Forget box office collections, his ways of making masala movies is enticing B & C centres like never before. After Pataas, Supreme and Raja The Great, surely director Anil Ravipudi became a most wanted filmmaker for stars in need of commercial hits.

Apparently, this director now wants to make a multi-starrer movie, with Venkatesh in the lead. For other hero, we hear that he’s likely to rope in his Supreme star Sai Dharam Tej. The film will be on the lines of huge action comedy and reportedly the title “F2: Fun and Frustration” is registered for the same.

Earlier when Anil wrote some awesome English liners for Venky’s Masala movie, the senior hero got bowled out and now immediately agreed to star in this F2, says a source. Coming to Sai Dharam Tej’s part, there is no clarity yet, but in the coming days, it will be announced.

Whether this film will be produced by Dil Raju or not is yet to be known, but if Venky stars in it, then it is going to be his series of multi-starrers following Seethamma Vaakitlo, Masala, Gopala Gopala. Watch this space for more updates.

After playing a man-child in “Tubelight”, Salman Khan is back to what he does best, Action. The trailer of his upcoming film, “Tiger Zinda Hai” has been released, and it promises high octane action with Salman taking the mantle of Indian Rambo.

Tiger Zinda Hai is a sequel to Salman’s huge blockbuster, “Ek Tha Tiger”. The actor played an Indian agent in the film so a sequel was obligatory. In the new film, Salman’s mission is in a much deadlier territory, war-prone Iraq. He is assigned with the task of rescuing 25 Indian nurses held captive in Iraq by the world’s most vicious terror group.

In the 3 minute and 14 seconds long trailer, Salman Khan goes all guns blazing, with a few solid punch dialogues thrown in between. During his rescue mission, he meets a Pakistani spy, Katrina Kaif. Don’t get deceived by her enchanting looks as she fight like a tigress, and is a perfect companion to Tiger Salman. The duo are coming with all guns blazing at the terrorists as well to hunt box office for this Christmas, on December 22, 2018.

Tiger Zinda Hai also marks the reunion of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif onscreen after five years, another reason to not miss this action-fest in theatres.

As per latest reports in Film Nagar, a major clash broke between a new producer and a leading distributor of Nizam over the allocation of theatres. Buzz is that the producer, director of Okkadu Migiladu were in utter shock when the film’s Nizam distributor Sunil Narang of Asian Cinemas has backed out of his original commitment of allocating 50 theatres across Nizam.

In a sudden shock, Sunil changed his words and reportedly offered less than 5 theatres to Okkadu Migiladu in Nizam to release on November 10 or as a second option asked the producer, director to postpone their film to next week. Taken aback with sudden move from the leading distributor and with all arrangements for the film’s release has been made already, producer and director have went to the office if Sunil to take up the matter.

This resulted in war of words and thus cops entered the scene. Sunil reportedly approached cops and sought their help against the makers of Okkadu Migiladu. In between, the team Okkadu Migiladu has used its influence forcing cops to stay away from the issue.

The latest talk in Film Nagar we hear is that Sunil has calmed down and is open for talks. It’s expected that a deadlock would end very soon. As both partiess are Keen to resolve it amicably, the issue is expected to be solved soon. The film is likely to release on Nov 10th as per the schedule.

During the release of Baahubali 2 posters, some of the design works have invited huge criticism because the makers wanted to present Anushka as more like an Ajanta statue. And similar effort put on Bhagmati is also being laughed in the same way.

From last three years, thanks to Size Zero movie, Anushka has grown fatter than she is and unable to come out of it. For that reason, Baahubali 2 makers made the poster designer correct the waist shape of this hottie in Photoshop. Move on, now comes Bhagmati involving such bad Photoshop yet again.

While the whole of Bhagmati poster is intriguing and creating some sort of fear with that hammer and hand-injury, her waist part is surely upsetting. Everyone knows the fact that Anushka’s waist is never such sleek and curvaceous since the shoot of this film has begun. Probably they should have left her waist without any retouching. But in a bid to make her tummy look flat and waist more like a sine curve, once again they pushed Anushka to fall prey for criticism.

This kind of Photoshop work is not limited to Tollywood however. Entire modeling industry and Hollywood posters are also doing the same thing. Some star heroines and supermodels many times complained how their breast sizes and waist curves are altered in this software before they publish.

In the recent times, Nagarjuna Akkineni started expressing that media is picking news and stuff related to his films and family much in advance. One could notice how First Look of Akhil’s ‘Hello’ movie got out and the senior star worried about it.

Anyway, rather blaming someone else after such leakages, currently, Nagarjuna is taking huge care of ‘Hello’ such that nothing will be leaked. At Annapurna Studios 7 Acres complex, where Visual Effects work of this Vikram K Kumar directorial is going on, none of the employees are allowed to carry both phone and pen drives. Why such security for Hello footage?

Actually, the visual effects work of Hello is being handled by many other local studios as it is taking huge time to finish. In this process, the pre-VFX shots will be sent here and there through pen drives. In this process, if someone leaks the footage like how Baahubali pre-visualisation footage got leaked, they can’t blame any particular one. For that reason, huge security arrangements are made to safeguard the footage.

Another rumor being heard is that Nagarjuna is also not satisfied with the VFX of Hello like it happened in the case of Raju Gari Gadhi 2 and his other films. Wonder if the film meets December 22nd deadline!!

Behaving quite softly and escaping about sharing their views on present politics, our star heroes always avoid political talks. But in reality, all of them will surely have their own opinion on politics.

We hear that Stylish Star Allu Arjun also harbors interesting opinions on present-day politics and would love to debate about them. At a recent party, when Bunny spoke about the ongoing political scenario in AP, Telangana, and India on a whole, everyone got stunned, says a source.

More than that, he is also having some political ambitions like his family’s big heads including Megastar Chiru and Pawan Kalyan. At 40, Allu Arjun wants to enter politics and pursue to a bigger level, in case if he gets a chance. He wants to make a better framework than how Chiranjeevi and Pawan have created one for themselves, the source adds, as said by the stylish star in that party.  Whether Allu Arjun will support Janasena Party or any other political outfit is not known, but surely he’d like to pursue them at some point in time.

Senior hero Rajasekhar’s latest release, ‘Garuda Vega’ is being called as his comeback film. Director Praveen Sattaru has won huge applause. The film has received average to positive reviews and audiences are happy at watching a good film, Telugu film geeks are joyous at witnessing the raising standards of Tollywood. Everyone seems to be very happy, what about the film’s producer?

Despite good promotions, Garuda Vega took a weak opening. The collections saw a jump on Sunday, but the positive word of mouth hasn’t translated into box office numbers to the fullest. The makers could procure neither a good release date nor sufficient number of theatres, resulting in a below par opening weekend figure.

First of all, the film was made on a budget that was too high for Rajasekhar’s current market. Adding to that is the weak opening. First weekend is the backbone for films, but Garuga Vega couldn’t capitalize on positive word of mouth. Even if the film goes on to collect double from henceforth to what it had collected in the first weekend, which is a very very rare scenario in this age and times, it won’t be sufficient for break even status.

The producer however can get good prices for satellite and digital rights as the film received positive talk.
