అసలు దేశ పౌరుల మీద రాజద్రోహం కేసులేంటి.? అంటూ ఓ పక్క సర్వోన్నత న్యాయస్థానం ప్రశ్నిస్తున్న వేళ, రాజద్రోహం కేసులో ప్రభుత్వం తరఫున ఓ ఎంపీకి వ్యతిరేకంగా అఫిడవిట్ దాఖలవడమే హాస్యాస్పదమన్నది న్యాయ నిపుణుల వాదన. ఏమో, ఈ వివాదం ఎలాంటి మలుపులు తిరుగుతుందోగానీ.. ప్రభుత్వ వాదనల్లో పస లేదన్నది మాత్రం నిర్వివాదాంశం.
