Share

Featuring a talented cast and crew, Little Hearts has rapidly established itself as one of the most successful films in recent times. Despite a modest budget, the film delivered substantially higher returns, making it a remarkable success story at the box office.

In just its first two weeks, Little Hearts has shown impressive performance in the Telugu states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, collecting a share of ₹13.38 crore against a gross of ₹24.70 crore. The film’s worldwide performance is even more notable, with a total share of ₹18.76 crore and a gross of ₹35.25 crore.

What makes this success truly extraordinary is the film’s minimal break-even point of ₹3 crore. With an estimated profit of ₹15.76 crore, the film has delivered a massive return on investment, surpassing expectations and establishing itself as a blockbuster.

Industry analysts attribute the film’s success to strong word-of-mouth, relatable family emotions, and engaging content that resonated with audiences. The impressive collections underscore the audience’s strong connection with the film, demonstrating how a well-crafted story can translate into exceptional commercial success.

Within just two weeks, Little Hearts has not only recovered its production costs but has also provided significant gains to producers and distributors, highlighting its strong market appeal and cementing its status as a major hit.

Rashmika Mandanna in Talks for Hrithik Roshan’s Krrish 4

Share

After a lukewarm Bollywood debut with Goodbye and Mission Majnu, Rashmika Mandanna has firmly established herself as one of the most sought-after actresses in Indian cinema. Dubbed the “National Crush,” Rashmika’s career graph soared with consecutive blockbusters including Pushpa, Animal, and Chhaava. Even the box office failure of Salman Khan’s Sikander did little to slow her momentum.

The versatile star is currently juggling multiple projects, including Thama and Cocktail 2, while also headlining major upcoming releases such as Animal Park, Allu Arjun and Deepika Padukone’s AA22XA6, and the highly anticipated Pushpa 3.

Industry buzz now suggests that Rashmika is the leading contender to play the female lead opposite Hrithik Roshan in Krrish 4, the next chapter in the iconic superhero franchise. While an official announcement is yet to be made, her potential inclusion in the project has fans and trade circles excited.

Krrish 4 marks a milestone moment for Hrithik Roshan, as he will not only reprise his role as the beloved superhero but also step behind the camera for his directorial debut. The film is expected to go on floors later this year, carrying forward the legacy of Koi Mil Gaya, Krrish, and Krrish 3.

If Rashmika is officially onboarded, Krrish 4 could cement her position as a true pan-India star, further expanding her presence across industries and genres.

Rashmika Mandanna Embraces Vegetarian Lifestyle

Share

A tree grows stronger when its roots stay grounded, and actors too draw strength from routines that often remain unseen. One such example is Rashmika Mandanna, the actress who earned the title of “national crush” in less than a decade. She has now surprised her fans with a major lifestyle change—she has gone completely vegetarian, giving up meat altogether. The revelation has sparked fresh curiosity across the film industry and among her admirers.

Fitness and discipline have always been at the core of Rashmika’s journey. Starting her career in Kannada cinema, she swiftly rose to fame in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi industries. While Pushpa 2 catapulted her into Pan-India stardom, Animal cemented her position as one of the leading actresses in Indian cinema. At just 29, she maintains her striking screen presence through sheer discipline.

Her mornings begin with a liter of water followed by apple cider vinegar, as per her dietician’s advice. She skips heavy meals, avoids rice, and keeps dinners light. Interestingly, she has also stopped eating certain vegetables like tomato, potato, and cucumber due to allergies. Along with dietary discipline, Rashmika sticks to regular evening workouts to stay active and energetic for her demanding roles.

This new vegetarian shift highlights the thoughtfulness she brings not only to her career but also to her lifestyle. For fans, it adds another inspiring dimension to her journey—an actress who evolves with each phase of her life, both on and off screen.

On the professional front, Rashmika was last seen in Kubera and is currently busy with projects like The Girlfriend, Thama, and Cocktail 2 in Hindi. There is also strong buzz around her playing a key role in Kanchana 4 opposite Raghava Lawrence. The latest speculation even links her to Krrish 4, where she may star alongside Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra. If that materializes, it won’t just be her talent and fitness, but also her renewed vegetarian lifestyle that enhances her image as a heroine ready to step into the superhero universe.

Aryan Khan’s Netflix Debut The Bads of Bollywood Review

Share

Bollywood fans had plenty to celebrate as Aryan Khan’s The Bads of Bollywood brought together a glittering lineup of stars — from Ranveer Singh to Karan Johar — with even Tollywood’s ace director S.S. Rajamouli making a surprise cameo that left viewers stunned. A quirky debate scene over whether idli or vada pav is the better snack even went viral, adding to the buzz.

Marking Aryan Khan’s directorial debut on Netflix, the series starts off with Gen Z-style dialogues, high-energy moments, and cameos that keep the excitement alive in the early episodes. However, as the episodes progress, the runtime begins to feel stretched, and the pacing slows, leaving later portions of the series dragging.

Positioned as a satire on Bollywood, the show dives into themes of nepotism, industry politics, and the way films are critiqued. Performances are a mixed bag — Raghav Juyal stands out with a convincing act, while Bobby Deol falls short of making an impression. Talented names like Mona Singh (best known for her role as Kareena Kapoor’s sister in 3 Idiots) and Gautami Kapoor are left underutilized, making some parts of the narrative feel wasted.

Though the writing offers sharp wit in places, the storytelling struggles to maintain focus. By the finale, the satire fizzles, humor thins out, and the ending fails to land with impact.

While Aryan Khan’s debut does showcase moments of clever insight and bold commentary, viewers are divided — some applaud his wit and courage, while others find the uneven pacing and weak conclusion a missed opportunity.

Google Integrates Gemini AI Into Chrome Browser

Share

Google has announced a major update to its Chrome browser by integrating its Gemini artificial intelligence system, marking one of the most significant changes in years. The move is seen as part of the tech giant’s strategy to strengthen its competitive edge against OpenAI, Anthropic, and Perplexity, all of which are advancing AI-powered browsing tools.

The Gemini integration will first roll out in the United States on Mac and Windows devices, as well as on mobile platforms. A new Gemini button in Chrome will allow users to ask questions about webpages, summarise content, and even interact with multiple tabs simultaneously. On iOS, Gemini will be built directly into Chrome, while on Android, it will expand on existing system-level AI integrations.

Google is also positioning Gemini as a bridge between the browser and its ecosystem. Users can connect seamlessly with apps like Calendar, YouTube, and Maps without switching tabs, while the AI will surface browsing history and relevant links based on partial recollections. Chrome’s omnibar is being enhanced with an AI Mode, enabling smarter page-specific queries and in-panel results.

Security is another major focus of the update. Gemini Nano, a lightweight AI model, will boost Chrome’s ability to detect scams, phishing attempts, and fake virus alerts. Chrome’s password manager will also gain a one-click feature to automatically change compromised credentials.

Looking ahead, Google plans to introduce “agentic AI” features under its internal codename Project Mariner, which will allow Chrome users to delegate tasks such as booking appointments or ordering groceries. These advanced features are already being tested internally.

The update follows a recent U.S. federal court ruling allowing Google to retain control of Chrome despite antitrust pressures from the Department of Justice. The court acknowledged that generative AI is reshaping competition in the browser market, with newer players pushing innovative experiences.

By embedding Gemini directly into Chrome, Google is signalling its intent to defend its dominance and reshape browsing into an AI-driven experience. Rick Osterloh, Google’s Senior VP of Platforms and Devices, emphasized that the goal is to evolve Chrome “in ways we didn’t think possible even a few years ago,” while keeping its hallmark speed, simplicity, and safety intact.

Nvidia Invests $5 Billion in Intel for AI Chip Partnership

Share

Nvidia has announced a $5 billion investment in Intel, becoming one of the chipmaker’s largest shareholders and giving a major boost to Intel’s turnaround efforts. The deal secures Nvidia a 4% stake in Intel through newly issued shares, sending Intel’s stock surging 23% on Wall Street. This move comes just weeks after the U.S. government stepped in with a 10% stake as part of an emergency stabilization plan.

Under the agreement, Nvidia and Intel will jointly develop chips for PCs and data centers. While Nvidia has not signed Intel’s foundry division to produce its GPUs, Intel will supply CPUs and advanced packaging for the joint products. Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang emphasized that the White House was not directly involved in the deal but noted the administration would likely support such collaboration.

Industry experts view this as a lifeline for Intel, whose manufacturing struggles have threatened its position in the semiconductor market. Some analysts believe the partnership could even be the first step toward an eventual acquisition or restructuring of Intel by U.S. chipmakers.

Nvidia is purchasing its stake at $23.28 per share — slightly below Intel’s closing price of $24.90 on Wednesday but higher than the $20.47 paid by the U.S. government. Nvidia’s own stock rose 3.8% following the announcement. Intel has also secured $2 billion from SoftBank and $5.7 billion from the U.S. government, further strengthening its cash reserves.

The pact is expected to shake up the global chip race. TSMC, which currently manufactures Nvidia’s flagship processors, could face long-term risks if Intel becomes a stronger foundry partner. AMD, meanwhile, may feel pressure in the data center and consumer PC segments.

Intel’s new CEO, Lip-Bu Tan, appointed in March, has pledged leaner operations and disciplined expansion. Analysts see the Nvidia deal as critical to reviving Intel’s role in the AI era. The companies plan to co-develop custom Intel processors designed to work seamlessly with Nvidia’s AI chips via a proprietary interconnect, giving Intel a role in every Nvidia AI server sold and positioning it as a challenger to Broadcom’s dominant chip-to-chip solutions.

New Zealand Halts Recognition of Overseas Adoptions for Immigration

Share

New Zealand has introduced major changes to its international adoption policy, with significant implications for families pursuing immigration pathways involving adopted children. Effective from September 18, 2025, overseas adoptions by New Zealand citizens and residents will no longer be recognised under New Zealand law for immigration or citizenship purposes, unless they are from a list of exempt countries.

The government stated that these interim measures are designed to reduce risks of harm to children adopted through international channels, while a broader review of legislation and policy is underway.

Key Changes for Families
Under the new rules, Section 17 of the Adoption Act 1955 has been suspended. This makes it harder for parents to secure immigration status for children adopted from non-exempt countries. Children adopted from these countries will not qualify for resident or visitor visas based on the parent-child relationship with New Zealand citizens or residents.

Impact on Visa Applications
The policy shift has sparked concern among families currently navigating the visa process. For new applications, adopted children from non-exempt or non-Hague Convention countries will likely face rejection if they rely on the parent-child relationship with New Zealand citizens or residents.

On the other hand, families with existing visa applications already in progress will not be affected. Immigration New Zealand confirmed these applications will continue to be processed under the previous framework.

This interim move signals a tightening of adoption-related immigration pathways in New Zealand, with further reforms expected once the government completes its review.

UK Remains Top Choice for International Students in Fall 2025

Share

The dream of studying abroad continues to attract students from around the world, as many seek to combine higher education with valuable work experience. According to ApplyBoard’s latest Recruitment Partner (RP) Pulse Survey, the UK remains the top choice for international students for Fall 2025. The survey, which collected insights from nearly 400 international student recruitment professionals, highlights how global trends in affordability, shifting student priorities, and government policies are shaping the study abroad landscape.

The UK maintains its lead as the most welcoming destination, with 82% of recruitment partners agreeing it is highly attractive. Its reputation for safety, inclusivity, and openness continues to resonate with students. Supporting this trend, UK student visa applications rose by 16% year-over-year in Q2 2025. While some concerns remain following the UK government’s recent immigration White Paper, professionals emphasize the country’s stable policies and enduring appeal.

The United States, long a preferred destination, has seen a decline in perception. Only 50% of respondents now consider the US open and welcoming to international students—a 24-point drop from Spring 2025. Factors contributing to this shift include downsizing at the Department of Education, visa revocations, and paused student visa interviews. Despite this, two-thirds of recruiters still consider the US an attractive study option.

Canada’s appeal has strengthened, with 84% of recruitment partners describing it as safe and welcoming, up 5 points from Spring 2025. Its affordability and clear post-study work opportunities remain major draws. Australia and Germany continue to be strong contenders; Australia saw a slight dip in attractiveness but remains competitive, while Germany’s appeal has remained steady, albeit slightly lower than earlier this year.

Students are increasingly looking beyond traditional top destinations. New Zealand has emerged as a rising choice, with 21% of respondents noting increased interest, nearly double from last year. France has also grown in popularity, driven by affordability and cultural opportunities. Meanwhile, Finland’s appeal has declined due to upcoming tuition changes, while countries like Malta, Spain, the UAE, and China are gaining attention as alternative study destinations.

Affordability remains the top priority for students, cited by 91.4% of recruiters, followed by post-study work opportunities (87.8%) and cost of living (76.7%). Germany is viewed as the most affordable destination, followed by Ireland and Canada, as students balance quality education with financial feasibility.

The survey indicates a stable global demand for international education after a period of volatility. The UK’s consistent policies and welcoming reputation continue to stand out, Canada’s resurgence highlights its growing competitiveness, and Australia and Germany remain solid options. Meanwhile, emerging destinations like New Zealand and France reflect a broader range of opportunities for students seeking diverse experiences abroad.
