Pawan Kalyan To Juggle Between Krish Movie & ‘AK’ Remake!
Powerstar Pawan Kalyan has wrapped up the shooting of ‘Vakeel Saab’ and the post-production work is going on at full flow. He started Krish’s project long back but it was kept aside during the lockdown. Nearly after 9 months, the period drama has finally started rolling again.
In the latest schedule, Krish and his team apparently filmed two songs. The shooting is going on in Hyderabad as of now and Pawan will reportedly take a break for a couple of days after finishing this schedule. Post his break, Pawan will take part in the pre-production works of ‘Ayyappanum Koshiyum’ remake directed by Saagar Chandra.
Pawan and Rana will be sharing the screen space in this hit Malayalam remake. The star hero is looking to complete this film at a rapid pace. As Krish’s film needs a lot of time, effort and money, they are in no hurry to rush it. The next schedule of this big-budget film will start from the second or third week of February. Seems like Pawan is going to juggle between these two films for the entire first half of 2021.
Pawan also agreed to Harish Shankar and Surrender Reddy’s projects. We need to see when they both go on floors.
Kala Venkatrao has been arrested and released in 2 hours
The arrest of TDP Politburo member and former minister Kala Venkatrao has caused a stir across the state. Venkatrao was arrested by Vijayanagaram district police on Wednesday night. However, the suspense ended when Kala Venkatrao was released at 11.15 pm.
SP Rajakumari responded to the arrest and explained the reasons. She said, “MP Vijaya Sai Reddy had lodged a complaint at the Nellimarla police station in Vijayanagaram district on the 2nd of this month.
We repeatedly asked Kala Venkatrao to appear for the trial. As he did not respond properly, he was taken to the police station and was given notice after the hearing and sent back.”
Kala Venkatrao was also incensed over the arrest. He said the government was not doing anything despite the attacks on gods and idols.
Cases are being filed against those who are questioning such injustices and are being arrested. He said he will continue to fight on behalf of the people.

MP KK daughter broke into Tahasildar’s office
Vijayalakshmi, daughter of TRS party senior leader, MP Keshavarao (KK), is embroiled in controversy. Shaikpet Tahasildar Srinivas Reddy has lodged a complaint with the police against Vijayalakshmi, daughter of MP K Keshava Rao, a Banjara Hills Corporator.
He complained that Corporator Vijayalakshmi and her followers had broken into the Tehsildar’s office and assaulted him. Srinivas Reddy has also released a video to this effect. The video went viral on social media.
Vijayalakshmi is a two-time Corporator from Banjara Hills Division. However, with the Greater Hyderabad seat being reserved for women, there is a lot of discussion in TRS circles that she may become the mayor of Hyderabad.
It is rumoured that MP KK is also doing his part. Her involvement in the controversy in this order has become a headache for the party. However, Vijayalakshmi has not yet commented on this.
Rajinikanth’s Annaatthe indefenitely postponed, Siva to direct Surya
A few weeks ago, Tamil superstar Rajinikanth suffered from severe blood pressure fluctuations and was admitted to a private hospital in Hyderabad. This came just after 7-8 members of Annaatthe unit tested positive for Covid-19.
In the wake of his poor health and the current situation pertaining to Covid-19 outbreak, Rajnikanth decided to postpone Annaatthe shoot indefenitely.
Meanwhile, the director of Annaatthe seems to have moved on and he is already working on his next project.
Apparently, Siva penned a story which suits Suriya‘s image and narrated it to the latter. Suriya liked the story and gave the nod to Siva.
It is being said that Suriya-Siva project will be officially announced very soon and the shooting will commence in the next few weeks.
As per reports, Rajnikanth will be resuming Annaatthe only in June and Siva intends to complete his next with Suriya by then.

Sasikala was rushed to Bangalore hospital from prison
Sasikala, who is about to be released from the Parappana Agraharam prison in Bangalore, was rushed to a hospital in the city as she is suffering from fever. Sources close to her said that she had been suffering from fever and cough for a few days.
Sasikala, a close associate of former Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalithaa, is serving a jail term in a case of assets exceeding her income.
Sasikala, who paid a fine of Rs 10 crore to the court, is scheduled to be released on the 27th of this month.
The doctors in the Bangalore hospital released a statement stating that “Mrs. Sasikala was admitted with comorbidities of hypertension, diabetes, and hypothyroidism. She is stable with supportive measures, antibiotics, and oxygen. She will be further evaluated and monitored. Investigation reports are awaited.”
Mahesh Babu prepping up for Sarkaru Vaari Paata shoot
Mahesh Babu’s Sarkaru Vaari Paata was supposed to hit the floors by last December but that did not happen for undisclosed reasons. Initially, the first schedule was planned in the USA, but things have changed now.
Apparently, the makers of Sarkaru Vaari Paata are planning to shoot a big portion of the film in Dubai. The first schedule is expected to commence on 25th of this month.
Meanwhile, Mahesh Babu has started prepping up for shoot. He is hitting the gym and sweating it out to get in the right shape before he joins the shoot.
It has been over a year since Mahesh last faced the camera and he wants to tick all the right boxes before commencing the shoot of Sarkaru Vaari Paata.
Also, the handsome hero has grown long hair for his role in the film and will also be sporting a bearded look.
Sarkaru Vaari Paata will have Parasuram at the helm and Keerthy Suresh is playing the female lead. Thaman will be scoring the music.

MLA Butchaiah Chowdary PA was arrested in Hukumpeta Vinayaka statue case
Rajahmundry Rural MLA Gorantla Butchaiah Chowdary PA Chitikela Sandeep was arrested by the police in Srisailam.
Sandeep has been accused of inciting religious hatred on social media over the incident in which the statue of Hukumpeta Vinayaka was desecrated. However, police first arrested TDP leader Babukhan Chowdhury in the same incident.
But he has been on the run ever since, as police prepared to arrest Sandeep, who was thought to have a hand in the case of Butchaiah Chowdary PA Sandeep.
Sandeep, who was on the run recently, was arrested by the police on learning that he was in Srisailam, Kurnool district. After appearing in court, the court remanded Sandeep.
Butchayya Chaudhary alleged that the government was harassing innocent people as it was unable to catch the culprits behind the attacks on Hindu temples and idols in the state.
Megastar Chiranjeevi to wrap up 3 projects this year
Megastar Chiranjeevi made good use of the free time during the lockdown period by listening to multiple scripts and finalizing his upcoming projects.
Chiru gave his nod to the remakes of Lucifer and Vedhalam during the lockdown and both these films are set to start rolling.
Apparently, megastar will be completing 3 projects in 2021 and 2 of them will be releasing by the end of the year.
Chiru will be completing Acharya shoot by March and the film is tentatively slated for release on 7th May. He will also start working on Lucifer remake from February and this project is expected to be wrapped up by this summer. The Mohan Raja directorial is scheduled to hit the screens this Dasara
Interestingly, Chiru has already allotted 3 months for Vedhalam remake and this project will start rolling in second half of 2021. The release date will be finalized based on the progress of the shoot.
At this rate, Chiranjeevi will be completing not one or two but three projects in a single year and that is not an easy feat by any means.
