వకీల్ సాబ్ సినిమా కంటే కూడా ప్రేక్షకులు అంతా కూడా ‘హరిహర వీరమల్లు’ సినిమా కోసం ఎదురు చూస్తున్నారు. ఇటీవల విడుదలైన హరిహర వీరమల్లు సినిమా ఫస్ట్ లుక్ మరియు గ్లిమ్స్ సినిమాపై అంచనాలు ఆకాశాన్ని తాకేలా ఉన్నాయి. అంచనాలకు తగ్గట్లుగా ఈ సినిమా ను దర్శకుడు క్రిష్ దాదాపుగా 150 కోట్ల బడ్జెట్ తో రూపొందిస్తున్నాడు. విజువల్ వండర్ గా ఈ సినిమా ను చూపించేందుకు భారీ ఎత్తున గ్రాఫిక్స్ ను వినియోగిస్తున్నట్లుగా చెబుతున్నారు. కనుక వకీల్ సాబ్ కంటే కూడా అధికంగా హరిహర వీరమల్లు సినిమాపై అంచనాలు పెంచుకుని పవన్ అభిమానులు వెయిట్ చేస్తున్నారు.
MLC polls: Campaign ends, but parties continue war of words on social media
HYDERABAD: Even though the high-decibel poll campaign for two graduates’ seats of Legislative Council came to an end on Friday, the battle among the leaders of TRS, BJP and Congress is continuing on social media.Responding to the social media comments made by his opponents on Friday, accusing him of amassing Rs 600 crore and purchasing lands, BJP State president Bandi Sanjay said on Twitter: “If they (TRS) prove the allegations, I will donate Rs 600 crore to the government for payment as unemployment allowance to the youth and also for payment of salaries to teachers and lecturers of private educational institutions.”
He also said that he would purchase lands to bury the “corrupt TRS leaders.” At a meeting oganised by the Telangana Vikasa Samithi, TRS working president KT Rama Rao supported the agitation of Vizag Steel Plant workers and blamed the Central government for trying to sell the IDPL lands in Hyderabad, which actually belong to the State government. “The IDPL is closed. The Centre recently wrote a letter to the State proposing to sell the lands and requested the State government to purchase them. But, it is a State subject as it is the State government which allotted lands to the IDPL,” Rama Rao said.
KT Rama Rao suspected that the Centre may even sell away Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL). Responding to this, the BJP State president dared the TRS leader to reopen Azam Jahi Mills and Nizam Sugar Factory. While the TRS leader recalled that Telangana was the only State in the country, where 43 per cent fitment was given to the State government employees, TPCC chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy termed the latest assurance of 29 per cent fitment to the State government employees as a mere hogwash.
“While the BJP was indulging in the communal politics to cover up its neglect towards Telangana, the KCR government has been hoodwinking the people on all issues since 2014,” the PCC chief said in a video address to the party workers. He demanded that the State government employees should get 43 per cent fitment and not 29 per cent.

Kamal Haasan to contest from Coimbatore South in TN Polls
Actor-turned-politician Kamal Haasan has announced that he will contest from Coimbatore South constituency in Tamil Nadu.
The CM candidate for Makkal Needhi Maiam (MNM), will be contesting against the BJP and Congress as the main parties in the state have allotted the Coimbatore South constituency seat to their allies.
“Coimbatore is a place close to my heart,” Haasan said while revealing MNM’s second list of candidates.
Makkal Needhi Maiam party will be competing for 154 out of 234 assembly seats in the upcoming polls. The remaining 80 seats are allotted for its two alliance partners – All India Samathuva Makkal Katchi and Indhiya Jananayaga Katchi – that will contest on 40 seats each.
Notably, Kamal Haasan’s party came into existence in 2018 against the Dravidian parties, DMK and AIADMK. They contested in the 2019 Lok Sabha polls but didn’t win any seat and registered a 3.7 percent vote share.
Buzz: Samantha getting back to work after a long break
Samantha Akkineni was last seen in Jaanu which released early last year. She took her own sweet time to finalize a project and very recently gave her nod to Shakuntalam which will be helmed by Gunasekhar.
The latest we hear is that Samantha is getting back to work after a long break and she will be facing the camera very soon.
The regular shooting of Shakuntalam will commence in the the last week of March and Samantha will be joining the sets right from the first schedule.
Malayalam actor Dev Mohan was roped in to to play prince Drushyanta in the mythological love drama and he will be pairing with Samantha.
Shakuntalam unit recently stated that film will get a pan-India release and the makers have allotted a big budget for the project.
Gunasekar who is directing the project is also producing it. Mani Sharma will be composing the music for the film.
Meanwhile, Samantha’s maiden Hindi web series The Family Man will be premiering on Amazon Prime Video soon.

The wealth of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s beloved Gautam Adani, a prominent Indian businessman, has skyrocketed this year.
Adani’s wealth has grown significantly more than any other billionaire in the world this year as investments have flooded into his companies, ranging from ports to power plants.
According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, Adani’s wealth increased from 16.2 billion to 50 billion in 2021. This makes him one of the billionaires this year.
Adani is overcoming Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos, who are vying for the ‘2021 World’s Richest person’ title. The shares of Adani Group companies have increased nearly 50 percent this year.
Some of these have even increased by 90 percent. Meanwhile, Asia’s number one Mukesh Ambani‘s wealth grew by $ 8.1 billion.
Yami Gautam starrer ‘A Thursday’ commences the shoot
Ronnie Screwvala’s RSVP and Blue Monkey Films’ new flick, A Thursday, starring the gorgeous Yami Gautam in the lead, has started the shoot. Yami Gautam has bagged a grey role in the film ‘A Thursday‘ that is touted to be a psychological thriller. This movie will expose the failings of the society through the story of a middle-class teacher.
Directed and written by Behzad Khambata, the exciting psychological thriller is about a tragic story of 16 toddlers that occurs on Thursday and hence, the unique title. RSVP movies disclosed the commencement of the shoot on their social media and wrote: “Breaking News: A series of unforgettable events are about to come your way, all that happened on a Thursday”.
Yami Gautam will essay the role of a school teacher, Naina Jaiswal, who takes 16 toddlers hostage, on a Thursday. A Thursday has a similar title as Wednesday, both bankrolled by Ronnie Screwvala wherein the two movies revolve around one day. Nonetheless, it should be noted that ‘A Thursday isn’t’ a sequel to ‘A Wednesday’. Nehadupia and Dimple Kapadia play crucial roles in the movie.
Ronnie Screwvala is pinning all hopes on the venture and says “This is one of those thrillers that not only has you on the edge of your seat but also makes you question many aspects of society. Seeing Yami in a grey avatar will be interesting for the audience.”

AP govt is looking at loans even to lay roads!!
The Andhra Pradesh state government, headed by CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, which is mostly dependent on loans, is facing a huge financial crisis. This is due to the various cash transfer schemes being introduced by Jagan in the name of ‘Navaratnalu’.
The state government is also looking for loans even to lay roads in the state. The government has directed the Department of Roads and Buildings to undertake road repairs and development works with a loan of Rs 2,205 crore through the Andhra Pradesh Road Development Corporation (APRDC).
The Roads and Buildings Department has issued orders giving administrative permission to take steps to obtain a loan to this extent. Thousands of kilometres of roads have been badly damaged by previous storms but have not yet been repaired.
Recently, the government promised to provide Rs 2,205 crore to R&B for road repairs and development. Officials say the loan process will take a long time to complete. In this context, it is doubtful when the road development work will be completed.
Kolo Kolanna Kolo from Tuck Jagadish: A pleasing melody
After the first song ‘Inkosaari Inkosaari’ was well received by the audience, the makers of Nani‘s upcoming film ‘Tuck Jagadish‘ have unveiled the second single ‘Kolo Kolanna Kolo’ today.
The song is crooned by Armaan Malik and Harini Ivvanturi, Sri Krishna and S Thaman have also lent their vocals for the song. S Thaman has given a lively tune and Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry’s lyrics have added value to the song.
We can see a festival atmosphere in the song, and it featured some best family emotions and the bonding among them.
The film directed by Shiva Nirvana. Touted to be a rom-com, the film will be hitting the screens on April 23. The film has stars Ritu Varma and Aishwarya Rajesh as the female leads along with Jagapathi Babu essaying the role of Nani’s brother. The film also stars Rao Ramesh, Nasser and other actors in key roles.
After KTR, Its Harish Rao’s Turn to support VSP movement
The ongoing protests surrounding the burning issue of Andhra Pradesh, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant(VSP) is gaining support from fellow Telugu state Telangana. After Telangana IT Minister KTR, one more Minister supports the protests.TRS leader, Minister of Finance in KCR cabinet, T. Harish Rao has also supported the protests and said, we will support the ongoing protests to save the steel plant. We will not be silent if the public sector firms are privatised, he said.
In his recent interview, Harish Rao targeted the BJP government over its decision to privatise the public sectors. The BJP, which has privatised the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited(BSNL) is privatizing one after the other companies.Why should we remain silent on the Vizag Steel Plant row?. Going by their spree of privatising the Public Sector Undertaking companies, the Centre is now gearing up for privatising the Vizag Steel Plant. The Centre will privatise the Singareni Collieries Company and other companies in Telangana also if we are silent, Harish Rao said.
Harish Rao is also stressing the same opinion of the IT Minister that, if they(Telangana) remain silent on the issues in Andhra Pradesh, no one will come for them if the same happens to Telangana state.However, the opposition parties in Telangana are finding fault with the TRS for responding to issues in Andhra Pradesh, batting a blind eye towards the issues in Telangana.
The Telangana wing of BJP slammed the TRS for supporting the protests in Andhra Pradesh. BJP alleged that the TRS which has promised to reopen several old factories in the state is not bothered about it.
