Team India captain Virat Kohli and top Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma are one of the most ideal celebrity couples. Their relationship was tested at times especially when some Indian cricket aficionados ruthlessly targeted the actress blaming her for the poor performance of Kohli in 2015 World Cup. The couple however weathered all such storms and continues to set relationship goals to younger generation.

In a recent chat show, Kohli opened up on his relationship with Anushka and revealed many interesting facets. The Team India skipper credited Anushka for bringing a stability in his volatile life and improving him as a person in the last 3-4 years that they have been together.

‘We have great understanding and we don’t bother about all the rumors that are generally associated with the lives of cricketers and actresses. What I love the most about her is her honesty and caring nature. On the other hand, I don’t like that she’s always 5-7 minutes late,’ he added.

Kohli is currently prepping up for the T20I series against visitors Australia that is scheduled to kick off from 7th Oct. Meanwhile, neck-deep busy with films, Anushka has just launched her own fashion line, named ‘Nush’.

National Award winning actress Vidya Balan, who had locked lips with Emraan Hashmi, Arshad Warsi and Madhavan in different films, said that she has no qualms about kissing a woman on-screen.

During a chat show, Vidya, who is known to speak her heart, replying to the question of whether she would dare to kiss a woman for a film, reportedly said that it was not her natural instinct to get intimate with a woman but she would do it if the role demanded it.

Considering her professionalism and bold attitude, it was expected of Vidya to say yes, but she stunned the host by taking names of three actresses who she might like to kiss. The three women are Hollywood actresses – Penelope Cruz, Salma Hayek and Emma Stone.

Samantha and Naga Chaitanya Akkineni are all set to enter into wedlock in a ceremony to be held in Goa on 6th & 7th of this month. In the meanwhile, Nagarjuna Akkineni confirmed that a grand reception will be held on 15th Oct in Hyderabad to which who’s who will receive invitations. The wedding ceremony on the other hand will have only 100-odd guests.

Bollywood star actress Priyanka Chopra is now an International actress and is occupied with Hollywood tv series along with movies. The actress has been finding tough to sign Bollywood movies and is shuttling between India and USA because of her packed schedules.

Indian filmmaker Revathi S Varma has been keen on roping in Priyanka Chopra for her next film which is said to be the biopic of legendary athlete PT Usha in her next. The talks have been initiated couple of years ago and are said to be in advanced stages now.

Revathy feels that Priyanka will be a perfect choice for the role and is waiting for her nod. Priyanka is yet to take a call on this because of her packed schedules. The film will not be a documentary and will include the journey of PT Usha right from her childhood. Revathi revealed the Priyanka needs to allot one year completely to prepare for the role which is quite challenging.

Revathi is still on research and the final draft will be locked soon. We have to wait and see if Priyanka allots ample time for the biopic of PT Usha who made Indians proud.

Nagarjuna Akkineni, who will soon be seen as a Mentalist in upcoming horror-comedy ‘Raju Gari Gadhi 2’, revealed that his son Naga Chaitanya had refused to watch his film.

It is known that Samantha is essaying the role of ‘ghost’ in the film. ‘I myself couldn’t see my daughter-in-law-to-be Samantha as ghost, so I wondered how Chaitu would see the film. I also wondered how he will sleep with her in the same room after watching this film,’ Nag said jokingly.

“When I asked Chaitu, he sternly refused to watch the film citing he couldn’t see Samantha as a ghost,’ Nag added.

Talking more about Sam’s role, Nagarjuna added that she has a relatively smaller yet crucial role in the film and that her performance in the last 20 minutes will mesmerize audience. Poor Chaitu, he can’t see the best performance of Samantha, as claimed by Nagarjuna.

Sensational director Teja scored his first success with Nene Raju Nene Mantri after a decade. He is now rushed with many interesting offers and one among them is the biopic of legendary actor turned politician NTR. Balakrishna announced the project long ago and a team of writers have been busy penning the script.

Other day, Teja confirmed that he has been approached to direct the biopic and he met Nandamuri Balakrishna couple of times who will reprise his father late NTR on screen.

“I am quite nervous when asked to direct the biopic. It is too early to reveal about this and I am a huge fan of the legendary actor of Tollywood. Presenting the biopic on screen is not an easy job and I will sign the project if I feel I can do complete justice for the project” revealed Teja.

The ace director also informed that he has four other interesting offers and he is yet to take a call. Teja will announce things officially once they get confirmed.

Contrary to rumours that Mahesh Babu has cancelled the shooting schedule of Bharat Ane Nenu and headed for a holiday, it is learnt that there is no truth in the rumours.

As per the unit sources of Bharat Ane Nenu, Mahesh has wrapped up its schedule in the last week of September during Spyder release. The entire Assembly set that was erected in Annapurna Seven Acres was also dismantled completely after the schedule was completed successfully.

In between the next schedule of the film, Mahesh took a short break which he usually takes after the release of his every film. Mahesh will be back very soon and will join in the next schedule as per the plan that is designed much earlier.

“Mahesh is very dedicated actor. He is director’s and producer’s actor. His commitment for a film can’t be questioned. He even started the shoot of Bharat Ane Nenu as per the time even though his Spyder got delayed.
