The director recently got a dud in the form of Spyder with Mahesh babu, which could not entertain neither Telugu audience nor the Murugadoss fans from Tamil. Nevertheless the director is yet again back with Vijay62 and the film already garnered huge hype.

Murugadoss scored a huge blockbuster with Vijay’s Kaththi in 2014 and now his Vijay62 is expected to break some records for sure.

The makers of Mahanati, a biopic on legendary actress Savitri, are planning to release a concept video of the film celebrating her birth anniversary on December 6, i.e Tomorrow. It’s learnt that the concept video will be a fitting tribute to the veteran actress who had left an indelible mark on fellow actors, filmmakers and movie buffs. Apparently, the Mahanati team has taken a special care on this video which will be their first ever promo.

The film has been making great noise ever since it’s announced. The film’s casting coup has raised the curiosity levels. While Keerthy Suresh plays the iconic role of Savitri, Dulquer Salman will be seen as Gemini Ganesan. Samantha will be seen in a special role. Directors Krish, Tharun Bhascer are doing cameos. Generally, it takes many things for heroes to sign a next after a blockbuster and director’s need proper story to impress big stars after scoring a big hit, but heroines get big projects pretty easily compared to others.

One such heroine is model Ritu Varma who has shot to fame with Miss Hyderabad contest and then bagged few character roles in Telugu films before becoming a lead heroine with Pelli Choopulu. As that beautiful, independent thinking bride from the film, she impressed Telugu audiences a lot. But where is her next Telugu film?

Gautham Menon’s ‘Dhurva Natchatriam’ with Vikram will see Ritu as the main lead. At the same time Dulquer Salman’s upcoming Tamil film ‘Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithaal’ also features the Pelli Choopulu actress as the leading lady. She’s playing the lead in another Tamil film ‘China’ too.

King Nagarjuna is always caring and lovely says most of the people close to him. And when it comes to family, he always expresses his love for his family members quite openly. That’s what he has done again.

A while ago when his younger son Akhil tweeted about a song, Nagarjuna shared a piracy version of it to showcase his love. Here is how the conversation really went.

“Just heard the final mix of the HELLO! Audio and I’m sooooooooo excited for you to hear all the songs. Can’t wait any more so I’m going to launch something tomorrow for you”, tweeted Akhil.

Rather releasing a teaser of the song, Nagarjuna directly posted a video of the song, adding the lines, “Rey Akhil, you didn’t tell me you are going to launch the song tomorrow? Is this the one? Took a candid shot on my phone. I love the set”

While the song is lovely, it is this love showered by Nagarjuna saying ‘Rey Akhil’ which is sounding and looking more lovely. Meanwhile, the song video is fantastic and we can’t wait for it.

Ram Gopal Varma will anyway bring new models and fresh faces for his films and same is the case with his next that has Nagarjuna in the lead. Now, we are talking about director Sudhir Varma of Swamy Ra Ra fame. He will be directing Sharwanand in his next and here’s an update.

Actually, this project is a stunner with the makers approaching senior beauty Kajal Agarwal to pair up with Sharwanand. While bringing that star colour, they have also roped in Nitya Menon for a crucial role, as this Mallu hottie is famous for such cameos.

Buzz has that Nitya quoted a rather hefty price for the role offered to her and finally the makers decided to replace her. And their main choice in consideration is said to be curly haired seductress Taapsee Pannu. If that happens, the Kajal and Taapsee, who worked together in Mr Perfect, might reunite.

Well, the thing one should look at here is, after moving to Bollywood, Taapsee has become a bigger heroine than Kajal for sure. So will the ‘Baby’ and ‘Judwaa 2’ agree to become a second lead or the so-called cameo in Sudhir Varma’s film? Let’s see
