James Cameron sets all-time record with Avatar 2
Hollywood’s legendary filmmaker James Cameron has set an all-time record that no other director might ever replicate in the future.
Cameron now has not one or two, but three films that are in the $2 billion worldwide gross club.
Cameron’s Avatar, Titanic, and Avatar 2 have all achieved the feat as all three of them have grossed over $2 billion worldwide.
Avatar still continues to be the highest grossing film ever while Titanic is also in the top list. Avatar 2 has now joined the list by grossing over $2 billion worldwide.
Avatar 2 took 38 days to gross the monstrous figure and it has now joined the elite list. The film is still enjoying a decent run in the global theatrical market.

With the ‘Pushpa’ actor dropping a hint about working in Thalapathy67, movie buffs are wondering if he will appear in a brand new role or is going to reprise the same role he did in ‘Vikram’ as a part of Lokesh Cinematic Universe (LCU). Vijay has recently scored a hit in Tamil with ‘Varisu’ and recently enjoyed the success party as well.
His movie with Lokesh will begin soon and there are high expectations on this film. There is a talk that senior star actress Trisha will be seen as the heroine in this movie. Vijay and Trisha acted together in ‘Ghilli’ (remake of ‘Okkadu’), ‘Thirupaachi’ (‘Annavaram’ original), ‘Aathi’ (remake of ‘Athanokkade) and ‘Kuruvi’. They are regarded as one of the best onscreen pairs in the past two decades. If they reunite, Lokesh’s film will be the fifth movie in their combination. Let us wait and see if it happens or not.
Sam Putting Hindi Project Ahead Of VD’s ‘Khushi’!
Star heroine Samantha has been in the news a lot lately. After staying abroad for a couple of months due to her health treatment, she returned to India and immediately focused on the trailer release of ‘Shaakunthalam’. As we know, she recovered from Myositis inflammation and she has now joined the shooting of her much-awaited web series featuring herself and Varun Dhawan in the lead.
It is taking place in Mumbai and Sam joined the shoot of this series which is created by Raj & DK. Interestingly, she has given first preference for this Indian version of ‘Citadel’ and given her dates to Vijay Deverakonda’s ‘Khushi’ in February. As we know, the team of ‘Khushi’ postponed their shoot for the past few months and waited patiently for the star actress. A major part of the ‘Khushi’ shooting has been done and sources say that Sam needs to give a few days to wrap up the production. But she went ahead with her Hindi web series first.
A few netizens are not happy with this as Vijay Deverakonda and the ‘Khushi’ team have been very cooperative during Samantha’s tough times. They gave full support to the star actress and Sam giving first preference to her Hindi web series with Varun Dhawan is drawing a bit of criticism. We need to wait and see if Sam or her team gives any explanation for this or not.
Coming to ‘Shaakunthalam’, it is a historic movie directed by Gunasekhar. It is getting released on February 17th, 2023. Mani Sharma is the music composer while Mohan Babu, Prakash Raj, Ananya Nagalla, Aditi Balan, Kabir Bedi, Kabir Singh and others play key roles. Prawin Pudi is the editor while Sai Madhav Burra penned the dialogues. Presented by Dil Raju, Dev Mohan will be seen as Dushyanta.

It is without a doubt that Rashmika Mandanna is one of the busiest actresses in the country right now. She is waltzing her way through Bollywood, Tollywood and Kollywood. She recently scored a hit in Tamil with ‘Varisu’. Her spy thriller ‘Mission Majnu’ featuring Siddharth Malhotra in the lead was currently streaming on Netflix.
Amidst all the controversy surrounding her comments, Rashmika has stayed strong despite all the hatred. As it is known, the ‘Chalo’ actress creates a huge debate whenever she holds a mic. Apart from that, she is trolled on a lot of occasions. It is safe to say that Rashmika is the most trolled and criticised actress in recent times.
Speaking about all the hatred, the ‘Geetha Govindham’ beauty said, “I don’t understand why so many people spread so much hate. They say I look like a boy if I work out more, and if I work out less, they call me fat. If I’m talkative they’ll call me cringe, and if I’m silent, they say it’s attitude. Simply put, they hate me even if I breathe.”
Talking about her glam doll role in ‘Varisu’ which had no substance, Rashmika said, “I think this was my choice to do the film and I knew that I literally had two songs and I had to kill it in those two songs. This was actually an inside joke and I used to go to Vijay sir and say ‘I have nothing to do except the two songs.’ This was a conscious decision and I wanted to be a part of the film because I wanted to work with Vijay sir because I have admired him for the longest time. For me, as an actor, it’s about going to the set and learning the little things from the people you are working with.”
She added, “I wanted to be a part of this film even if I didn’t have anything. And me as an actor I want to be ok doing everything. I want to be a part of the commercial entertainers. I am ok with it and I don’t want to be a typecast.”
Rashmika is currently working on the pan-Indian project ‘Pushpa: The Rule’ and she is also the heroine in Sandeep Reddy Vanga and Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Animal’ which will come out in August.

Only Animal Can Give Hit To Rashmika In Bollywood?
Happening beauty Rashmika Mandanna is one of the busy actresses right now. She is doing films across languages. She started her career in 2016 with Kirik Party in Kannada. In just seven years she ventured into Tollywood, Kollywood, and even Bollywood. After scoring back-to-back hits Rashmika received offers from Bollywood.
The phenomenal success of the Pan-India film Pushpa made the Bollywood makers see her as an option. In her maiden project Goodbye, she had the opportunity to Amitabh Bachchan. However Vikas Bahl’s directorial failed to roar high at the box office.
Even her second venture in Bollywood also received not-so-good reviews. “Mission Majnu†marks her second project in Bollywood which stars Sidharth Malhotra in the lead role. The film was streamed directly on the OTT platform Netflix. The film failed to get good reviews and opinions from critics and movie lovers.
Mission Majnu has a stellar cast and the story has the potential to offer a spectacular visual. However, it was lost in translation and the film’s treatment also raised many questions. All these factors made the film get mixed reviews. Comparisons with Alia Bhatt’s Raazi also increased expectations and the film fell short of them.
Mission Majnu is a spy thriller that is based around the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971. The film talks about the covert operation of India to stop Pakistan’s efforts for illegal nuclear bomb testing. Viewers said that makers could not use the opportunity and deliver an engaging film.
Rashmika Mandanna played Nasreen who is visually impaired. She is Sidharth Malhotra’s wife in the spy thriller. On top of not-so-good treatment, Rashmika’s acting skills also got questioned as playing a visually-impaired girl needs good acting skills.
Sidharth Malhotra plays RAW field operative Amandeep Singh who stays in Pakistan in incognito mode. He works at the house of a Pakistani major general and gathers information and sends it to higher authorities.
Rashmika has another Bollywood project in hand which is Animal. Arjun Reddy fame Sandeep Reddy Vanga is helming the action thriller film. Ranbir Kapoor is the main lead and the film has an ensemble cast. T-Series, Bhadrakali Pictures, and Cine1 Studios are bankrolling the film. It appears that only Animal can give Hit to Rashmika in Bollywood.
