Accepting Jagan Mohan Reddy’s challenge, Jana Sena founder Pawan Kalyan has asked Jagan Mohan Reddy to move the no-confidence motion against the incumbent NDA government in the Centre. Pawan assured Jagan of joining the fight against the NDA and mustering the necessary support for the no-confidence motion.

“Please move a no-confidence motion tomorrow or at least by March 4th, so that it mounts pressure on the central government. All you need is the support of just 50 MPs while the MPs of AP alone account to 25 including the TDP MPs. And anywhere the MPs of TRS, Congress, CPI, CPM, TMC, Samajwadi Party are there to back you if you move the no confidence motion. If the TDP won’t support, we will see. I’m there. I’ll personally visit Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and other states to garner support for the no confidence motion,” said an emotional Pawan at a press conference. He had added that at least 80 MPs would support if a no confidence motion is tabled in Parliament against the current BJP government. Pawan said that he would take the lead to bring all political leaders cutting across political parties on one line to back the no confidence motion introduced by the YSRCP.

Pawan also reiterated that he had just supported the TDP and BJP combine in the 2014 polls hoping that they would do best for the state. Pawan clarified to Jagan’s comments of being partner to Chandrababu and made it clear that he is not a partner of the TDP. Pawan stated that he has prepared for “everything” to face when he took up political path.

Pawan went onto describe Jagan Mohan Reddy as a strong leader with daring, dashing nature. He has asked Jagan to take the fight against the Centre with immediate affect. “I know you’re a strong leader, you’re daring and dashing leader. But somehow we feel you are scared of Modi. If not, please move a No Confidence Vote. We all will support your move,” said Pawan.

By accepting Jagan’s challenge, Pawan has smartly pushed Jagan in to limbo. The moot question now is will Jagan bite the bullet? Will Jagan dare to move the No Confidence Motion against Modi?

A reply to the RTI query filed by an activist Commodore (Retired) Lokesh Batra has to surprise everyone as it revealed that the neighboring nation of India-Pakistan-has imposed a bill of Rs 2.86 lakh as ‘route navigation charges’ on Indian PM Narendra Modi’s flights. Batra, who sought data between August last year to January 30, 2018 has handed a copy to Press Trust of India (PTI) as well.

Going into news, Modi, on December 25 in 2015, has paid a sudden visit to Lahore (Pakistan) to attend birthday celebrations of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. It has sent some signs of friendship among both the rival nations, but it was tampered in the later days. However, the Pak authorities have then issued a bill of Rs 1.49 lakhs as route navigation charges for PM Modi’s flight during that visit.

Later, PM Narendra Modi’s special plane landed in Pakistan for two times – during his Iran visit (May 22-23, 2016) and Qatar visit (June 4-6, 2016). Both these stopovers (in Pak) attracted a bill of Rs 77,215 and Rs 59,215 respectively – the total bill amounting to Rs 2.86 lakhs. The data gathered through RTI application reveals about the usage of Indian Air Force aircraft by Prime Minister to 11 foreign nations including Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Afghanistan, Qatar, Australia, Iran, Fiji and Singapore.

A total of Rs 2 Crore has been spent on PM’s foreign trips for the use IAF aircraft during this period. All these bills are subjected to be cleared by external affairs ministry of India.
