Pawan back in films: Will he or won’t he?
It was only on Saturday that an announcement was made in the social media that power star-turned-politician Pawan Kalyan is going to back to acting and will be featuring in Bollywood producer Boney Kapoor’s forthcoming film in Telugu.
It will be a remake of Hindi film “Pink” starring Amitabh Bachchan and Tapsee Pannu.
Boney Kapoor had already remade the film in Tamil and he will now be remaking it in Telugu with Pawan Kalyan in the lead role. The film will be directed by Sriram Venu.
Even before the Telugu film makers started going ga ga over Pawan’s comeback into the film industry, the power star came up with a surprising announcement at the public rally he had conducted at Visakhapatnam highlighting the alleged failure of YSR Congress party government headed by Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy in resolving the sand crisis in the state.
Pawan said he would go back to the film industry and continue acting in films if Jagan Mohan Reddy provided a great rule to the state.
“I don’t have any personal enmity with Jagan. If he is a great leader and provides a perfect rule to the state, nobody would be happier than me. And I would have gone back to film industry and happily doing films,” he said.
It made one wonder whether Pawan has decided against acting in films, since he is criticising Jagan for bungling in governing the state and indiscriminately taking decisions.
“If Pawan has to be believed, then the announcement made by Boney Kapoor should be wrong. If the reports that Pawan will be acting in films are true, then Jagan must be providing good rule as per Pawan’s own statement,” an analyst said.
So, if Pawan continues to act in films in the coming days, he cannot criticise Jagan for the bad governance and if he makes such statements again, they won’t have any credibility!
Rumour: Sarileru Tunes Changed?
Rumours are rife in tinsel town that the tunes of Mahesh Babu and Anil Ravipudi’s Sarileru Neekevvaru have been changed. As per hearsay, Devi Sri Prasad had initially provided some tunes for the film, but the makers reportedly were not really convinced with all the tunes.
As expectations on the film and songs are too high, they expected an outstanding album from Devi and asked Devi to take more time and give better tunes.
The makers wanted a chart-buster and blockbuster music album. And Devi had worked hard and provided fresh tunes. And these tunes were instantly liked by the whole team including Superstar Mahesh Babu and director Anil Ravipudi. This is said to be the reason for delay in the music album of Sarileru.
Recently, Devi has given a perfect mass tune and it has pushed whole team into celebration mode. Talk is that Devi has given a perfect party number for Mahesh and this is expected to be the Party Song of the year. Overall, Sarileru Neekevvaru songs might have a bit delayed, but the makers are confident of giving foot-tapping music.

‘You Call Us Children’: Reddy To KCR
HYDERABAD: Affirming that their ongoing strike will continue, Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) Joint Action Committee (JAC) president Ashwathama Reddy today said that they will be approaching centre very soon and may seek intervention from President seeking resolution of their issues.
Expressing discontent over the statement of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, Mr Reddy accused him of threatening the employees who are like ”children” for him.
Speaking to media, Mr Reddy said, “No doubt the strike will continue and the Chief Minister instead of providing confidence is threatening the employees. You call us as children, and is this the way you behave with the children?”
“We are going to approach Home Minister Amit Shah, and if necessary we shall approach President regarding the issue”, he added.
He also refuted the allegations of their strike being illegal and said that government may take legal action if they want but they are not going to stop.
Mr Reddy’s statement comes a day after Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao had set November 5 as a deadline for protesting TSRTC employees to join back their duties, while affirming that there will be “no merger” of the transport corporation with the state government “on any condition”.
“On any condition, there is no merger of RTC with government, this is decided by the state cabinet. 5,100 private buses permission is granted in the state. This strike is declared illegal by labour commissioner. If any strike (is) declared illegal then employees and department relation do not exist. This agitation has started especially during the students’ exams and festive season,” Mr Rao told media persons.
Mr Rao added, “Central Government has brought the Motor Vehicle Act which permits privatisation, it is the law of land. That is the reason we have taken this decision.”
The Chief Minister said that 67 per cent hike was done by the state government.
“After the privatisation, all the passes will be valid and accepted. I am not bulldozing, according to the Centre”s decision, we are acting. We will always work by keeping the public necessity in mind. 5,100 private buses are given route permit in the state.” said Mr Rao.
The RTC is demanding for never-ending wishes. The Cabinet decided not to merge RTC with the government. Government has courtesy towards the small jobs. And that is the reason we are hiking their salaries. There is no change in the cabinet decision of privatisation,” Mr Rao added.
Before November 5, TSRTC employees who turn back to duties will be accepted, the Chief Minister said.
Centre Serious on Telangana Police!
A scuffle broke out between Karimnagar MP Bandi Sanjay and Telangana police during the peaceful march mourning the death of RTC employee Babu who committed suicide owing to ongoing RTC strike and state government not meeting the demands of protesting employees. This led to some disturbing incidents where police allegedly ‘manhandled’ BJP MP Sanjay in order to ‘control’ the situation. This has invited wrath from BJP leaders who condemned the ‘highhanded’ behavior of the police.
Sanjay took to Twitter and came down heavily on Telangana state police and CM KCR. Posting a glimpse of the video in which he was visibly ‘manhandled’ and his shirt was held by a police official in a disrespectful way, Bandi Sanjay wrote, “Democracy in our state is getting dwindle daybyday &replicating the another WestBengal. The way state govt behaving on TSRTC Strike is simulating tyrannical behavior of CMKCR.The way TSPolice behaved while we’re taking the march in the last rites of RTCEmployee Babu was abominable.”
Taking the issue seriously, the Union Home Ministry has sought a detailed report from Telangana DGP. Union Minister of State for Home Affairs G Kishan Reddy has sought a report from Telangana state DGP Mahender Reddy. “Was apprised of the unfortunate incident of manhandling of Sri @bandisanjay_bjp, Hon MP – Karimnagar, upon landing. Called him right after for 1st hand information. Spoke to @TelanganaDGP & asked for a detailed report into this incident to be submitted to the GoI at the earliest,” wrote Minister Kishan Reddy.
BJP leaders of Telangana are demanding a strict action from Telangana DGP on concerned police officials of dealing disrespectfully with Karimnagar MP. Meanwhile, it is reported that Bandi Sanjay would move Privilega Motion against the concerned police officials.

One more factor mainly observed by doctors is Cholesterol. By lowering cholesterol level, the body’s ability to fight cancer is also increased. Dr. Harpreet Singh, a senior oncologist from Action Cancer Hospital, stressed on the point that the consumption of tobacco and smoking cigarettes are increasing cancers. Doing so will trigger the body for oral, lung cancers. In women, doctor recommend breastfeeding to eradicate breast cancer and mandatory systematic mammography is recommended from 50-69 year of age.
Not only tobacco, Cancer rates are rising due to increasing life expectancy and epidemic obesity as well. Cancer risk increases with age. The longer we live the greater the risk as the multiple decades of lifestyle risk factors catch up with us. Obesity is now responsible for about a third of all cancers, equivalent or surpassing tobacco. This is due to the metabolic harm caused by long term high blood sugar and insulin levels in combination with a sedentary lifestyle promoting cellular mutation.
