Coming to films, the Bahubali star has two films, ‘Seetimaarr’ and F3 in hand, in which she stars opposite Gopichand and Victory Venkatesh respectively. The two films are expected to have a release this year.
With two films gearing up for releases, Tamannaah said she is going to dub for her upcoming films. She took the decision after realising that giving her own voice gives completeness for her roles.
Besides the two films, the actress also has Nithiin starrer Maestro in hand, which is a Tollywood remake of the hit Bollywood Andhadhun. Tamannaah is playing Tabu’s role in the remake.
A huge controversy of sorts is brewing over an award to film lyricist and novelist Vairamuthu. A Padmasri and a Padma Bhushan, Vairamuthu was awarded prestigious ONV award given in Kerala in memory of famed Jnanapeeth awardee ONV Kurup. But, some actresses and film personalities opposed the award to Vairamuthu saying he is accused of harassing woman and by giving the award, the memory of famed poet ONV Kurup was demeaned.

YSRCP member and Narasapuram MP Raghu Ramakrishna Raju filed a bail cancellation petition in the CBI court, requesting the cancellation of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s bail, in the illegal assets case. Shortly after the petition was admitted by the CBI court, RRR was arrested by the AP CID, and there are several claims about RRR having been tortured while in CID custody.
