“Na meesam, Na Ishtam” is what Nagarjuna says, as the media folks are always bouncing him the same question these days. Though there are many stories doing rounds about this action, here is what the Akkineni senior has to say finally.
“I’ve just done something. Is that a big deal? (laughs). It’s my moustache and my wish, there is no big deal about it. Why media is so worried about whether I shave or don’t shave my beard and moustache” asked Nagarjuna in a funny tone other day. ‘Na Meesam, Na Ishtam, Endhi Godava?’ he blasts when prodded about the ‘meesam’ yet again by telugu media folks. “Let me live my life, with the way I want to when it comes to my look” he added.
Actually, the buzz earlier stated that Nagarjuna is going for a screen test of Lord Krishna character to be played in the upcoming Mahabharata movie being helmed by a Malayali maker. Though Nag remained tight-lipped about the audition, he stated that a foreign trip is on his mind now, and to make sure that no one will identify him, he moved the handlebar on his upper lip.
In the recent times, when a lady anchor joked that he removed moustache to look younger than his son, he said, “My kodalu is here, behave yourself”. Maybe its time for media to stop creating a fuss about Nagarjuna’s moustache.
During the times of Prajarajyam party, hero Rajasekhar and his wife Jeevitha have come down heavily on Chiranjeevi, for which Pawan Kalyan gave some befitting replies. At that time Pawan said, “Rajasekhar can’t speak Telugu well and stutters. He has to learn Telugu first before advising me on anything”. Later on, this unfurled into a rolling stone and created other controversies.
And in ‘Gabbar Singh’ movie, Pawan has imitated Rajasekhar, while his comedian companion Ali has mimicked Jeevitha as well. Though Jeevitha gave counters on this so many times, calling it as a direct satire, Rajasekhar didn’t open about it. While he’s expected to throw a satire on in Mahankali movie, it’s rumored that the scenes targeting Pawan are chopped off in the last minute.
Now during promotions of PSV Garuda Vega, Rajasekhar has once again opened up on that Gabbar Singh imitation. “Imitation would be good, and fun. But that act of Pawan Kalyan and Ali is almost an insult to me. I felt very bad about it. Actually, I’ve told truth about Prajarajyam party, but Pawan gave counter this way. Truth has hurt him it seems” the senior star said. One wonders what made Rajasekhar dig into Pawan Kalyan issue now if not to promote his latest movie.
While some say Rajasekhar intentionally spoke about the issue, few feel that it is media who asked Rajasekhar to comment about it and talk about his Janasena party as well.

The makers of senior hero Rajasekhar’s comeback film ‘PSV Garuda Vega’ seem to be employing some cost-less yet effective promotional tactics. After taking the help of top celebrities such as Rana Daggubati, Kajal Aggarwal, Manchu Lakshmi and Taapsee to unveil the film’s teaser on social media last month, they are now taking the help of Balakrishna Nandamuri to launch the film’s trailer.
It has been officially announced that Balakrishna will unveil the theatrical trailer of ‘PSV Garuda Vega’ at 8 PM at RK Cineplex, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad on 17th October, tomorrow. It will be a small event with only a limited number of people in attendance but the presence of Balayya as chief guest will surely bring hype and attention to the event.
The teaser has already generated decent buzz for the film, and makers are confident that the trailer will further enhance the hype. Sunny Leone’s item song is a special attraction for Garuda Vega, in which Rajasekhar is essaying a police officer. Pooja Kumar abd Shraddha Das are essaying key roles. National ward winning director Praveen Sattaru has directed this high budget action thriller. The tentative theatrical release date is November 3.
Garuda Vega is a comeback film for Rajasekhar, whose last release ‘Geddam Gang’, despite being the remake of a super hit Tamil film, sank without a trace at box office.
Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja, who is all geared up to test his luck at box office after two years, said that no more routine films will come from him.
Interacting with media ahead of the release of ‘Raja The Great’, Ravi Teja talked about why he chose to essay the character of a blind man and whether the thought of his decision might be proved risky ever come to his mind during the course of shooting.
Ravi Teja said that he had never limited himself to stereotypes and did whatever the films he thought would entertain audiences. He added that tastes of cine goers have changed vastly and that he has also decided not to do the 6 fights-6 songs format movies anymore. ‘Audience are not coming to theatres if films don’t offer freshness and engaging factor, irrespective of how big a star acted in a particular film,’ he added.
Ravi Teja’s decision is a welcome change as industry will see a transformation when stars attempt experiments and encourage others to do them. The actor will be next seen in ‘Touch Chesi Chudu’ and remake of Tamil film, ‘Bogan’.
Meanwhile, Raja The Great is scheduled to hit screens on Oct 18.
The title of Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming film in the direction of Trivikram hasn’t been officially announced yet. However, both media as well as fans seem to have fixed for ‘Agnathavasi’ title, and they even started promoting it. And, the credit for it must be given to Trivikram.
The makers have recently registered ‘Agnathavasi’ title in Film Chamber, and have reportedly leaked the title to media and fans. Now, the title is being mentioned in every news item, and on their part, several fans have changed their social media handles to ‘Agnathavasi’ and some have even created title logos too.
It is heard that Trivikram finalized ‘Agnathavasi’ title by the time of Pawan’s birthday itself however he didn’t announce it and unveiled just a concept poster. Feeling that the sudden announcement of such ‘conceptual’ title may generate mixed response, Trivikram reportedly devised the plan of letting it spread among fans for sometime and get their acceptance before officially announcing it. It is heard that Trivikram had a few more catchy titles in mind if Agnathavasi title received negative response. However, as the title has slowly started generating curiosity and receiving acceptance, Trivikram could confidently zero in on it.
Opting for such an unconventional title when having a star like Pawan Kalyan on bard is a daring gamble, but Trivikram had successfully pulled it off in the case of ‘Attharintiki Daredi’ too. The title and first look are expected to be unveiled for Diwali but there is no official sign from makers in that regard yet.
The wait of Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s fans for the first look of the actor’s upcoming film, PK25 will have to continue for some more time as the makers aren’t unveiling the first look for Diwali festival.
For past few days, speculations were rife that the title and first look of Pawan’s upcoming film in the direction of Trivikram will be unveiled on the eve of Diwali festival. As the film’s release date is less than two months away, fans were hoping for the first look to be released, at least on the festive eve.
Our reliable sources have confirmed that there won’t be twin celebrations for fans on the eve of Diwali festival as PK25 first look will not be unveiled. As Trivikram and his team are busy canning the last remaining portions of the film, they have reportedly decided to defer the first look for now.
So far, only the concept poster of PK25 was unveiled, on the eve of Pawan’s birthday last month.

The MP’s husband Neelakantham already joined TDP in 2014. Renuka also planned to join Telugu Desam soon after the last elections but postponed indefinitely. Renuka has been demanding to allot Party ticket again to her in 2019 elections, but Jagan turned down her plea.

Biggest cancer that is troubling Indian society at the moment is the mental barrier called ‘caste’ that people often love to boast about. But the biggest movie star like Jagapathi Babu quashes it and explains the need for change in mindsets.
“Kamma, Reddy, Kapu, What is this? For living happily, we run after money and make money as a caste. People run after ministers and fall on their legs to get things done, but they don’t look into that minister’s caste. Many males run after girls with extramarital affairs, and caste doesn’t bother there. We don’t worry about the caste of our maids and domestic workers. But why do we worry about the caste of a guy who wants to marry our daughter?” asks Jagapathi Babu, setting the record straight.
Coming from a Kamma community, in this film industry where caste-card is playing the major role, Jagapathi Babu says he hates caste as that incites only ego in a person but nothing else. “We live in a society where people are enjoying 99% lies, and now if that 1% speaks the truth, they are saying it is philosophy. But I’m not quoting any philosophy, these are truths. Caste is a useless thing that has nothing to do with lives of people” he avers, revealing his anti-caste stand.
The talented actor who has turned to antagonist roles these days confirmed that he doesn’t believe in male heirs and continuation of a surname. “My father is worried because my brothers and I are all blessed with girls only. But what happens if there is no male heir? I conveyed the same to my father to not worry about Veeramachineni surname” he said.
“Inter-caste marriages are good and recently everyone is welcoming the change. After looking at how I got my daughter married to a white-American, many are encouraging such. The Recent marriage of Chay and Samantha is also another good example that will give inspiration. I would love to see the word ‘caste’ and ‘inter-caste’ inexistent soon” added Jagapathi Babu. “Bunny, Vishnu, Ram Charan and now Chaitanya are all conveying a direct message about caste thing. They all married people from other-castes and stood as an example. Inspire from them” he further said.
“Love is universal, not caste. Love should be the only caste. Political parties should stop inciting caste-based violence. They should not provoke people. Leaders should stop playing caste-card in elections” he explains, urging the need for change in politicians and political system to eradicate the caste system.
“When there is an injustice meted to people, everyone should unite. Like they sai Jai Kisan, I will say ‘Jai Insan’. Open up your mind and love each other. Spread love. Let’s make earth heaven“, he says, signing off.
Hats off Jagapathi Babu!! Hope his viewpoint opens the eyes of many and enlightens them!!

He is a young hero from an influential family. Recently he has thrown a lavish party to his friends, colleagues and a few of his family people. However, to many people’s shock, none of the heroines from industry were seen at the do.
Although the actor is close to several heroines and also linked with a few, none were present. It is learnt that the hero himself has not invited them.
Insiders say, the hero is quite traditional, conventional. Not many are aware of it. He even seen receiving the guests personally, going to everyone’s table, greeting them, shaking hands with them and having a chat with them. The party also saw some technicians from his films and the great thing is that the hero has treated everyone so nicely.
Ravi Teja and Dil Raju’s ‘Raja The Great’ is all set to hit screens on Oct 18. At the recently held pre-release event, Dil Raju spoke very high of the film, director Anil Ravipudi and Ravi Teja, and exuded confidence in scoring another super hit.
He looked so confident that at one point, he even took a sort of jibe at the heroes who turned down or missed this film before Ravi Teja latched onto it.
Without taking any names, Dil Raju said that the story of ‘Raja The Great’ was earlier turned down by a few heroes. He added that some films are written in some heroes’ destiny and that this film was written in Ravi Teja’s destiny.
Actually, the film was supposed to to be done by Ram. He even announced on social media to collaborate with Anil Ravipudi. The actor however backed off as he wanted to do it in his home banner and Ravipudi was committed to work with Dil Raju.
Later, NTR had almost signed the film, to be jointly produced by Dil Raju and Kalyan Ram, before Bobby knocked his door with the subject of ‘Jai Lava Kusa’. An undeterred Dil Raju then approached Ravi Teja and got his green signal.
Saying that Ravi Teja had the guts to do a blind character and that the film was written only in his destiny, Dil Raju is rumored to have targeted the heroes who missed the film. Well, Dil Raju wouldn’t purposefully target NTR considering their camaraderie and also taking into account that he is vying to set up a project with him in the direction of Satish Vegesna, the director of ‘Shathamanam Bhavathi’. Rumormongers however are speculating that Dil Raju took an indirect dig at the JLK star.
