Megastar Still In Dilemma Over His Next!

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s second innings got off to a great start but hit a few roadblocks on the way. He is making films faster than before and he is now giving chances to young directors as well. Recently, three of movies namely ‘Godfather’, ‘Bholaa Shankar’ and ‘Waltair Veerayya’ were on the sets at the same time. It is a quite rare achievement for someone who is nearing his seventies.
Everyone were shocked by his speed but it looks like he is slowing down on purpose once again. The disastrous result of ‘Bholaa Shankar’ made Chiru very alert. He is currently working on one film which is ‘Vishwambhara’. It is going to release on 10th January 2025 which means that there won’t be any movie from him in 2024.
There is a lot of confusion regarding his next movie after ‘Vishwambhara’. There are around 10 directors ready with a script and even the producers are ready with advances. But Chiranjeevi is in a dilemma over his next movie.
The list of directors includes Harish Shankar, Anil Ravipudi, Maruthi, Tamil director Hari, Kalyan Krishna, Nakkina Trinadh Rao, Anudeep and others. The list is getting bigger. Even renowned directors like Trivikram and Boyapati Sreenu are eager to work with the legendary actor. Chiranjeevi wanted to start a new project simultaneously with ‘Vishwambhara’ but he shelved that idea. He doesn’t want to start any new film till ‘Vishwambhara’ is done. This is the reason why he is not giving the green signal to any director.
He is reportedly asking for a full script and not just a storyline. There is no need for Chiru to rush his movies but he is still in a dilemma regarding who to choose among all the above-mentioned directors.
Sources say that he wants everything to be perfect before starting a project. This is the reason for the delay in announcing his next project. But the list of directors is increasing with each passing day. Let us wait and see what happens.
Big B To Become The Grandfather Of RC?

Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan is one of the biggest names in Indian cinema if not the biggest name. He is nearing his eighties now but he is carrying on in full speed even today. He played key roles in many big-budget films apart from doing lead roles and endorsing various brands. As we know, he did special roles in ‘Sye Ra’ and ‘Manam’.
He did the role of Ranbir Kapoor’s guide in ‘Brahmastra’. He will be seen in the next two parts as well. Apart from that, he will be seen playing a key role in Prabhas’ upcoming action saga named ‘Kalki 2898 AD’. The latest we hear is that the ‘Zanjeer’ hero is going to be a part of Ram Charan’s upcoming project.
This untitled movie is being directed by Buchi Babu Sana. Sources say that it is a story revolving around a grandson and his grandfather. If things fall in place, we will be seeing Amitabh Bachchan playing the role of Ram Charan’s grandfather. Buchi Babu has written a formidable script and fans are eagerly waiting to see how things turn out.
Janhvi Kapoor is the heroine in this movie and the opening ceremony has been done recently. Proudly presented by the leading production house Mythri Movie Makers, Venkata Satish Kilaru is venturing into film production. Oscar-winning composer AR Rahman will be giving the music. Rathnavelu is the cinematographer.
Did Sreeleela Make A Right Move By Not Acting In ‘Tillu Sqaure’?

The recent success of “Tillu Square” has sparked discussions around the casting choices for the film. While the movie, starring Siddu Bujja and Anupama Parameswaran, is enjoying a successful run at the box office, the news that Sreeleela was initially offered the female lead has generated debate.
Sreeleela was reportedly approached for the role but opted out after filming began. This decision was likely influenced by the film’s bold content, a departure from her established “girl-next-door” image. Sreeleela has continued to act in other projects, including “Guntur Karam” alongside Mahesh Babu, but hasn’t replicated the level of success seen in “Tillu Square.” Currently pursuing her MBBS studies, Sreeleela is expected to return to acting soon.
Anupama Parameswaran, facing a career slump despite her youth appeal, took on the role in “Tillu Square.” Embracing a more glamorous portrayal, she delivered a well-received performance, reviving her career prospects. However, some reports suggest Anupama’s decision stemmed from a lack of better offers, implying a degree of desperation. Nevertheless, “Tillu Square” has undoubtedly given her career a much-needed boost.
Sreeleela’s decision to prioritize her image raises questions about the choices young actresses face. While “Tillu Square” might have challenged her established persona, it could have also propelled her career forward. Conversely, Anupama’s willingness to embrace a bolder role paid off, demonstrating the potential rewards of taking calculated risks.
Whether Sreeleela will eventually embrace more diverse roles remains to be seen. With upcoming projects like “Ustaad Bhagat Singh,” she has the opportunity to showcase her acting range. While missing out on a blockbuster like “Tillu Square” is a setback, it’s too early to predict the long-term impact on her career.
Vijay Deverakonda’s “Family Star” Gears Up for Release with Pre-Release Press Meet

Hyderabad, India: The makers of the upcoming Telugu film “Family Star,” starring Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur, are leaving no stone unturned in promoting the movie. With Vijay’s previous film “Liger” failing to impress audiences, the success of “Family Star” hinges on positive word-of-mouth on its opening day.
Following a series of promotional events, producer Dil Raju and the team recently held a pre-release press meet where Vijay, Mrunal, and Dil Raju interacted with the media. Vijay Deverakonda and Dil Raju shared intriguing details about the movie.
Vijay’s outspoken nature before the release of “Liger” garnered criticism when the film underperformed. Acknowledging this, Vijay stated, “There’s no difference in my approach now, but I’ve learned a valuable lesson. I won’t make any predictions about the film’s outcome before its release. This is a self-imposed restriction, a way to hold myself accountable.”
Deverakonda went on to describe his character in “Family Star.” “Every family has that one person who embodies love, strength, and unwavering support,” he said. “They’re the ones we turn to in times of need. In this movie, I play that kind of role.” He further revealed a personal connection to the character, stating, “My father is my real-life ‘Family Star.’ When director Parasuram narrated the script, inspired by his own life experiences, I immediately requested him to name the lead character Govardhan, which is my father’s name. This helped me visualize the character because my father’s image was already etched in my mind.”
Marthand K Venkatesh takes on the editing role, while Gopi Sundar composes the music. KU Mohanan handles cinematography, and AS Prakash serves as the art director. Written and directed by Parasuram, the film is produced by Dil Raju and Shirish. This marks the second collaboration between Gopi Sundar, Vijay Deverakonda, and Parasuram, who previously worked together on the successful film “Geetha Govindham.”
With a strong team behind it and a personal connection for Vijay Deverakonda, “Family Star” is generating considerable buzz ahead of its release.
