As we know, Mahesh Babu, along with his director Vamsi Paidapally, has successfully wrapped up Maharshi shooting formalities a week ago. In fact, the actor is busy with promotional activities now. Also, Mahesh holiday pictures along with his family in Paris has gone viral and it is reported that the actor took a quality break from his busy schedule post-Maharshi shooting.

However, Mahesh’s next film will be directing by Anil Ravipudi, who made F2 recently and grabbed a decent success at the box office. This upcoming film will be marked as 26th film for Mahesh and the rumored title is ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’.

The filmmaker is hoping to get a nod from the actor for this title, however, the confirmation is yet to be made. This prestigious project will be produced by Anil Sunkara and Dil Raju jointly. The regular shooting will commence post-June and release in 2020. Rashmika Mandanna and Aditi Rao Hydari are in talks for the female actors. An official confirmation is yet to be made on this.

The fans went all gaga over the tall, handsome, and dashing star Prabhas’s grand entry into the world of Instagram. His entry created much hype and buzz as people literally waited for him for a long, long time. After being active on his official Facebook page, Prabhas joined Instagram early this month and now he’s followed by 1Million people.

It is said that the actor joined Instagram as his fans and well-wishers urged him to. He made his Insta debut with a still from his epic film, Baahubali 2 on April 17. Nearly after 10 days of joining Instagram, Prabhas co-star in Saaho, Shraddha Kapoor welcomed him. Though a little late looks like the actress chose to welcome him after he gets a verified badge. The actress reposted the photo shared by Prabhas and wrote, “Welcome to insta!!! @actorprabhas”. Both of them are currently in Mumbai shooting for their much-anticipated flick, Saaho.

Prabhas’ another co-star, Neil Nitin Mukesh, also welcomed him on Instagram after Shraddha. Saaho will mark as Shraddha’s debut in Telugu and fans cannot wait to see the hot pair sharing big screens together. The film is being shot in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi, simultaneously. Keerthy Suresh has taken people by storm with her acting prowess in Mahanati. She has become a star, thanks to Mahanati. After a long wait, finally, Keerthy has signed a Telugu film. She is teaming up with reputed filmmaker Nagesh Kukunoor of Bollywood who is now making his Tollywood debut. National-award winning director Nagesh helmed critically acclaimed films like Hyderabad Blues, Iqbal, and Dor. Although Nagesh’s mother tongue is Telugu, he hasn’t made a Telugu film till date. With Nagesh making his Tollywood debut and Keerthy being the face, the yet-to-be-titled film has garnered a lot of attention. What’s more?

It is learnt that it is a sports romedy (romance+comedy). The film’s shoot is going on at blitzkrieg speed and the first schedule has been wrapped up. While sports-based films like Majili and Jersey have done well, Keerthy is hoping that she would join the bandwagon of successful sports films.

Most happening music director Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music. The film is going to have interesting cast. Aadhi Pinisetty, Jagapathi Babu, Rahul Ramakrishna are part of the film’s ensemble cast.

Taking the Box Office by storm, Avengers : Endgame has given a deadly shock to all the other films that were having good run. Especially, A-centered and multiplex film like Jersey was at the receiving end with families along with kids thronging to cinemas to catch the glimpse of final installment of Avengers.

With this team Jersey has decided to up the promotions of the film. The makers have called for a ‘Thank You’ meet on Sunday night in order to keep the buzz going. As per trade, Jersey needs to rake in Rs 10 Crore more i.e the film has to gross not less 15 Crore gross more to bail out the distributors. But the chances are bleak. On the other hand, Kanchana 3 continues its successful run in B & C centers.

Modi’s assets rise 52% in 5 years

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has filed nomination for the Varanasi Parliamentary seat on Friday and the election affidavit reveals that his assets increased by 52 percent in the last five years.

Modi has declared his total assets which are worth Rs 2.51 crore. His movable assets are valued at Rs Rs 1.41 crore while unmovable assets are estimated to be worth Rs 1.10 crore. In 2014, Modi had movable assets worth Rs 65.91 lakh.

As on March 31, 2019, Modi had Rs 38,750 as cash in hand and his bank balance is Rs 4,143. Apart from this Modi has Rs 1.27 core as fixed deposits in the State Bank of India. Also he has savings worth Rs 7.61 lakh in the form of National Savings Certificates and Rs 1.90 lakh as life insurance.

The yellow metal assets are of four gold rings (45 grams in weight) that have a valuation of Rs 1,13,800.

In the last five financial years, PM Modi declared that his annual income is as Rs. 19.92 lakh (2018), Rs. 14.59 lakh (2017), Rs. 19.23 lakh (2016), Rs. 8.58 lakh (2015) and Rs. 9.69 lakh (2014).

As per the election affidavit, Modi does not have any criminal case against him and about his educational qualification, Modi holds a Master of Arts degree from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad.

Whatever they say, sometimes entertaining comedy and mass content will work at the box office. Despite getting average reviews F2 turned out to be a blockbuster and then we have some films Husharu doing the unthinkable. And now Kanchana 3 is proving the same.

Directed by Lawrence, Kanchana 3 collected 14 crore ‘share’ in its first week run at the Telugu box office. Thus it has beaten many direct-Telugu movies of the recent times though the film got only mixed reviews. Analysts feel that the scary ghosts, their stunning comedy and the masala songs are responsible for this incredible revenue.

While the jokes are normal, somehow they are still giving a kick to audiences inside Kanchana 3 theatres. At the same time, glamour treat from Vedika, Oviya and Nikki Thamboli also worked big time we have to say. No matter what critics said about the film, a section of audiences has enjoyed this ghost treat in Summer it looks like.

The pre-release business of this film happened at 16 crores, and with 14 crores recovered already, the film might need this weekend to push itself into the profit zone.

150 ISIS sleeper cells in South India

Post the attacks in Sri Lanka, ISIS sympathizers are said to be planning huge in South India. The Intelligence Bureau has warned all the south states comprising of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Goa to be on high alert.

With the warning from the central agencies, the police of the respective states are taking measures. In Hyderabad, the police have set up check posts at all the roads that are leading to the city and are checking every vehicle possible.

The coastal line of Andhra, Tamil Nadu and Kerala is being watched by the Navy. Meanwhile the Tamil Nadu police received a key information that about 19 terrorists are hiding in Ramanathpuram. Already one suspect is nabbed and from him, the police found out that there are about 150 sleeper cells in south India and they could target mostly railway stations. The attacks can happen anytime, is what the detained said.

C/O Kancharapalem is a masterpiece that portrays the realistic depiction of village life and an unconventional love story. The film was critically acclaimed and grossed well at the box-office. Earlier, the news arose that this feel-good film was getting rejected from the prestigious National Awards and the news has disappointed many. However, with the intervention of Telangana IT Minister KTR, the makers successfully submitted their film and was allowed the rights to apply. Suresh Productions and Rana Daggubati has jointly co-produced the film.

Due to the ongoing LS pools, the National Awards announcement has been postponed. Also, Tollywood’s two other intriguing films, Mahanati and Rangasthalam, are said to be giving a tough competition but C/o Kancharapalem is heard to be having better chances to win the award. Movie Review: Avengers End Game

Avengers: Infinity War had left fans shell shocked by ending it on an wildly unpredictable note. The bad guy Thanos not only wins over the powerful and most loved superheroes The Avengers but also wipes out half the living beings on the earth including some superheroes with the snap of a finger. Avengers: Endgame starts few weeks after the chaos and the remaining superheroes are left dispirited and weak. They want to avenge the loss of their loved ones. But will revenge itself let them live in peace?

Avengers: Endgame is not just any superhero film. It is the culmination of more than twenty movies in the Marvel cinematic universe. Directors Russo brothers had a Herculean task on hands as they need to deliver a film that lives up to the humongous hype and endless expectations of the fans of the franchise. The writers Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely made it an easy job by penning a spectacular and a satisfying finale to the most loved film of the last decade.

The film is all about moments. Every superhero character gets to shine no matter how miniscule their role is. The beauty of Endgame is it never thrives to create that whistle worthy fan moments. Even the best heroic shots or scenes come as a part of the film. Some characters are introduced just without any buildup and some enters the scene with a bang. However, none of the entries go unnoticed. Almost ninety percent of the characters gets an applause from the audience at their introduction.

Another interesting thing about the franchise is showing the most powerful characters in a comical way. Hulk’s transformation is just hilarious and he steals the show in his entry scenes. Also the self-proclaimed strongest avenger Thor gets another shocking transformation and he is fun to watch. There is that Big Lebowski vibe to his character that is addressed by the Ironman character in a scene. Avengers has lots of drama but the conversations are lively and funnier all the time. The references to other movies are hilarious.

Audience and fans expect to see a grand spectacle of action episodes from a movie of this scale. The directors are aware of it, but they don’t just provide them all the time. They make us wait for it with proper buildup to the final act. Marvel Cinematic Universe has changed the outlook of superhero films by making drama a vital part of the storytelling. Avengers: Endgame has some powerful emotional moments that any fan would want to undo. The most defining moments are the ones where Ironman and Thor meets their father and mother respectively. It is just hard to analyze Avengers: Endgame without giving away the spoilers. But we are making our best efforts to not to give away anything that fans wouldn’t want to know without watching the movie.

Not many movies were successful in giving a perfect ending to a popular franchise. It is a lot of exercise for the director as well as the writers to connect all the dots and make sure to have a significant role for all the important characters. The ending will leave a lump in the throat for fans for sure even though it isn’t as heartbreaking as the ending of Infinity War. This film is sure to leave everyone satisfied no matter how hyped up they are. Avengers: Endgame will not only break the tons of box office records but also will win millions of hearts. It is a movie that needs to be watched on the larger screen possible and trust me you will love it 3000.

Why delay in counting only in AP?

The statement made by Andhra Pradesh chief electoral officer Gopala Krishna Dwivedi that there was a possibility of delay in the declaration of election results in the state on May 23 raised many eyebrows.

Dwivedi said the declaration of results for AP assembly and Lok Sabha elections could be delayed as the Supreme Court had directed that slips from at least five VVPAT machines randomly selected in each constituency be counted. Only if the VVPAT slips tallied with the actual polling, the officials will announce the results.

“Once the counting of votes in EVMs is completed, it may take an additional 7 to 8 hours to count the VVPAT slips” he told the media.

What the CEO did not inform the media that the Supreme Court direction on VVPAT slips counting is not confined only to Andhra Pradesh but the entire country. So, there is no reason why the counting will be delayed only in AP. It has to be there everywhere.

But Dwivedi said he was not bothered about other states or the centre, but would go only by the rule book and court direction. This has led to the criticism that the CEO is deliberately giving scope for manipulations.

Even with regard to model code of conduct implementation in other states and the centre, Dwivedi gave the same reply.

“I am least bothered whether CMs of other states are conducting review meetings or not. In Andhra Pradesh, I am going only by the rule book and as such, the CM cannot conduct any review meetings,” he said.

Kickbacks to bigwigs in TTD gold deposits?

The recent controversy over transportation of gold bars from Punjab National Bank in Chennai to Tirupati without proper security and documents has brought a bad name to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, which has already been in neck deep controversies over missing jewellery and digging of kitchen.

Now, there are suspicions over the way TTD is depositing its money and gold in various banks. Already, there was a criticism on the TTD trust board for engaging private banks for deposits of thousands of crores.

Former Congress MP Chinta Mohan has alleged that huge kickbacks were paid to some political bigwigs in depositing the TTD income in various banks. He demanded that the government should make all details public.

Chinta Mohan, who held a dharna at TTD administrative building in protest against recent controversy over gold deposits, said devotees from across the breadth and width of the country as well as from abroad visit Tirumala and give offerings to Lord Venkateswara.

“While depositing the TTD income in various banks some big shots in TTD have been getting hundreds of crores as kickbacks. Banks have been offering them one per cent commission for depositing with them,” Mohan alleged and demanded a thorough enquiry into his charges.

He found fault with the TTD for depositing hundreds of crores in the neighbouring states of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka etc., with which they could be able to provide more loans to the people and helping for their empowerment, jeopardising our economic development.

Chinta demanded the TTD to make deposits at the national bank branches in the drought affected Chittoor district which will help the people here.

Mohan questioned the motive behind depositing in other states when all national banks have opened their branches in the district.

TRS is ‘Tiruguleni Rajakeeya Sakthi’!

Telangana Rashtra Samithi on Saturday celebrated its 18th formation day without any pomp and gaiety, with party president K Chandrasekhar Rao staying away from the celebrations which were held on a very low key.

TRS working president K T Rama Rao addressed a formal gathering at Telangana Bhavan, where he hoisted the party flag.

During his speech, KTR gave a new definition to the TRS. He called it as a “Tiruguleni Rajakeeya Sakthi” (An undaunted political force) in the entire country.

He said the TRS was stronger than ever in the state and it was impossible for any party to challenge its spirit and strength.

He asked the party cadre to work harder to live up to people’s aspirations and expectations, while acting as a bridge between people and their government to realise the dream of ‘Bangaru Telangana’.

KTR recalled the struggle of the TRS president, who along with a handful of other men and women, fought for seperate Telangana state for nearly 14 years.

“Thousands of people walked along with him during the agitation and today, the numbers increased to lakhs of people who are walking along with him in realising the dream of Bangaru Telangana,” he said.

He asked the party leaders to set aside their differences and rededicate themselves to strengthen the party. The party cadre along with those who joined the party in the recent times, should work in complete coordination with each other.

He warned them against getting into street fights and asked them to resolve any difference on the party platforms.

The TRS working president advised them not to give an opportunity for the Opposition parties who were waiting to pounce upon the government, if anything goes wrong.

“People kept their faith in TRS and gave us another opportunity to serve them. We cannot afford to commit mistakes and must rededicate ourselves to live up to people’s expectations,” he added.

A V-ariety Title! For Nani’s Next!

Natural Star Nani who has won accolades with recently released Jersey is lining up interesting projects. His next is Gang Leader with Vikram Kumar, who is known for innovative ideas.

Nani is teaming up with his mentor Indraganti Mohana Krishna again for a different film. He will share screen space with Sudheer Babu in it. Dil Raju is the producer and the movie will be launched on 29th of this month.

Nani will reportedly play a role with negative shades in it. V is the title in consideration for the film.

Other titles like Vyuham were in speculation but Indraganti has gone for a trendy title that will appeal to contemporary audience.

Bollywood director Nagesh Kukunoor is all set to make his directorial debut in Telugu. For this he has picked Keerthy Suresh, Aadhi Pinisetty and Jagapathi Babu for the lead cast.

Interestingly this is a sports romedy and the genre is quite intriguing. The film has already started shooting and the first schedule is wrapped up.

This untitled film has top technicians like ‘Rockstar’ Devi Sri Prasad for music and Chirantan Das of ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ fame to handle the cinematography.

The makers are planning for shoot in Vikarabad and Pune.

Designer Shravya Varma is co-producing the movie while Sudheer Chandra is the actual producer and bankrolling it under Worth A Shot Motion Arts banner.

Release is being planned in September 2019.
