Nandamuri Mokshagna Teja to star in Aditya 369 sequel which will release in 2023

Nandamuri fans have been waiting for the debut of Nandamuri Balakrishna’s son Mokshagna Teja.Keeping an end to their waiting, Balayya Babu came up with a piece of good news for the fans.Today, cult classic Aditya 369, the first science fiction film in India is celebrating 30 years of theatrical release. Marking the occasion, Balayya Babu shared interest news.

Natasimha Nandamuri Balakrishna said, the main plot for Aditya 369 sequel has been locked and the script is being developed now. ‘Aditya 999 Max’ was fixed as a title and Mokshagna Teja will make a debut with the sequel, he said.Saying that the director of the film is yet to be finalized, Balakrishna said he might direct the film also. The sequel will be released on 2023.

Balakrishna maintained that the sequel will be made on a large scale and noted actors and technicians will be roped in for the project. The sequel is likely to enter the shooting phase next year and will hit the theatres in 2023.There are a lot of reports on how Mokshagna’s role is going to be in the sequel that marks his debut. His role is said to be on the lines of a super hero. However, there is no confirmation on this. We have to wait for two long years to watch the sequel.

Venkatesh’s important message to Abhiram ahead of his debut

China’s Xiaomi dethrones Apple to become 2nd leading smartphone company in the world

Chinese mobile company Xiaomi enjoys a huge customer ship across the globe and is one of the leading smartphone makers in the world. The smartphone maker has achieved one more milestone.

According to the analysis done by

leading global technology market analyst firm Canalys, Chinese mobile maker Xiaomi has dethroned US-based tech giant Apple to become the second biggest smartphone maker in the world.Canalys said that Xiaomi achieved the rare feat with the company reporting a massive surge in the shipments with 83 percent in the last quarter.

Usually, arch rivals Samsung and Apple hold the top two spots in the top two places in the world.For the first time, Xiaomi has made it to the second spot.Going by the data shared by the research firm, Samsung topped the list of phone makers in the second quarter with a share of 19 percent in the global market followed by Xiaomi and Apple with 17 and 14 percent respectively.

One more factor that worked in favour of Xiaomi is its major competitor Huawei slowing down. The company kept it distant from the smartphone segment. This made wonders for its other competitors especially Xiaomi.The recent outing from Xiaomi, Mi 11 Ultra has also helped the company to increase its market share. The device comes with one of the best cameras making it a hotcake among the youth and photography enthusiasts.

The devices launched by the Chinese mobile phone maker are from the high-end segments. The devices cost more than 60,000 for the starting variants in Indian currency. However, the other companies like Oppo and Vivo, which also hold a good share in the market, gave a near tough competition.

The company has been facing tough competition since its inception. In the local market in China, it faced a competition with Vivo and Oppo during its initial days. After entering the global market, it’s rivals changed.

Etela Rajender’s wife makes key comments on Huzurabad By-poll candidacy

Increasing the political heat at once, former TRS leader, ex-Health Minister Etela Rajender’s wife Etela Jamuna campaigned in Huzurabad Assembly constituency on Sunday and held a press conference.Addressing the media, Etela Jamuna said she would run in the by elections in Huzurabad. However, she said, either she or her husband Etela would contest the elections.

Her comments on by-elections came in the backdrop of recent media reports that claim Etela Rajender might not run the elections in the by-poll.During her address to the media, Jamuna recalled leading her husband Etela Rajender in the Telangana statehood agitation.

Will Yediyurappa resign as CM on July 26?

The political circles in Karnataka are agog with the buzz that Yediyurappa is likely to resign from the post of Karnataka Chief Minister’s post soon. If sources are to be believed, he is likely to resign on July 26, a day after he enters 80 years of age. July 25 is his birthday.

Yediyurappa met Prime Minister Modi, defence minister Rajnath Singh and party national president JP Nadda on Friday afternoon. Later, he met Amit Shah in the evening. Revanth, Sanjay force KCR to tour Telangana

Raising political heat in Telagnana, Chief Minister KCR is all set to speed up his tour of all the districts. For the coming two months, he would be working at the field level. Though it is being said that he is going to inaugurate the TRS offices and the integrated collectorates in various districts, the main reason is said to be the proposed state-wide tour of BJP’s Bandi Sanjay and also the state-wide agitational programs of TPCC chief Revanth Reddy.

KCR has already covered Kamareddy, Siddipet and Warangal Urban in June. In July, he covered Sircilla this month. In all these places, he has inaugurated the integrated collectorate buildings and addressed public meetings. He is planning to cover the other districts. Official sources said that the integrated collectorate buildings in Janagam, Nizamabad, Jagityal, Peddapalli, Vikarabad, Mahabubnagar, Wanaparthi and Yadadri Bhuvanagiri districts have been completed and are ready for inauguration.

Meanwhile, the TRS youth wing ‘Telangana Vidyarthi JAC’ will undertake a bus yatra for 15 days in Huzurabad assembly constituencies. The bus will carry groups of students who will cover several villages and explain what TRS has done for the people of Huzurabad. In each tour, he is likely to cover two districts and participate in the public programmes. From August, the inaugurations of the party offices in various districts would be inaugurated. As of now, the Siddipet district office has been inaugurated.

The TRS is now planning to increase the presence of its top leaders on the ground in view of the Congress and BJP hyper activism. So far, Harish Rao is focusing on Huzurabad bypolls, while KTR is essentially focusing on the twin cities. The major leaders are confined to their headquarters due to Covid and other regions.

Pawan’s strange silence on Krishna water dispute

While both the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh were fighting it over the sharing of Krishna waters, one politician remained very silent. Even while budding politicians like YS Sharmila were making statement after statement that not a drop of water would be allowed for Rayalaseema, this politician remained studiously silent.

Know who the politician is? It is Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan. Neither Pawan nor anyone from his party has cared to say anything on Krishna water dispute. They remained very silent. Sources say Pawan is treading cautiously on the issue, which he considers is a potential minefield. They say that Pawan does not want to take sides on this issue and annoy the other side at this juncture. He does not want to alienate anyone at this stage.

A few days ago, Pawan is said to have held a closed door meeting with several of his close associates to discuss the issue. The consensus at the meeting was that Pawan Kalyan and the Jana Sena should not comment on the issue as it is a ticklish issue and wait for the issue to take its course. He felt that both the state governments were at fault on the issue and taking sides would be counter-productive. He also reportedly felt that it was a trap set by both the ruling parties and that one should not fall into it.

Interestingly, Pawan Kalyan was vocal on issues like the Amaravati farmers and the special status issue. He not only spoke on the issues, but even toured the affected areas. But this time, he is of the opinion that discretion is the better part of valour. Sources also say that Pawan is also worried about the fallout of any comment he makes on his upcoming films. He does not want the high investment films to do well and does not want anything to disturb them.

Why Revanth Reddy likes this room so much?

The room was once the chamber of Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka. He has now gone up the ladder and is the CLP leader in Telagnana. Kusum Kumar occupied this room and he has now become an AICC member and is now playing a key role in the Central Government politics. Revanth Reddy too was in the room as the working president and is now elevated to the TPCC chief. Revanth firmly believes that this is a lucky room and even after becoming the TPCC chief, he wants to stay in this room.

As a result, soon after his name was announced for the TPCC chief’s post, he got his friends to make some key vastu changes in the Gandhi Bhavan. Some astrologers were brought and they studied the rooms from Vastu’s perspective. They made some suggestions. Accordingly, several rooms were refurbished and some rooms were vacated. Some departments were shifted to other places. Revanth himself came to the Eastern side. A new gate was opened on the east side. Revanth Reddy is now using this gate to enter into the Gandhi Bhavan.

Cult Classic Aditya 369 celebrates 30 years of release

Yuvaratna Balakrishna has acted in several hit films in his career. He appeared in hits and blockbuster films. Out of his films, Aditya 369 stands alone compared to other films.Aditya 369, the first Science Fiction story that has been told on Indian Silver Screen remains a cult classic. Balakrishna proved his acting prowess with Aditya 369, which made wonders at the box office.

The Film has completed 30 years of its release on July 18, i.e, today. Legendary filmmaker Singeetam Sreenivas Rao directed the film and Sridevi Movies bankrolled it. The movie was presented by S. P. Balasubrahmanyam.Director Singeetam Srinivas Rao has left the audience spellbound by telling a story they haven’t heard before. The way he filmed the scenes involving Andhra Bhoja ‘Sri Krishnadevaraya’ is simply superb.

The use of VFX to create an atmosphere to show how Sri Krishnadevaraya used to rule is the biggest asset to the film. The way Singeetam Srinivas Rao predicted how the future world would be shows him how far he can think as a Director.
Isaignani Ilayaraja needs a special mention here. The BGM and the tunes he gave has surely elated the film. Songs are one of the biggest assets of the film.

No matter how many times we watch Aditya 369, we never get bored of the film. After three decades of its release, the sequel is in plans.In an interview, Balakrishna said, Singeetam liked the line he developed for the film. Balakrishna is likely to hold the microphone for the sequel and Nandamuri Mokshagna Teja might debut with the film.

Don’t think we can stop OTTs: Daggubati Suresh Babu

When the situation seemed under control, the Covid second wave has hit forcing the theatres to shut down again. This gave rise to the OTT market. Big ticket films like Narappa are also taking the digital release route.Ahead of Narappa OTT release, Suresh Babu spoke to the media and gave his reasons behind opting for the OTT release.

Suresh Productions head Daggubati Suresh Babu said, when they thought of releasing Narappa in theatres, Covid outbreak was severe and there was no information on when the theatres will be reopened. Even if the theatres reopen,no one knows how the audinces would respond to the theatre release of Narappa.Taking all these aspects into consideration, we went for OTT release, he said.

The ace producer even gave an example of what happened with Dhanush’s Karnan.During the first week, theatres were allowed to run with 100 percent occupancy. Later, it was cut short to 50 percent and the movie was pulled out of theatres with Covid scare.Kalaipuli S. Thanu suffered a loss if Rs 10 crore due to this, Suresh Babu said.

Suresh Productions was started in 1964 to release films in theatres. Satellite rights came later and next came the Hindi dubbing rights. Multiple markets are available now. OTT is one of them. I don’t think that we can stop OTTs. However, we can say that OTTs might not get so popular if the Covid would have not hit. OTTs are providing opportunities for employees in different sectors like dubbing, and technical department, he maintained.

Talking about Narappa skipping the theatre release, Suresh Babu said, like Venkatesh, he also felt bad for not able to release the film in theatres. Saying that we should be practical in life, he cited the examples of Disney company and Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan releasing films on OTT platforms and theatres at a time.

He also spoke about doing a remake film and said they have liked the film and the way Vetrimaaran directed the film. No one writes such scripts for Venkatesh. Venkatesh has worked hard for Narappa. Sreekanth Addala did a wonderful job as a director.

We shot a schedule for 52 days in a village. We were informed that a Covid case was reported in a nearby village. We have completed the shoot amid Covid fear and scare. During the non shoot of Narappa, four people involved in the project have passed away.

We have launched SP Music recently. Along with Film Music, this will also have other music vidoes. We are in plans to encourage newcomers by starting small studios in places like Guntur and Vijayawada, he said.
