Senior actress Vijayasanti, who dabbles in Telangana politics, is returning to the silver screen after a decade long hiatus. She will be seen in Mahesh’s next film Sarileru Neekevvaru as the mother of the hero. While she felt happy for the re-entry, it’s heard that criticism has worried her.

With politicians labelling that her political stint is over as she is getting back to films like a Chiranjeevi, other day Vijayasanthi clarified that she’s taking films because she liked the role, but that doesn’t mean she will be distanced from the politics. While sharing her thoughts, she mentioned, “I was offered a big film in Tollywood six months ago, but I let that go as I’d to campaign for Congress party in the elections. So there is no truth that I will choose cinema over politics”.

And that film she missed is Allu Arjun and Trivikram’s movie. Initially, director Tirvikram is said to have approached her for the role of mother, but as she expressed her inability to join the schedules, the team has picked Tabu for the same.

Despite the fact that Samantha’s upcoming film “Oh Baby” has locked July 5th as the release date, there are various rumours being heard about the movie. One of them is that producer Suresh Babu is unhappy with the movie’s final output.

When the film is a remake of a Korean original, anyone will be surprised to see as to why Suresh Babu will be unhappy with the output. Going by the trailer of the film, we have to say that Nandini Reddy has perhaps done a commendable job only. There seems to be no truth in the rumour, but here is why Suresh got upset.

According to the grapevine, the moment Samantha heard of this rumour published on few websites, she’s said to have to send SMS to her uncle Suresh, asking him if he is really unhappy with the film. Though the Daggubati producer has confirmed he has no such issues, Samantha is said to be messaging him daily over the rumours.

After back-to-back blockbuster hits Bharat Ane Nenu and Maharshi, all eyes of Mahesh fans are on his next – Sarileru Neekevvaru – for which Mahesh teamed up with F2 director Anil Ravipudi.

As the makers have grandly launched the film and announced its stellar cast which includes Rashmika Mandanna, Vijaya Shanti, Jagapathi Babu besides others, a section of Mahesh fans are said to be little unhappy with the choice of heroine. No doubt, Rashmika is a very good actress and she proved her mettle with films like Geetha Govindam, Chalo. As she is all set to treat with Dear Comrade, some section of fans have started sending requests online to replace Rashmika.

Somehow, a section of Mahesh fans can’t imagine Rashmika opposite Mahesh. But the film’s makers are very keen that Rashmika will make a good cast opposite Mahesh. Anil Ravipudi and Anil Sunkara are pretty confident that Rashmika would pull it off. Also, it is the script which is touted to steal the show. Most important of all, Mahesh Babu matters most in his films. So, as of now, there is no change in the cast of Sarileru Neekevvaru. The film is all set to go to shoot from 24th June.

Sneha Ullal has been hospitalized on May 31 after she complained of high fever. The actress herself shared the unfortunate news on her Instagram, saying that her health condition has deteriorated. She posted a couple of pictures lying on the hospital bed.

The 31-year-old actress claimed that it was the first time in her life that she got hospitalized. She wrote -“So I was hospitalized for the first time in my life. I had a very high fever that wasn’t dying down despite multiple treatments. It was scary. BUT. After a while of terrible health, I’m finally a li’l better. I have been asked to rest it out as much as possible. So that’s going to be boring. But I have my Netflix and a bunch of very caring #foreverkindofpeople with me to keep me going. Can’t wait to get back to work. I wish you all good health”.

After being launched by Salman Khan in his Bollywood film Lucky (2005), Sneha was active in Tollywood with films like Ullasamga Uthsahanga, Simha, Current and Ala modalaindi. Her innocent and cute looks wooed many but she had to take a break from her career in 2016, as she was diagnosed with an auto-immune disorder.
