Inside Buzz: RRR makers eyeing alternative release date..?
As things stand, RRR is gearing up worldwide theatrical release on 13th October. The unit is currently filming a song in Kyiv, Ukraine and this it said to be the last and final schedule of RRR.
As per our well placed sources, the makers of RRR are also eyeing an alternative release date just in case they can’t meet the October 13th deadline.
If for any reason RRR can’t make it to the theaters on 13th October, the film might get postponed to next year.
As said by our sources close to team RRR, the makers are eyeing Republic Day, 26th January as the alternative release date for RRR. This option will be explored only if October 13th release is practically impossible.
With just over 2 months left for RRR’s release date – 13th October and the film still under production, anything might happen and the chances of the film getting postponed can’t be written off.
హీరో ధనుష్ కు కోర్టు అక్షింతలు
ఇటీవల తమిళ హీరో విజయ్ తాను కొనుగోలు చేసిన లగ్జరీ కారుకు ఇండియన్ ప్రభుత్వం అదనంగా పెద్ద మొత్తంలో పన్ను విధించింది అంటూ కోర్టును ఆశ్రయించిన విషయం తెల్సిందే. ఆ సమయంలో సమాజంలో ఉన్నత హోదాలో ఉన్న మీరు ట్యాక్స్ కట్టి అందరికి ఆదర్శంగా ఉండాలి కనుక మీరు పన్ను కట్టాల్సిందే అంటూ తీర్పు ఇచ్చింది. ఇప్పుడు అదే తరహాలో ధనుష్ కు కూడా తీర్పు వచ్చింది. ధనుష్ కూడా విదేశాల నుండి లగ్జరీ కారును తెప్పించాడు. ఆ కారుకు 50 శాతం పన్ను చెల్లించాడు. మిగిలిన 50 శాతం పన్ను రాయితీ అడిగాడు.
పన్ను రాయితీ కోసం హైకోర్టుకు వెళ్లిన ధనుష్ కు అక్షింతలు పడ్డాయి. సామాన్యులు పన్నులు చెల్లిస్తుంటే మీరు ఎందుకు పన్నుల మినహాయింపు కోరుతున్నారు అంటూ అసంతృప్తి వ్యక్తం చేశారు. మీరు పన్ను లు చెల్లించకుండా ఏం మెసేజ్ ఇవ్వాలనుకుంటున్నారు అంటూ కోర్టు కాస్త సీరియస్ అయ్యింది. దాంతో ధనుష్ తరపు లాయర్ పన్ను చెల్లించేందుకు సిద్దంగా ఉన్నట్లుగా తెలియజేశాడు. ఈ విషయంలో ఎలంటి తదుపరి వాదనలు ఉండబోవు అని.. ధనుష్ ను పన్ను చెల్లించాల్సిందిగా కోర్టు ఆదేశించి కేసు కొట్టి వేయడం జరిగింది.
Girijan Corporation gets national awards
VIJAYAWADA: Deputy Chief Minister (Tribal Welfare) P Pushpa Srivani on Thursday informed that the Andhra Pradesh Girijan Cooperative Corporation (GCC) has achieved top rank at the national level in different categories including Van Dhan Yojana, providing minimum support price to forest products and marketing of organic and natural food products. In a statement issued, Srivani said that the Tribal Co-operative Marketing Development Federation of India Limited (Trifed) will present the awards.
Apart from standing top in the above categories, the GCC stood second at the national level for procuring Rs 4.50 crore worth small scale forest products with the Central funds and in the third position for procuring small scale forest products with Rs 9.76 crore funds of both the Centre and State government, she said.
The GCC will also get another national award for utilising funds to the tune of Rs 12.86 crore in 2020-21.
Stating that the GCC did business to the tune of Rs 450.68 crore in 2020-21 despite the adverse conditions following the outbreak of Covid, she congratulated the officials and staff for the achievement.
Exclusive: Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde to pair up again
The last time Allu Arjun paired with Pooja Hegde, he delivered a blockbuster – Ala Vaikunthapurramulo. The film featured the duo in the lead roles and it set the box office on fire.
If latest reports are to be believed, Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde might be sharing the screen space again.
The makers of Allu Arjun’s upcoming project Icon are considering Pooja for the female lead role in the film. They might initiating talks with the happening actress very soon.
Icon is in early stages of pre production and Allu Arjun might take this project onto the floors once he is done with Pushpa Part 1.
The makers opine that the successful pairing of Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde will work in the film’s favour and they want to bring the latter on board for the project. Given the rapport she shares with Allu Arjun, Pooja too might be eager to sign the project if the producers meet her financial demand.
Icon will be directed by Sriram Venu and produced by Dil Raju.

Pawan Kalyan is sporting multiple different looks in the Krish directorial and it would be really interesting to see what the making video has in store for the viewers.
Hari Hara Veera Mallu is billed to be a periodic action thriller and it is being mounted on a big budget. The glimpse of the film which was unveiled a few months ago garnered a positive response. It remains to be seen if the making video can live up to the expectations as well.

Telangana asks Centre to reopen Cement Corporation plant in Adilabad
HYDERABAD: Minister for IT, Industries and Commerce KT Rama Rao has written a letter to Union Minister for Heavy Industries Mahendra Nath Pandey, requesting him for the reopening of the closed down unit of the Cement Corporation of India (CCI) in Adilabad. KTR stated that the issue was earlier brought to the notice of Pandey’s predecessors, but no favourable decision has been made in the matter. He said that the CCI Adilabad commenced production in 1984 with an initial cost of Rs 47 crore.
The plant is located in an area of 772 acres on the outskirts of Adilabad town and has a township of 170 acres with about 400 quarters. KTR highlighted that the erstwhile plant has a live mining lease in an area of about 1,500 acres with limestone deposits of about 48 million tonnes. The unit also has a power supply connection of 32 KVA and water availability for the plant.
Review on industries dept
Minister for IT and Industries KT Rama Rao has instructed officials to expedite the shifting of industries to outside the ORR and suggested that they prepare comprehensive information about industries in the city. Rama Rao asked officials to prepare pollution control measures in new industries and work with PCB. He also discussed on investment proposals and its progress in the State with respective directors from various departments in the industry.
Bigg Boss Beaty Divi bagged another OTT biggie?
After attaining a whole lot of fame with Bigg Boss Telugu 4, young actress Divi Vadthya bagged several OTT offers. She was recently seen in Cab Stories, a Telugu limited series, which premiered on Spark OTT.
Now, Divi is said to have bagged another big OTT offer. She is said to be on board for a web series that is presented by Kalyan Krishna, who previously directed Soggade Chinni Nayana.
Kalyan Krishna is providing the story for the web series and he is also producing and presenting it. His associate Naveen Gandhi is directing the series.
Divi will apparently play the leading lady in the web series and more details about the project will be out in the days to come.
There are reports claiming that Divi is playing an important role in Chiranjeevi’s Telugu remake of Lucifer as well.

Realme set to roll out new flagship smartphone in India on August 18
New Delhi: Realme, one of the fastest-growing smartphone brands, will launch a new flagship smartphone from the Realme GT series in India on August 18.
“From the inception of speed to taking it to next level, everyone has pushed their limits over the last century. #realme has given it a whole new meaning with the upcoming #realmeGT series. Get ready for some fast-paced action with the #FlagshipKiller2021,” Madhav Sheth, Realme India CEO said in a tweet.
As per Mashable India, the Realme GT 5G was first unveiled in China back in March and was followed by subsequent additions to the lineup including the Realme GT Neo, GT Neo Flash, GT Master and the GT Master Explorer.
It is unclear about which model Realme has planned to launch in India.
Madhav also shared four images within his tweet which hint at the launch of at least four phones in the GT lineup.
As per Mashable India, the Realme GT will be offered in the same colours as the global variants. This means that when it is launched in India, it will be available in blue, silver and an eco-friendly vegan leather variant as well.
Speaking of features of the Realme GT 5G model, in particular, Mashable India revealed that the phone will have a 6.43-inch Full HD+ (2400x1080p) resolution Super AMOLED display with support for a 120Hz refresh rate.
The glass variants measure 8.4mm in thickness while the leather version measures 9.1mm in thickness.
Being a flagship device, the smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 octa-core SoC that features an Adreno 660 GPU. This is paired with 8GB RAM/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage variants to choose from.
Going by the speculations, Realme may launch both the storage models in India running on Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0.
Speaking about the cameras, the Realme GT 5G has triple rear cameras that consist of a primary 64MP camera with an f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide camera with 119-degree field-of-view and a 2MP macro camera. The rear cameras can record in 4K UHD at upto 60FPS backed by EIS.
On the front, the device will have a 16MP selfie camera.
The Realme GT also has stereo speakers, WiFi 6 support and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
As per Mashable India, it is equipped with a 4,500mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging.
