KGF fame Yash bags one more Pan-India film

After the blockbuster success of KGF: Chapter-1, Kannada hero Yash has become a Pan-India star. His craze has multiplied many times and now fans across the industries are super excited for the second instalment of the much-awaited KGF: Chapter-2, which will have its theatrical release in July.

There were already reports that Yash signed his next film with Kannada director Narthan. Now, the interesting news is that Yash has joined hands with Tollywood producer Vishnu Induri for a pan-Indian project.

As per reports, Yash and Induri met several times in the past few weeks and the actor inked the deal. The project may on floors once the KGF actor wraps up the shoot of Narthan’s project. More details regarding this film will be out soon.

Meanwhile, Yash starrer KGF: Chapter 2, which also has Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon in key roles, will be hitting the screens on 16 July 2021.

కొన్ని నెలల క్రితం సమంత సినిమాలకు గుడ్ బై చెబుతోంది అని వార్తలు వచ్చినప్పుడు సమంత చాలా సీరియస్ అయింది. కావాలనే తనపై ఇలా ప్రచారం చేస్తున్నారని సమంత ఆరోపించింది. కట్ చేస్తే సమంత ఇప్పుడు మళ్ళీ కొత్త సినిమాలను ఒప్పుకోవట్లేదు. అసలు కథలు వినడానికి కూడా ఇష్టపడట్లేదు. తన దగ్గరకు కథలు ఏవీ తీసుకురావద్దు అని తన మేనేజర్లకు సమంత చెప్పేసింది.

ప్రస్తుతం గుణశేఖర్ దర్శకత్వంలో శాకుంతలం సినిమా కోసం సమాయత్తమవుతోంది సమంత. అంతే కాకుండా నయనతార నటిస్తోన్న ఒక తమిళ సినిమాలో కూడా సమంత కీలక పాత్ర పోషిస్తోంది. చూస్తుంటే ఈ రెండు సినిమాల తర్వాత సమంత మరో సినిమాను ఒప్పుకునేలా లేదు.

2017లో నాగచైతన్యతో సమంత వివాహమైంది. అప్పటినుండి సినిమాలను తగ్గిస్తూ వచ్చిన సామ్ మరో ఏడాది తర్వాత పూర్తిగా బ్రేకులు వేస్తుందని అంటున్నారు. మరి చూడాలి ఏం జరుగుతుందో.

Supreme Court wants screening of content of OTT content claims Pornography is shown!

The much-talked-about Web series Tandaav streamed on Amazon Prime had caused quite a stir in the country. The alleged objectionable scenes made the Hindu groups open fire at the streaming app over the web series.

After going through several twists and turns, the issue had reached the Supreme Court after Aparna Purohit, commercial head of Amazon Prime Video moved the Apex Court challenging the Allahabad high court order to deny her anticipatory bail in the investigation over the issue.

During the hearing, the Supreme Court maintained that some films are showing pornography and said screening should be held for series that appear on the OTT platforms.

The Supreme Court had also directed the Union Government to submit the regulations for the OTT platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video and also asked the government what sort of programs would be streamed on these apps.

Mukul Rohatgi, who appeared for Aparna Purohit told the court that it was a shock to see cases been filed against Aparna who is not even related to the show. She is not a producer of the show and she didn’t even act in the series. He added that Aparna was named in 10 FIRS that were filed against the series across the nation.

Aparna Purohit didn’t get a sigh of relief with the Supreme Court adjourning the next hearing to Friday. The bail issue will be considered based on the Union government’s guidelines for the OTT platforms.

10 FIRs were filed against the Tandaav series on the grounds of hurting Hindu sentiments. With the Allahabad High Court denying her bail, the commerce head knocked on the doors of the Supreme Court.

Director urges to raise voice if something goes wrong in society

Young Tollywood director Venky Kudumula was duped by a fraudster recently. The filmmaker moved

the Cybercrime Police over the incident and lodged a formal complaint with the police.

Tracing back the incident, a fraudster called the director and introduced himself as the jury member of an international film festival. To nominate the film under several categories, he asked Venky to deposit some money.

The filmmaker realised that he was cheated by the fraudster after he asked to pay some more money citing an issue in the nominations. He then lodged a complaint with the cops.

Venky Kudumula, who kept his silence on the issue came forward to speak about the issue. In the long post he made on his Twitter handle, the director mentioned the name of the person who duped him and said he got his number from a common friend.

In his statement, Venky said, he got a call from a person named Naveen who acquired his phone number from a mutual friend and he liked his Bheeshma film and asked the director to apply for the award as the film was about Organic farming.

The director even consulted the common friend about the nominations. The common friend told the director that he had known the person over the past two years. By paying Rs 63,600 as the application fee, I had applied for the nominations.

After releasing that Naveen was a fraudster, Venky Kudumula called the common friend who told him that he had known for two years. The common friend told him that he had back and forth messages from Naveen once in a while.

The director urged everyone to raise their voice if something goes wrong in society. Not only drinking and smoking, but being not careful is also dangerous, the told added in the letter in Telugu.

A joyful song ‘PapaOPapa’ from GaaliSampath to be released by a popular star tomorrow

Gaali Sampath is an upcoming Telugu movie slated to be released on 11 Mar, 2021. The movie is directed by Anish Krishna under Anil Ravipudi’s direction supervision and screenplay. Sree Vishnu, Lovely Singh, Rajendra Prasad and Tanikella Bharani are starring in lead characters. Other top actor Sathya was brought on board by the makers for Gaali Sampath.

After first song ‘fififi’ featuring Rajendra Prasad and Sreevishnu was out, the makers now decided to release the second song ‘papaOpapa’ through young star and producer Vijay Devarakonda. The song is learnt to be joyful and romantic, which is going to to be out tomorrow at 11:05 A.m on Sony music.

In a small video clip preconceived as a short promo released by Sony music south, Anil Ravipudi and another crew member along with popular dubbing artist Suresh are seen discussing about the song release. They chat in an amusing way about releasing whether as an audio clip announcement or as a poster.

As part of its preparation, Suresh is seen uttering PapaOPapa in his typical loud bass voice in a rather funny way. Anil Ravipudi pretends to be not impressed and rejects it and says that he wanted to stick to the poster release, while Suresh is seen asking “what about my voice?”. The director then gives a shake hand and quips “all the best” by mimicking the artist funnily and leaves.

Prabhas’ Adipurush to get publicity from BJP

Prabhas’ upcoming film ‘Adipurush‘ is making a lot of buzz in India. Ever since the film was announced, it stayed in the headlines for all reasons. The pan-India film is expected to be made on a budget of Rs 400 Cr. Since it is the first Bollywood project of the Baahubali actor, the expectations are sky-high.

We are aware that Adipurush is based on epic Ramayana and the young Rebel star appears as Lord Rama in it. The film will release next year. Interestingly, the Ayodhya temple in UP will also be built by the time of the release. Seems like the BJP men are willing to promote this film, hoping that it will help them in the upcoming assembly polls in AP.

It is known that Prabhas’ uncle Krishnam Raju is a BJP leader who also won the 1998 Lok Sabha elections from Kakinada. His family has a long association with the Bharatiya Janata Party. Now that the Ram Mandir construction has begun in Ayodhya, a Pan-India film based on Ramayan would advantage BJP in the coming elections.
