Indrasena Trailer: Interesting
Post Bichagadu, Vijay Antony has become a household name in Tollywood. The actor has shocked many, including the trade experts, with his author-backed role in the film that minted money at the Telugu Box Office. Besides the numbers, Vijay’s acting prowess garnered him accolades.
Naturally, Vijay’s work has been getting noticed in Telugu since then. And his forthcoming film Indrasena (called as ‘Annadurai’ in Tamil) has been making good buzz with big names like Radikaa are attached to it. Also the film’s first look was unveiled by none other than Chiranjeevi himself. All these did create some curiosity. Finally, the film’s trailer is here today. And the trailer looks quite promising.
Simple, raw, story-driven is what the trailer primarily indicates. Of course, Vijay’s menacing looks and his voice take us by storm. Technically too, the film looks good. The makers seem to have taken special care on Telugu-dubbed version which is clearly evident. Be the BGM or the visuals offer a nice package.
Will the film live up to what all the trailer promised? That we need to wait till December for film’s release.

Reason For Heavy Rains? Ask Naidu!
For several years, Telugu Desam Party president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu has been carrying a stigma: that whenever he comes to power, he brings drought along with him.
His detractors, particularly YSR Congress party, has been alleging that Naidu is an iron leg insofar as rains are concerned and as long as he is in power, rains play truant in the state. This was the case in her earlier stints and in the last three years, too, AP has been experiencing only deficit rainfall.
But this year, there are copious rains in the state. For the first time, Rayalaseema region and particularly perennially drought-prone Anantapur district has received excess rainfall and floods. Naturally, it has put Naidu on cloud nine. And he has now started finding reasons for these rains.
He attributed the present heavy rains in the state to his “prayers” to Godavari and Krishna rivers in the name of “Jala Siriki Haarathi” programme.
Whichever river or water body Naidu is visiting, he is offering “haarathi” to the water amidst Vedic hymns. And he has also asked all his party leaders to perform pujas to the rivers and tanks.
“Because of this Jala Siriki Haarathi programme, the Rain God is pleased and has blessed us with copious rains,” Naidu reasoned.
His son Nara Lokesh also supported the theory and called upon the party leaders to perform pujas to all the water bodies, so that there is no death of water for drinking and irrigation.
What an idea!
Does Roja Fit Into LP’s Role?
With ace film make Ram Gopal Varma not ruling out the possibility of actress-turned-MLA R K Roja playing a role in his forthcoming film on legendary actor and former chief minister N T Rama Rao, speculations are flying thick and high that she might be picked up for the role of Nandamuri Lakshmi Parvathi.
Though Varma is yet to announce the cast for his film “Lakshmi’s NTR” being produced by YSR Congress party in-charge for Palamaner constituency Rakesh Reddy, speculations about Roja’s role are doing rounds in the media circles. If Roja accepts Varma’s offer, she would not compromise on any other smaller role.
Responding to Varma’s offer, Roja said that she has no qualms in acting in the film if she was provided a meaty role.
She reportedly said that she had no idea for which character Varma was considering her and that she would take the final call after meeting him.
As a matter of fact, there is hardly any role for a female character in NTR’s life, except that of Lakshmi Parvathi.
The only other role of some importance one could visualise in his life is that of Daggubati Purandeshwari, who was also instrumental in the coup of the family members against NTR.
But Roja may not accept the role of Purandeshwari. Since the major character is that of Lakshmi Parvathi, the firebrand YSRC MLA may do only this role. And as of now, one cannot visualise any other actress who can fit into LP’s role, except Roja.
The question is whether Roja will be able to do the film. The next few months would be very crucial for her, as she has to retain her hold over Nagari constituency and work hard if she wants to win the seat again.
If she spends several months in acting in films, she may not be able to do justice to the constituency. Moreover, one doubts how far the film would help her politically. Who knows it might even turn counter-productive!

All in all, Teja, who just recently celebrated his 50th birthday, is back in demand. His career is flourishing like anything.
Shocking Blunder: ‘Kashmir is A Separate Country’
The infamous Bihar State Education Board has made it to headlines by committing another gaffe, this time by inappropriately touching an issue as sensitive as Kashmir’s.
As per reports, a question paper prepared by the Bihar State Board for class VII students across all government schools asked them this question – ‘What the people of Kashmir country are called?’
The Board’s blunder of calling Kashmir not a part of India but a separate country has received brickbats from every corner.
Following the criticism, a senior member of the Board admitted it an ’embarrassing mistake’, and called it a ‘printing error’.
