanbaenda.  

As per reliable sources, the actress was earlier signed to star in ‘Nanbenda’ and she was paid an advance of about Rs 40 Lakhs but due to unknown reasons the offer went to Nayanatara hands.  It was said at that time that Kajal might act with Udhay in his future movies and hence kept the advance with her. But it looks like Hansika will pair up with Udhay in his next movie. Hence Udhay has demanded Kajal for his amount but the latter didn’t paid heed.

Length of a movie is becoming a big worry these days. Slick editing and faster pace of movie is quintessential for biggies to score hits because dragged scenes are playing spoilsport. Recent cases of Anjaan and Rabhasa are best examples.

Despite having some decent moments, Surya’s Anjaan/Sikander failed to create an impact not just because of its cliched story line. The film was way too dragged as 2 hrs 41 mins of length looked too long for audiences to feel it. Even though producers trimmed around 20 minutes post release, hands have burnt by that time. Coming to Jr NTR’s Rabhasa, the movie is quite packed for that length of 2 hrs 30 mins as makers have chopped 15 minutes prior release. However, even that 2 hours 30 mins too looked tad excess. And now, Raviteja’s ‘Power’ got a length of 2 hours 27 minutes. Is this a worry or not?

Writer-director Bobby is quite sure that this length is perfect and there is no single scene or sequence that needs to be chopped to ramp the pace. Aiming for a September 12th release, he confirmed that there is need of trimming Raviteja’s ‘Power’ though length became worry in few past releases.

‘Telugu offers nothing much to perform, just they need glamour and we in turn get huge pay packet’, said Sridevi sometime back, kicking in the hornet’s nest. After moving to Bollywood, Sridevi never considered acting in Telugu movies unless she is doled out a bomb to come to Hyderabad. Also her take remained same forever that Tamil and Bollywood flicks have some female-centric scripts whereas there is nothing sorts of in Tollywood.

Echoing similar opinion, Ileana too kept Tollywood off her radar once getting good work in Hindi movies. Though she remained loyal to Telugu audiences by attributing her stardom to their patronage, she never showed interest in Telugu movies, as they are purely commercial ones needing only her glamorous side. ‘Telugu movies are far away from female-centric scripts. There is need of glamour only’, Sam said, while interacting with media in Chennai. Probably this is the time our makers should think why these ravishing starlets are feeling averse about Telugu movies after a time. Because after making these comments, eventually those starlets are moving away from Telugu tinsel town. That’s reality.

Well, we’re talking about Jr Lagadapati and film producer Lagadapati Sridhar. It’s common knowledge that his recent release Suriya-starrer Sikandar was a debacle at the ticket windows leaving distributors and exhibitors in financial tangle. With the stupendous losses incurred, all the distributors who bought the film are now after producer Lagadapati. They’re accusing that Lagadapati hasn’t done good pre-publicity and post-publicity of the film which further threw them into losses.

If reports are to be believed, Lagadapati has bought the film for Rs 12 Crore and made a profit of Rs 2 Crore by selling it to distributors. Buzz is that director-producer Linguswamy has given Rs 2 Crore to Lagadapati only to promote the film in Telugu. Apparently, Sridhar spent only Rs 50 Lakh on the film and “pocketed” the rest. 

Distributors have complained to Linguswamy over Lagadapati but in vain as it all fallen on his deaf ears. Unable to cope up the losses incurred, few distributors have now lodged complaints in Film Chamber. They also made it clear that they see to it that no others will buy his next film. Now Film Chamber is going to call Lagadapati and trying to settle the issue amicably. Looks like, Lagadapati has to dig deep in his pocket and pay the price for the losses unless going gets tough for his next films. Let’s wiat and see.
