A couple who live in Kapra, have a son, Ganesh (6). A few days ago, the six year old accidentally fell into a bonfire and was severely injured. The parents rushed the kid to a nearby private hospital. Doctors at BBR Hospital in Balanagar said that 30 percent of the kid’s body was burnt and further added that the treatment would cost Rs 50,000.
KTR responded to the tweet immediately and assured that the boy will be given better treatment and the TRS government would bear the cost. KTR directed the officials to do the needful to the boy. The doctors immediately responded and provided treatment for Ganesh. Doctors said that the condition of Ganesh is well. Vijayasai calls Nimmagadda a mad man
It is very common for YSRCP leaders to lash out rather brutally at anyone who does not belong to their party. This is especially true to those who are affiliated to the TDP, and when it comes to lashing out at the SEC, members of the YSRCP do not take a backstep at all.
YSR Congress party general secretary and parliamentary party leader V Vijay Sai Reddy, on Friday, made some scathing remarks at the SEC, Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar. He called the SEC a mad man, and said that he is not fit to lead a constitutional body, and should be admitted to a mental institution instead.
These remarks were made keeping in mind the letter that the SEC wrote, ordering for the transfer of various IAS officers, including the transfer of Praveen Prakash, principal secretary in chief minister’s office, and even his complaint to the Governor against ministers Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy and Botsa Satyanarayana..
Vijayasai went on to accuse Nimmagadda of not having his own soul, as his soul is now that of Chandrababu’s, similar to Rajnikanth’s Chandramukhi story. He said that this is why Nimmagadda is making no sense, and why he is simply dancing to the tunes of Chandrababu.
Vijayasai said that if Nimmagadda were really so impartial, then he should have taken a serious action against Chandrababu, after he released his party’s manifesto, which is against the election code, as the gram panchayat elections have nothing to do with a manifesto.
Furthermore, Vijayasai said that Nimmagadda should have conducted the local body elections way back in 2018, but did not do so, and even stopped the YSRCP from doing so, when they took the initiative.

SEC Being Vindictive Towards AP Govt: Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy
AMARAVATI: Stating that SEC Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar is a passing cloud, YSRCP has said that it will continue to highlight his biased conduct and expose his rancor towards the State Government.
Addressing a press conference here on Friday, YSRCP General Secretary and Government Advisor (Public Affairs) Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy said that SEC Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar was like a passing cloud whose stint would end in two months but the Government would be in place for a longer period. He has been going overboard in passing comments against the Government and our leaders, ignoring the Opposition flaws. We will continue to expose his biased functioning.
” I have been the Party General Secretary and held high positions in the Party and now he need not judge as to who should speak what in our Party and at the same totally ignoring Chandrababu releasing Party manifesto for Panchayat polls which are apolitical and are not held with Party symbols.
Not only does the manifesto contain impractical promises but was also released when the code of conduct was in force. He seems to be working under the direction of TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu as a political activist,” Sajjala said. He said that Ramesh Kumar has been stepping out of his purview as a State Election Commissioner and has been acting impatiently with hasty decisions. Those in the post of SEC would be mature enough, be responsible, and work for the smooth conduct of polls, he said.
He is being vindictive towards the government and misusing his constitutional powers while he has to perform his duties as a referee, he has been biased to a single party and enforcing his personal agenda.
Gopalakrishna Dwivedi was a victim of SEC’s impatience and anger. He commented that perhaps Nimmagadda did not even know why action was taken against Dwivedi. Ramakrishna Reddy recalled that everyone had seen the way Chandrababu had treated Gopalakrishna Dwivedi when he was the Chief Electoral Officer in 2019, where he rushed straight to the CEO office and terrorised him. The CEO could have registered that as an attempt to murder case against Chandrababu but he acted with restraint. Dwivedi was lauded for not paying attention to any of the issues that led to the smooth conduct of the elections, he said adding that such restraint was not seen in Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar.
‘Why did Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar bring Panchayat elections in the forefront instead of MPTC and ZPTC polls, which were stopped back in March? and Why did the SEC give a fresh schedule instead of resuming from the point they were postponed ?’ questioned Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy to SEC Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar.
He flayed TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu over his manifesto for panchayat elections and deceiving the people with fake promises. Although providing 100 sq yd house and decreasing the property tax doesn’t come under panchayat jurisdiction, Chandrababu promised to implement them after winning the polls, said Sajjala adding that it is possible for Chandrababu alone to guarantee things that are not even within his purview. He said that a case has to be filed against Chandrababu Naidu under IPC section 420 for deceiving people with fake assurances.

HYDERABAD: BJP State president Bandi Sanjay Kumar on Thursday said that the events following the Pay Revision Commission’s report were orchestrated to ensure palabhishekam (anoint someone/something with milk) for Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. He alleged that the Chief Minister called for a discussion with only those associations supporoting him, and demanded that he hold discussions with all the employees’ and pensioners’ associations.
In a press release, Sanjay said, “Abhishekam, a cleansing act that the BJP has already done in Dubbaka and GHMC, appears to be insufficient for the Chief Minister. Though the PRC report submitted by the Biswal Committee has capsized employees and pensioners, the Chief Minister hasn’t responded.”
New problem
Stating that the State government was creating a new problem in the form of 7.5 per cent fitment, Sanjay said, “The Chief Minister has succeeded in blocking out other crucial aspects. This is a conspiracy to divert the attention to fitment. Not even a single promise made in 2014 was fulfilled during the KCR regime.”He further said, “The Employees Health Scheme is not being implemented. While the in-service employees spent lakhs of rupees, the government promised them just `1 lakh, and in turn, pushed them into debts. No spouse transfers either,” Sanjay said.
Threat to book cases
He alleged that the State government was threatening to book cases against anyone who raised their voice against injustices. He added that the BJP would extend support to the agitating employees. “Employees need not worry about the PRC and fitment. The BJP will not tolerate State’s harassment of employees,” he said.
