Boys, a Telugu film starring newcomers in the lead roles is gearing up for its theatrical release. The teaser of the film was launched very recently by bold actress Sunny Leone. Interestingly, team Boys had to shell out big bucks for the teaser launch event.
Sunny charged as much as Rs 12 lakhs for launching the teaser. This is a whopping paycheque for such simple work. But team Boys felt that Sunny’s presence in the teaser launch event will add more buzz to the film, as a whole and they paid her the above-mentioned amount. The unit spent an additional Rs 4 lakhs on their trip to Mumbai. They ended up spending Rs 16 lakhs just for the teaser launch.
Also, this is the first time Sunny Leone launching the teaser of a Telugu film, and that further adds to the buzz. Boys is directed by newcomer Dayanand. Debut producer Mitraaw Sharma is bankrolling the project and also acting in it. More details about the project are under the wraps for now.
