DevaDas is all set to hit the marquee on this Thursday. The film is riding on high expectations with two popular stars Nagarjuna and Nani teaming up for the first time.The film has done tremendous business given the craze surrounding it. Pre release theatrical business of DevaDas is around Rs. 37.5 crore, which is the highest ever for both the actors.

Devadas fetched superb prices from Nizam and Ceded distributors although previous movies of both the actors tanked at the box office.Trade is betting big on Devadas to take a fabulous opening and become a big hit considering the crowd pulling combination.

None of the films post Geetha Govindam has been successful. So Devadas needs to click as there is so much money at stake.Devadas is clashing with Maniratnam’s Nawaab that is also releasing on Sep 27. It has only one week to make the most with Vijay Deverakonda’s NOTA slated for release on October 5.

Nani and Nagarjuna are aggressively promoting Devadas. Nagarjuna appeared on Nani’s Bigg Boss show in Sunday episode to promote the film.

As his next film is not yet started, Stylish Star Allu Arjun became topic in all sorts of discussions. Though he’s said to have agreed to work with Trivikram, there is no clarity over that. Here comes another interesting snippet.

All these days Allu Arjun used to work from his dad’s Geetha Arts office only. He used to have a special room there and made all of his meetings there itself. But now, the Stylish Star is moving to his own “AA” office. And a special team will be working for him now from this office.

Actually with Geetha Arts getting ready to produce films with outside heroes, logically it will not be correct to have Allu Arjun all the time at GA office as he’s not taking care of any production. And if Bunny and Sirish are frequenting the office, how come other heroes working for GA will feel comfortable to come to their premises? Perhaps that is the reason that promoted AA to build his own den.

Also, we hear that Bunny is recruiting a new Social Media team and a PR team that handles his Mumbai dealings related to brand endorsements. With Mahesh and Ram Charan already having such offices and teams, looks like AA wants to join the club!!

The keenly awaited audio album of NTR and Trivikram’s Aravindha Sametha was released a few days back. The two intense and emotional songs ‘Peniviti’ and ‘Yeda Poyinado’ became instant hits while the breezy romantic number ‘Anaganaga’ and the racy mass number ‘Reddy Ikkada Soodu’ too are creating enough buzz for the album.

However, NTR fans have been feeling that Aravindha Sametha’s audio album is dominated by emotion and they are requesting the team to include an additional romantic number. It looks like fans’ request has been obliged by Aravindha Sametha’s team.

Here’s an exclusive update about Aravindha Sametha’s fifth song. Apparently, Tarak and Trivikram have decided to add a romantic song a few days after the film’s formal release as a special surprise. Thaman is said to be busy composing the song at the moment.

Hero Nagarjuna Akkineni said that he is stuck in his mind that he is 25 and that’s how he is dealing with Chaitanya and Akhil at home.Nagarjuna interacted with the media and discussed about his upcoming crazy multi-starrer ‘DevaDas.’

“Deva role is full of life and energetic. He is a fearless don but tumbles before a beautiful woman,” said Nagarjuna about his role.“Writer Sridhar Raghavan narrated the script of ‘DevaDas’ about two years back. Many directors were considered initially. Nani suggested Sriram Adittya’s name, I’m not sure of it.

“Then I watched ‘Shamanthakamani’ which is a screenplay oriented movie and I liked it. He handled ‘DevaDas’ quite well,” replied Nagarjuna when asked about director.About working with Nani, Nag said he is a wonderful actor but he can’t live without his phone. “I think even in sleep, he doesn’t leave his phone. In fact Nani only said that it is a disease,” quipped Nagarjuna.

‘DevaDas’ is releasing on September 27th.

Dulquer Salmaan has featured in 26 films in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi since his acting debut in 2012. He is currently busy adding more movies to his impressive filmography.And so, his friend and actor Rana Daggubati is very happy with the “Kali” star’s progress in the film industry.

“Dulquer Salmaan is a very fine actor and a very dear friend. I am very happy with the kind of progress he is making with his cinema. I would like to do something with him in the future,” Rana told IANS.While the two are yet to star in a film together, Rana acted in the 2016 Indian Tamil film “Bangalore Naatkal” — a remake of “Bangalore Days” that had Dulquer playing a pivotal role.

“‘Bangalore Days’… I was a part of its Tamil remake. The film did terribly (at the box office). I wish we hadn’t remade such a beautiful film, but I was just greedy to play the role of (actor) Fahadh Faasil in the original film,” said Rana.

Fahadh played Shivadas in the 2014 Malayalam film “Bangalore Days”.

“Thugs of Hindostan”, directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, promises to be the biggest visual spectacle on the big screen with jaw-dropping action sequences and an epic war on the seas.The makers have pulled off an incredible casting coup by bringing together Amitabh Bachchan — who plays the role of the fierce warrior Khudabaksh — and Aamir on screen for the first time. It also stars Katrina Kaif as performer and Suraiyya and Fatima Sana Shaikh as the daredevil Zafira.

It will light up Diwali with its release on November 8.

Pooja Hegde is dubbing for her part in Telugu for the first time. She is speaking Telugu dialogues herself in Trivikram’s “Aravindha Sametha”.We have heard her Telugu voice in the lyrical video song promo of “Anaganaga Aravithata tanaperu”. Since then people have been commenting that her dubbing was not right.

Will Trivikram change her voice now or will he keep the same is the big question now. Trivikram has been experimenting in his movies of late.It was on his insistence that Pooja Hegde, who happens to be a Kannadiga, has agreed to dub her voice in Telugu though she is not fluent in the language yet.

However, Trivikram does not have much time on his hand to dub all over again. The film is gearing up for release on October 11 worldwide. After the final edit, he may ask her to dub some dialogues for better clarity, shares a source.

The film is produced by S Radhakrishna and it has already created a huge buzz as the audiences have been wondering if it will be a masala film, NTR style or an entertainer in Trivikram style.This is the last major big star movie this year, so there’s lots of anticipation about how Trivikram will treat the film!
