Jagan Suspends Gautham Reddy To Cool Kapus
With tempers raised in Vijayawada and Vangaveeti Ranga supporters, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has suspended his party leader from Vijayawada Gautham Reddy for his demeaning comments on slain Kapu leader Ranga. Gautham Reddy earlier made severe remarks on Ranga in a TV channel I leading to massive uproar. Cops swiftly stepped in to issue and took both parties into custody in order to avoid any untoward incidents.
Vangaveeti Ranga’s son and former MLA Vangaveeti Radha, who is also in YSR Congress, had tried to conduct a press conference against Gautham Reddy’s comments at Ranga’s house. But cops have asked him to conduct it at his current house this led to argument between cops and Ranga followers followed by scuffle between both police and Ranga followers. Amidst the clamour , Ranga’s wife Ratnakumari fell down due to scuffle and she fell unconscious.
This invited fall from Ranga’s supporters who objected cops behavior of controlling Ranga team instead of ‘taking action’ against Gautham Reddy whose comments raised tempers. However, taking all the things into account, cops have booked a case against Gautham Reddy on the charges of provoking remarks that could cause disturbance of law and order and disturbing ‘peace’. Cops are leaving no leaf unturned to bring normalcy in Vijayawada.
Akhil Hello Song is Viral Now
Earlier in the past, we have seen Uber-cool pictures of Akhil Akkineni crooning a song from his next film ‘Hello’ at SIIMA awards. Several actors, who attended SIIMA event, raved about his on-stage performance.
Now, the video of Akhil’s classy rendition of that song has been unveiled by SIIMA YouTube channel, after it was telecasted on Gemini TV on 3rd September. And it’s garnering an overwhelming response all over and going extremely viral on social media. Akhil’s snazzy presentation of the song has not just invited the standing ovation from many young actors, but also attracted many eye-balls from audiences as well.
Musician Anup Rubens’ composition on piano and Akhil’s hum are making netizens go crazy about it. While Anup shared it on Twitter, King Nagarjuna tagged it by commenting: ‘Very nice son/love the soul!!Thank you anup’. The song is from Akhil’s new film under Vikram Kumar’s direction ‘Hello’ and with this song, Akhil has raised expectations on the film.
Nagarjuna is rolling out the project under Akkineni Studios banner and filmmaker Priyadarshan’s daughter Kalyani is making a debut as an actress with this romantic action film.
Nani’s special tips for Allari Naresh
Comedy King Allari Naresh has been struggling from the past five years for success. It was Sudigaadu which impressed the audience in 2012 after which the actor’s films have been badly rejected by the audience.
The actor pinned all his hopes on Meda Meeda Abbayi which has been slated for September 8th. The pre-release event took place on Sunday and Allari Naresh shared some interesting news about the tips Nani shared with him.
“Nani always forced me to switch the genres of my films. Finally, I am out of regular films and Meda Meeda Abbayi will break the jinx. I will be sure approached with many interesting scripts after the release of Meda Meeda Abbayi. I have been showcased only in one frame till date and I am eagerly waiting to do many interesting films soon”.
Directed by Prajith, Meda Meeda Abbayi is the remake of Malayalam blockbuster Oru Vadakkan Selfie.
‘I Hate My Teacher’: PV Sindhu
PV Sindhu emerged as the first woman to win a silver medal in Olympics. This ace badminton player is all set to show her gesture for her coach Pullela Gopichand who was the man behind her success.
Sindhu will be producing a digital film which will be dedicated to Gopichand for his excellence in carving out badminton champions for the country. On the eve of Teacher’s Day, a digital film titled ‘I Hate My Teacher’ will be out. Sindhu co-produced the film along with Gatorade, a sports drink brand.
I Hate My Teacher will show Sindhu’s side about her coach. PV Sindhu revealed that she would dedicate all her success to Gopichand. “Let us hate our teachers for believing us more than anyone. The major theme is all about the love and hate relationship between the player and a coach” said Sindhu.
Sindhu thanked Gatorade for co-producing the digital film. Young actor Sudheer Babu is currently preparing for the biopic of Pullela Gopichand which will start rolling early next year.
How Chaitu Snatched YS from Rana!
Naga Chaitanya is all set to entertain the audience with a powerful action thriller Yuddham Sharanam which also has Lavanya Tripathi in lead role. The director Krishna Marimuthu has earlier worked as an assistant for Krish in Tamil version of Vedam.
We got to know that there is an interesting fact about this project. Apparently, Chaitu’s cousin Rana Daggubati heard the script first and everything was almost finalized. But due to some unknown reasons, the project got shelved. However, Krishna happens to be a childhood friend of Naga Chaitanya who was apparently quite impressed with the script.
It was Chaitu who took Krishna to producer Sai Korrapati and things materialized quite fast. Now, the promotional material of Yuddham Sharanam has got a tremendous response all over. Music for the film is composed by Vivek Sagar of Pelli Choopulu fame. Interestingly, yesteryear hero Srikanth will be adorning a negative role after ages for this flick.
Yuddham Sharanam is slated for worldwide release on September 8th.

Bollywood’s Mr Perfect Aamir Khan has been delighted with the success of Dangal and he is all set for his next film Thugs of Hindostan. Big B Amitabh Bachchan is playing a crucial role in this movie and the latest news we hear is that Aamir Khan is all set to join hands with red hot heroine Priyanka Chopra for a film very soon.
This will be the first time Aamir Khan will work with Priyanka Chopra who has been busy with number of International projects. Aamir Khan is all set to play an astronaut Rakesh Sharma in his next and the movie will be helmed by Mahesh Mathai. Priyanka Chopra will be playing Aamir Khan’s wife in this film which has been titled Salute.
Of late, Priyanka Chopra has been quite occupied with her Hollywood projects and she hasn’t signed any Bollywood film in the recent times. An official confirmation about this is awaited.
Puri’s Next Hero is Ready!
Battled with continuous flops, director Puri Jagannadh is now contemplating to launch his own son Akash Puri as hero. If all goes well, Puri is going to direct his own son in his next and this will be proper launch pad for Akash who have been doing a handful of films
Although Akash did Andhra Pori, a teenage love story, it can’t be his full-fledged film as hero. Puri is apparently wanting to project Akash as a commercial hero and said to have readied the script for the same.
Puri had apparently planned to work with stars if his latest release Paisa Vasool with Balakrishna had worked. However, since the film turned out to be a damp squib, Puri said to have given up his hopes on star heroes and decided to come up with his own son.
The moot question is who will produce the film? Who will dare to produce Puri’s next?

After the super success of Uyyala Jampala, Raj Tarun has been declared as the new sensation in Tollywood. Raj Tarun had got humongous fan base among youth and especially among girls. He had then revered as Telugu Film Industry’s Dhanush. However, that phase seems to be passe. With his recent films Andhagadu, Kittu Unnadu Jagratta failed to meet the expectations, he hadn’t have the charisma he used to have.
Cut to Vijay Devarakonda, currently, he is in a great phase. He is hot under the heels of Arjun Reddy’s success. He has two big hits – Pelli Choopulu, Arjun Reddy – under his belt. And youth is going gaga over Vijay. Naturally, Vijay is on cloud nine and there is nothing wrong about it. But this is the time, Vijay should be extra cautious. He has to pick up his scripts wisely to continue his success streak and deliver consistently.
The onus lies on Vijay not to repeat Raj Tarun’s mistakes and move forward. Even Raj Tarun has pretty good chances to bounce back. He still has good following in youth. It’s high time, the young heroes with natural talent prosper and thus take the Telugu Cinema forward.
