Sonam K Ahuja and Anand Ahuja tied the knot in an extravagant wedding ceremony on May 8th.The entire Bollywood film fraternity graced the event to bless the newlyweds as they started their journey as man and wife.Ever since then, Sonam and Anand have been sharing their PDA moments on social media in an adorable way.
Today, the ‘Neerja’ actress took to her Instagram to share two throwback pictures that were taken a few moments after Sonam and Anand became husband and wife.The couple looked absolutely gorgeous together and Sonam’s lilac saree paired with a matching bardot blouse was breathtakingly beautiful.
Anand too looked dapper in a black pantsuit which he paired with a crisp white shirt.On the work front, Sonam Kapoor will next be seen in ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’ which marks the actress’ first onscreen collaboration with dad and actor Anil Kapoor.
Directed by Shelly Chopra Dhar, the movie also stars Juhi Chawla and Rajkummar Rao and is slated to release on October 12th, 2018.
A Day After Trust Vote, Jagan Calls Andhra Bandh
A day after the no-confidence motion moved by Chandrababu Naidu’s Telugu Desam Party was defeated in the Lok Sabha, Jagan Mohan Reddy of YSR Congress has called a state-wide bandh against what he claimed was the “injustice done by the BJP government”.Andhra Pradesh has been demanding a special status, which would involve extensive financial benefits. The state says its economy has taken a blow after Telangana was formed.
“We will support any party at the national level. Our only demand is special category status to Andhra Pradesh,” Jagan Mohan Reddy said.”We are calling for Andhra Pradesh bandh on July 24, against the injustice done by the BJP government,” Mr Reddy said.Chandrababu Naidu had quit the NDA earlier this year over this issue. PM Modi said he told the Chief Minister that he moved the no-confidence motion “just because of your internal politics with the YSR Congress Party”.
In his speech, PM Modi had revealed that when the TDP decided to walk out of the NDA, he had warned Mr Naidu that his party was “getting entangled in a race of one-upmanship with the YSR Congress”.”I told the chief minister that you are doing this just because of your internal politics with the YSR Congress,” PM Modi said, adding that the TDP had used parliament to deal with his “domestic problems”.
But Mr Naidu had long suspected that it was the BJP that had been blatantly “promoting” Jaganmohan Reddy and his party, the YSR Congress, which left him with no option but to end the partnership.

How much did Janhvi get paid for Dhadak?
The much-awaited debut of Sridevi’s daughter Janhvi Kapoor’s film Dhadak finally hit theatres on Friday. According to a report in dailyhunt, Sridevi’s daughter Janhvi and Ishaan, both got paid Rs 60 lakh for their work in Dhadak.Meanwhile, seasoned actor Ashutosh Rana, who plays Janhvi’s father in the film – Rana Singh, took home Rs 80 lakh as payment for this one.
Ajay-Atul, the music director duo, who were the composers of both Dhadak and Sairat, of which Dhadak is an adaptation, took home Rs 1.5 crore.The music in the film has been specifically loved by fans and critics alike. It captured the same nuances of Sairat while adding the Bollywood masala and dance beats to it.
Meanwhile, director of the film, Shashank Khaitan, who has delivered two blockbusters for Dharma Productions so far in Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and Badrinath Ki Dulhania that starred Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt, took home the biggest pay cheque – Rs 4 crore.
Meanwhile, Nagraj Manjule, who wrote and directed the Marathi film Sairat, was paid Rs 2 crore, we assume for securing the rights to get a remake done.
Inside Talk: Dil Raju Saved 1 Cr From Going Waste
Many blamed mega-producer Dil Raju for not spending heavily on “Lover” promotions. At the same time, his direct revelation that they have spent hugely on the film as the story has demanded despite Raj Tarun’s market is yet to cemented, have created a commotion.
Fact is that Dil Raju has guessed the film’s result in a right way. He knows that other than the colourful visuals and couple of scenes, there is not much soul inside the movie which could bind the viewers to the screens. A source revealed that Dil Raju saved 1 crore from getting waste with his tactic.
While the film is made in 8 crores budget, they should have spent easily 1 crore to promote it on various platforms. But Dil Raju invested only a meager amount for promotions and saved almost one crore for his company. Going by the box office talk, the whole investment is likely to get whitewashed.
Film experts are opining that Raju has made a wise move by not investing much in promotions. But he should have taken more care as a producer by not allowing the film to slip into an unlimited budget mode.

Mahesh And Charan’s Chemistry For Their Girls
