Nithin was riding the wave of success when A Aa happened. But all the hype that he got with the massive success of “A Aa” has worn off due to his bad planning and wrong choice of movies.

“LIE” was a big mistake that cost him dearly. Now he has chosen a couple of movies, but he seems to have picked them up in a hurry rather than in a calculated manner.

Nithin’s next release will be “Gurtundaa Aa Seethakalam”, being directed by Krishna Chaitanya of “Rowdy Fellow” fame. This will hit the screens this summer.

Then he will be moving to Dil Raju’s production “Srinivasa Kalyanam” which is to be directed by ‘Shatamanam Bhavati’ fame Sateesh Vegesna.

Now he is toying with the idea of working in Harish Shankar’s multi-starrer “Daagudu Moothalu” as well as in the direction of Praveen Sattaru.

He is clueless about which one to begin first and which one to postpone. He is said to be confused about slotting his films, lest he makes a wrong move.

At the recent audio launch of “Jai Simha” held in Vijaywada, Telugu Desam party leader Varla Ramaiah praised Nandamuri Balakrishna to the hilt.

In his over enthusiasm to praise the onscreen chemistry between Balakrishna and Nayanathara, the TDP leader made some embarrassing comments that are now going viral on social media.In his speech, Varla said Balakrishna has special bonding with Nayanathara.

“Sir, there is a deep bonding between both of you. I am not talking about the bonding you have off screen. I don’t know much about your off-screen chemistry…,” as Varla went on, Balayya sent producer Ambika Krishna to the TDP leader to cut his speech short.

‘Hello’ was touted as the re-launch film for Akhil Akkineni. The film brought mixed feelings to Akhil and his father Nagarjuna.

It is a hit in USA as it collected $ 650k in just four days. However, it performed below par in domestic market, which decides the film’s real fate.

On one hand, Akhil should feel happy that he didn’t deliver another dud like his debut movie. On the other hand, he also failed to deliver a massive hit either. He still needs to wait to deliver a big hit.

Although Nagarjuna has been trying to rope in Koratala Siva for Akhil’s next film, the top director is yet to give his nod.

Koratala has commitments with other big stars like Ram Charan and Allu Arjun. Unless Akhil teams up with a director who makes movies that appeal to larger audiences, his career will not move forward.

In a recent interview, Akhil said he will be doing a movie with an out-of-box idea as his next. On social media, Akhil’s fans have warned him not to take that route if he wants success.

The dream theatrical run of Nani’s “MCA” continues on its fifth day as well. Showing a very minimal drop on Monday, the film collected as much as it did on Sunday, primarily thanks to the Christmas holiday falling on Monday.

According to reliable trade reports, MCA collected a distributor share of 3.50 Cr on Monday (day 5), which is a tad less than Sunday (3.75 Cr) and higher than Day 2 (3.32 Cr) and day 3 (3.13 Cr) collections in the Telugu states. The 5 days cumulative share stands at a staggering 21.40 Cr with a gross of 33 Cr across Telugu States.

The Dil Raju production venture crossed 40 Cr gross mark at worldwide box office and raked in a cumulative gross of 42 Cr in just 5 days.

MCA collected close to $800K at US box office by first Monday. Another million dollar movie for Nani in the offing.

Going by the consistent run at worldwide box office, MCA is predicted to rake in 30 Cr worldwide share and close to 50 Cr gross by the end of its first week run, a stunning feat indeed.

After breaking that mass maharaja Ravi Teja’s next film, to be directed by Kalyan Krishna of ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ fame, was titled ‘Nela Ticket’, we have brought you another exclusive update regarding the film.

Newcomer Malvika Sharma has been signed to pair up with Ravi Teja in this village-based entertainer. Malvika, a law student, is one of the reigning models. She has done good number of advertisements till date, the most noted among them is the ad for Himalaya. She is extremely active on social media and regularly shares her private pics with her followers, amazingly enough, she has already amassed close to 200K followers on Instagram. Her Insta pics tell what a gorgeous young woman she is.

The promos and posters of Agnyaathavaasi have hinted that there is a striking on-screen chemistry between Pawan Kalyan and Keerthy Suresh in the film. Here is an update that can take all those expectations on their chemistry to a new level. Some unconfirmed reports suggest that Keerthy is playing the role of Pawan’s “Maradalu” in this Jan 10th scheduled family entertainer.

Trivikram had earlier carved an extremely likable bava-maradalu chemistry in Attharintki Daredi. Samantha’s cuteness and her scenes with Pawan connected very well with audience. It is heard that Keerthy’s character in Agnyaathavaasi is something similar to Sam’s role in AD.

Agnyaathavaasi will go for Censor on 29th December. Its a welcome development that makers haven’t left the censor formalities until the eleventh hour. It gives them the advantage of concentrating only on promotions towards the film’s release.

The highly expected ‘Kodaka Koteswara Rao’ song, sung by Pawan Kalyan himself, will be unveiled on 31st December. It is expected to create a bigger euphoria than ‘Katamarayuda’ song from AD did. Anirudh has reportedly composed a foot-tapping tune, adding that to is the energy of Pawan.

And, the theatrical trailer will be launched on January 5, just 4 days before the film’s release. Jan 10 is the D Day.

Planning a film, getting the script, bringing many talents onboard, getting the work done, taking final call on output, fixing release date, acquiring theatres, selling the movie, marketing it across globe, promoting it through various media, releasing the film, and making some profits in the end – this is what the job of a ‘producer’ is all about. And also he’s should take care of egos, competition and sometimes personal losses as well.

Talking about the same, hero Allu Arjun said, “Raju garu got this kick in the right time. “For a producer of his stature, if he gets a new song tune from DSP, he might have just sent that via WhatsApp. But he comes to the set where I’m shooting. Waits there till I get the shot done. And then takes me into his car and plays the song loud, sharing his excitement with us. If a new producer does that, we can understand, but such a senior and big producer doing that is a rare thing. That’s his passion and that is why he is super successful” said Nani.

Reiterating Nani’s words, Dil Raju said, he always wants to see the excitement on the face of everyone when he shows them his film. “If I’m screening a film to my brother Sirish or Lakshman garu, I will wait at the door to find out their honest expression after the show. I will send a film’s first copy for re-recording to Devi Sri Prasad and wait for his call to find out how he liked the film. That’s how I feel about cinema. I’m mad about films and that intuition is what drives me” he added.

Since the film is a village-based entertainer, Kalyan Krishna identified him as the the most suitable person to score music. Titled ‘Nela Ticket’, the film will be officially launched on January 5.

From a couple of months, both Nayantara and her rumoured BF, director Vignesh Shivan, are not shying away from sharing their pictures with the audiences. As expected, today Superstar Rajnikanth once again confirmed with his fans that his political entry will happen soon. But he hasn’t given clarity what is his stand will be and if he will come up with a new party or not, says a fan who attended the meet. Apparently, Rajni is said to have declared December 31st as the date when he will announce his political stand.

Reportedly Rajni said at the event, “If one goes to war, they should win it. Here the war is elections and I’m strategising my victory that if I go war, I’ll win. Politics is not easy as I’ve seen the depth, pros and cons of it. I’m not new to politics, but I’m just delaying my entry”, a Tamil media report quoted.

Also, the Robot star advised his fans to take care of their families, work and personal stuff first rather than just thumping chests. He asked fans not to spread any memes and hatred posts on social media. Furthermore, Rajni is said to have quipped that media is interested more in his political entry than anyone else.
