Dozen Pan-Indian Movies Getting Ready From Tollywood!
The situation of Tollywood changed completely after Rajamouli came up with the ‘Baahubali’ franchise. He opened the doors of pan-Indian market and every hero is trying to exploit. In the past few years, a lot of heroes like Allu Arjun, Ram Charan, NTR, Prabhas and others scored pan-Indian hits. Now, around a dozen pan-Indian films are getting ready to hit the screens in 2023.
After hits like ‘Dhamaka’ and ‘Waltair Veerayya’, Ravi Teja is aiming at a pan-Indian market with ‘Tiger Nageswar Rao’. This is a biopic which is directed by Vamsi and it has 1970s backdrop. Also, Ravi Teja’s ‘Ravanasura’ directed by Sudheer Varma is also having a nationwide release. It is hitting the big screens on 7th April.
After ‘Baahubali’, Prabhas released two pan-Indian movies like ‘Radhe Shyam’ and ‘Saaho’. He is planning to give a strong comeback with ‘Salaar’ as it is a complete action film which is being made under the direction of ‘KGF’ fame Prasanth Neel. Apart from that, ‘Adipurush’ will be coming in June and there is a chance that ‘Raja Deluxe’ might arrive at the end of this year. All these movies will be released on a national level.
If sources are to be believed, superstar Mahesh Babu will be releasing his first pan-Indian film this year. He is working with Trivikram and the star director’s films get a lot of craze in the North market. Pawan Kalyan will be arriving with ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’ and it is also a pan-Indian movie made under Krish’s direction.
As we all know, Ram Charan is working with legendary filmmaker Shankar and it is produced by Dil Raju. It is being made on a pan-Indian level after the humongous success of ‘RRR’. One of the most awaited projects ‘Pushpa: The Rule’ is also going to be released this year. This is going to be the biggest release in Allu Arjun’s career till date. Nani will be having his first pan-Indian release with ‘Dasara’ which is made by debutant Srikanth Odela.
Samantha’s ‘Shaakunthalam’ is a pan-Indian film and it is coming out on 17th February. Ram and Boyapati’s mass action flick is also expected to be a pan-Indian movie. Akkineni Akhil is aiming at a nationwide audience with his spy action thriller ‘Agent’ which is getting a summer release. There is a high chance that Shiva Nirvana’s ‘Khushi’ will also release throughout the country after Deverakonda gained a huge craze across the country.
Apart from these, there is Sundeep Kishan’s ‘Michael’, ‘Sai Tej’s ‘Virupaksha’, Nikhil’s ‘SPY’, Adivi Sesh’s ‘G 2’ and Prasanth Varma’s ‘Hanu-Man’ which will be getting released on a grand level.

Its Production No 3 titled ‘Vadakupatti Ramasamy’ brings the Blockbuster Combo of ‘Dikkiloona’ – Actor Santhanam & Director Karthik Yogi together again.

Precisely, we were keen on working with actor Santhanam for his adroitness of looking perfect in movies based on any genre. Coincidentally, we watched his movie Dikkiloona and met director Karthik Yogi, who narrated to us an engrossing story. Vadakupatti Ramasamy is based on one of the popular characterizations of versatile actor Goundamani sir. It has become a famous meme material of the current generation across all social media platforms as well. When Karthik completed the script narration, we felt it synched well with the movie gist and the protagonist’s characterization. Tamil Nadu has been the domain of ‘Belief Vs Non-Belief’. There are many hidden layers in it because the name Ramasamy, itself, is an iconic one that speaks against superstitions. More than all, the director is a huge fan of Goundamani sir, and his previous movie ‘Dikkiloona’ too, was inspired by the ace actor’s comedy lines. We strongly believe Vadakupatti Ramasamy, a period comedy-drama by its genre, will amuse the universal crowds.”
While Santhanam is playing the lead role, the makers are in pursuit of finalizing the actress for the female lead character. The others in the star cast include John Vijay, MS Bhaskar, Ravi Mariya, Maaran, Motta Rajendran, Nizhalgal Ravi, Seshu, It is Prashanth, Jacqueline, and many others.
Sean Roldan is composing the music, and Deepak (Director and DOP of the critically acclaimed ‘Witness’ movie), is handling cinematography for this film. Shiva Nandeeswaran (Dheeran: Adhigaaram Ondru, Teddy fame) is the editor, Rajesh (Comali fame) is the art director, and Sheriff is the choreographer.
The film’s shoot commences tomorrow (January 24, 2023) with a simple ritual Pooja ceremony, and the makers are planning the worldwide theatrical release in Mid-Summer 2023.
‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar’ Trailer: The Entertaining Story Of Two Schemers!
Bollywood’s lover boy Ranbir Kapoor who became a father recently is pairing up with lovely beauty Shraddha Kapoor for the first time in his career. They are going to set the screens on fire in popular filmmaker Luv Ranjan’s ‘Tu Jhooti Main Makkar’. The movie is generating a lot of buzz thanks to the gorgeous lead pair and colorful posters.
Now the makers have released the theatrical trailer which is highly entertaining. Luv Ranjan’s films are always known for their fun scenes and scheming female leads. It looks like he showcased both the hero and heroine as schemers who act like they are in love with each other and still try to sabotage their marriage at the same time.
This leads to a lot of chaos and entertainment. Ranbir did a romantic comedy after a long time and he is at his comedic best. The handsome hero showcased a lot of ease but it is Shraddha Kapoor who stole the show with her lovely looks. The ‘Ek Villain’ beauty was gorgeous on screen and went toe-to-toe with Ranbir in terms of acting as well. She raised the mercury levels with her bikini treats and she appeared highly glamorous in this movie.
This film is going to hit the screens on 8th March and Pritam is composing the music. Hitesh Sonik provided the background score while Santhana Krishnan Ravichandran is the director of photography. Amitabh Bhattacharya penned the lyrics while Rahul Mody and Luv Ranjan write the movie. Anshul Sharma and Rahul Mody are the creative directors while Luv Ranjan produced and directed the film.
‘Selfiee’ Trailer: A Stylised Version Of Super Hit ‘Driving Licence’!
After remaking ‘Ratsasan’ as ‘Cuttputlli’ in Hindi, Bollywood Khiladi Akshay Kumar is back with another remake and this time is the Hindi version of the Malayalam super hit movie ‘Driving Licence’. This interesting film which came in 2019 featuring Prithviraj Sukumaran and Suraj Venjarammoodu impressed many and there were talks about remaking this film in Telugu too.
It is now remade in Hindi as ‘Selfiee’ and Akshay Kumar will be seen as a superstar who has a huge fanbase. Emraan Hashmi plays the role of a police officer who is his biggest fan. The trailer which came out recently showcases what happens when the biggest fan gets hurt by the hero he admires and worships. As we all know, the movie revolves around the superstar not having a driving licence and how the situation ends up being a huge mess.
Akshay Kumar is in his element doing the hero role while Emraan Hashmi impresses the most as transport sub inspector Om Prakash. His touching performance as a fan and a loving father makes the trailer very intriguing. Nushrat Bharuccha is seen as his wife in the movie while Diana Penty and Mrunal Thakur made their presence felt in the trailer. It is Akshay and Emraan who dominate the entire trailer and the movie looks like a more stylised and vibrant version of the original. Also, the movie’s storyline slightly reminds us of SRK’s 2016 film ‘Fan’ where King Khan played the star and the fan by himself.
Directed by Raj Mehta, ‘Selfiee’ is getting released on 24th February. It is bankrolled by Dharma Productions, Prithviraj Productions, Magic Frames and Cape Of Good Films banners. Actor’s Wife Condemns Reports Of His Health Deteriorating!
Talented actor-music composer Vijay Antony injured himself due to a mishap that occurred while filming an action sequence. He was taken to the hospital facility straight away for treatment. The news had caught everyone’s attention. His fans are worried about his health.
