King Khan Shah Rukh Khan is struggling at the box office of late. It’s been a big time since he scored a massive hit. His upcoming film Pathaan is carrying high expectations and his fans believe that the spy thriller might put an end to the long drought. The Shah Rukh Khan starrer is one of the much-awaited films.

Pathaan landed in a big controversy over a song and the controversy gave the film much-needed promotion. Only days are left for the film to arrive at the theaters and the early trends show that Pathaan might end Shah Rukh Khan’s long wait for a hit.

The advance bookings of Pathaan are said to be quite impressive. In the north, the film put up a good show, and even in the south, the numbers are said to be good. Talking about Hyderabad in particular the early bookings are crazy.

The film experts are saying that Pathaan recorded the best advance bookings for a Bollywood film in recent times. Stressing that the experts are saying that the Shah Rukh Khan starrer might get a good start and if the talk is good then nothing can stop the film.

Pathaan is coming as a Pan-India film. Ram Charan, Rajamouli, and others lauded the trailer and extended their best wishes for the film. This created a buzz for the film and multiplex audiences also show interest in Bollywood films.

Pathaan is bankrolled by ace production house Yash Raj Films. Siddharth Anand is the director of the film. Deepika Padukone is the leading lady and John Abraham is said to be the baddie in the film. Pathaan will hit the theatres on the 25th of this month in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil.

Waltair Veerayya Sees Profits In Many Areas!

The Sankranti season is one of the most lucrative periods for the Tollywood industry. Big stars bringing their films for the season is a very old tradition. The recent Sankranti season also saw the same trend. Two senior heroes Chiranjeevi and Nandamuri Balakrishna arrived at the theatres.

Megastar Chiranjeevi brought his action entertainer Waltair Veerayya for the season. The film has been going strong in many locations. While distributors in a few regions already saw huge profits the distributors might see the same in the rest of the areas.

The film experts said that nine days after its theatrical release, Waltair Veerayya recorded huge profit in Nizam, Uttarandhra, East, and overseas. The Megastar film is already seeing good profits in the Krishna district.

Waltair Veerayya is just 80 lakhs away from reaching the breakeven mark in the West and Guntur areas. Breakeven was done in Nellore, Karnataka, and Ceded areas. The early trends show that the film would end its theatrical run with huge profits in all the regions.

Waltair Veerayya showed the power of Megastar at the box office yet again. Despite starting with mixed talk the Megastar film started seeing good collections and recorded good profits in a few areas already.

Waltair Veerayya is an action thriller helmed by Bobby. The director showed vintage Chiranjeevi in the film. Mythri Movie Makers bankrolled the Megastar film. Shruti Haasan played the leading lady in the film. Mass Maharaja played a key role in the film and he was seen as a cop. The film stars Catherine Tresa, Bobby Simha, Urvashi Rautela, Prakash Raj, and others in pivotal roles.

Akkineni Nageswara Rao aka ANR is a legendary actor who had an impressive career that lasted for a few decades. The actor-producer is known for the valuable contributions he made to the industry. He is contemporary to Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao and the two legendary personalities are seen as the two eyes of the Tollywood industry.

After enjoying an illustrious career ANR breasted his last on January 22 in 2014. Today marks the death anniversary of the legendary actor. It’s been around a decade since his demise. On this occasion, let us look at interesting details of his career.

ANR hails from a lower-middle-class family in the Krishna district. He is the youngest among his siblings. Due to his family condition, his education did not go further beyond primary school. He started working in theatre at the early age of just 10. His career started as a stage actor and eventually ventured into films.

ANR’s acting career started in 1941 with Dharmapatni. But his career took a big turn with Sri Seeta Rama Jananam. Since the 1950s ANR started appearing in hit Mythological films. He also created an image of the best romantic hero in Telugu.

Devadasu (1953) marks one of the iconic films in his career. Though the film was remade in other languages ANR’s acting is regarded as the best among all the films. Later he went on to appear in other classic romantic films like Laila Majnu (1949), Anarkali (1955), and Prema Nagar (1971).

ANR is called a Novel hero as he appeared in many films that are based on famous novels. He enjoyed a massive fan following among women who used to go crazy for him. It is said that girls used to have pictures of him in their books.

ANR’s career lasted for around seventy five-year which makes him one of the longest-working actors. He had a shift in his career. Though he started his career as a supporting actor and became a hero, he started doing character roles and supporting roles going by his age.

He also won many awards in his glorious career. He won as many as Nine Nandi Awards and five Filmfare Awards. ANR was also honoured with Dada Saheb Phalke Award and Padma Vibhushan. ANR acted in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi films.

Prabhas Tops The List Of Popular Male Stars In Telugu!

Renowned media outlet Ormax Media rolls out the list of Top stars on social media in different languages. This Bollywood-based media outlet’s list often creates a lot of buzz and they have released a new list for the year 2022. Superstar Mahesh Babu has occupied the fifth spot this time and do you know who are above him?

Interestingly, it is pan-Indian hero Prabhas who stood in the first place this time despite bagging a huge disaster like ‘Radhe Shyam’ in 2022. The next position was occupied by NTR thanks to the immense popularity he gained with ‘RRR’ while the third place was taken by Allu Arjun. Both these pan-Indian stars gained a huge craze with ‘RRR’ and ‘Pushpa’ respectively.

NTR’s co-star Ram Charan was given fourth place while Mahesh is in 5th. Despite no social media usage, Pawan stood in sixth place. The 7th and 8th positions were occupied by Nani and Vijay Devarakonda respectively. Megastar Chiranjeevi came 9th. It was Mass Maharaj who occupied the 10th place. He delivered two flops in the form of ‘Khiladi’ and ‘Ramarao On Duty’ in 2022 but ended it on a high note with ‘Dhamaka’ which collected more than 100 crores.

This list is making Prabhas’ fans go crazy and they are celebrating the fact that their hero who is usually very quiet has stood top on this list. Prabhas is currently working on ‘Salaar’ under Prasanth Neel’s direction and it is going to release on 28th September. Apart from that, his ‘Adipurush’ is releasing in June while he is also working on a gigantic movie named ‘Project K’ which has Deepika Padukone playing the female lead while Amitabh Bachchan is playing a key role.

Currently, NTR has joined hands with his ‘Janatha Garage’ director Koratala Siva who suffered from a disaster like ‘Acharya’. Let us wait and see how this film turns out.

People were puzzled when they heard the idea of Nandamuri Balakrishna hosting a talk show. Knowing the star hero’s image, people wondered how he would handle it. It created a lot of curiosity and the show managed to present a side of Balakrishna which was unseen before. We got to see the fun and entertaining side of the ‘Legend’ hero through ‘Unstoppable’. This talk show which is streaming on ‘Aha’ is considered one of the most viewed programs in Telugu.

We have seen the huge traffic which ‘Aha’ platform had to face when the ‘Unstoppable’ episode featuring Prabhas was premiered. In the meanwhile, the makers have started promoting the upcoming episode with Pawan Kalyan as the ‘Baap Of All Episodes’. This much-awaited episode will be streamed soon and the glimpse has been released recently.

In the promo, we can clearly observe the change in Balayya’s behaviour compared to the earlier episodes he did with other stars. The senior hero showcased his mark timing and threw funny punches at the stars in the previous episodes but he seems to have taken a careful approach while doing this episode with Pawan Kalyan. Balayya refers to everyone as ‘Nuvvu’ but he kept calling PK as ‘Meeru’ throughout the promo which was quite surprising.

It is not wrong for Balayya to talk like that. We are not pointing out any flaws when we talk about the body language of such a big senior hero. Our intention is only to showcase the change in his body language and talking style when he was doing an episode with Pawan Kalyan.

We can clearly see Balayya asking questions very carefully unlike before when he generated a lot of fun. Anyway, there is a talk going on that ‘Unstoppable’ will showcase the stamina of Pawan Kalyan. As the film releases in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil, a fan asked the actor during his recent #AskSRK session on Twitter if he would visit any theatres in Telugu states on the day of film’s release. Shah Rukh Khan, in his quirky style, replied “if actor Ram Charan takes me.”

The ball is now in Charan’s court if he responds to SRK and accepts his request to take him to a theatre in a Telugu state on Wednesday, January 25. And this isn’t the first time Ram Charan has appeared in an SRK tweet. On January 10th, Ram Charan released the Telugu trailer and wished everyone the best. The response from SRK to this tweet has gone viral.
