Other day, director giant SS Rajamouli received the prestigious ANR Award which was not conferred to anyone from last three years. The whole of Akkineni family’s celebs including Venkat, Nagarjuna, Naga Susheela, Samantha, Naga Chaitanya, Sushanth and Akhil are present, while Amala made her presence quite charming.

But the one person who everyone wished to see at the event was none other than the would-be daughter in law of Nagarjuna, beautiful heroine Samantha. Though this hot lady is busy retweeting all the news related to ANR Awards and the pictures as well, she hasn’t attended the event leaving her fans in disappointment.

If you could remember, way back in 2014 the last time ANR award was given, it was Samantha’s red-hot glamorous appeal in backless dress at the event took everyone by a shocker. Maybe mamayya Nagarjuna would have given her a wise advice, ‘work is important, not celebrations.’

Other day a TV channel got stunned when they tweeted some comments made by Jr NTR in their video interview. Apparently, Jr NTR spoke about that incident where he woke up in the night and started behaving like Jai character in the movie Jai Lava Ksua. Earlier Kalyan Ram revealed that NTR’s wife got upset with this behavior as the latter was shouting lines like ‘champesta’ ‘narikesta’ in the middle of the night. While NTR tried to explain how much he’s involved in the characters, netizens took it differently.

The moment this channel tweeted those lines of NTR, people started making fun of it through other memes and hard-hitting counter punches. Some called that these tweets are just to create over-hype as NTR needs to talk more about the story than character. Also, some suggested that these revelations would be great only if they are made after the film’s release and after it scores a big hit.

Well, such opinions are bound to come on a star hero, no matter what he says during interviews. What is so surprising is that the TV channel who felt that this trolling is quite bad has surprising deleted all the tweets they made in this interview of Jr NTR. Probably this is the first time a media house has bowed down to trolls.

Young Tiger NTR’s Jai Lava Kusa is clashing with Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Spyder during this holiday season. Tarak started promoting his movie and when asked about Jai Lava Kusa clashing with Spyder, the actor stepped out with an epic reply.

“I don’t call it clash or competition. Every film should do well. If the film has enough stuff, it will perform well. Three films released during this Sankranthi and all the three ended up as biggest blockbusters” reminded Tarak.

“Khaidi No 150 was the biggest hit in Chiranjeevi garu’s career, Gautamiputra Satakarni was the biggest in babai’s career and Shatamanam Bhavathi impressed the audience big-time and it even got National award. Even if hundred films get released, all of them will perform if they have enough content. I want all the films to perform well” said Tarak.

Directed by Bobby, Jai Lava Kusa is hitting the screens on September 21st. Mahesh’s Spyder helmed by AR Murugadoss is all set for September 27th release.

Bubbly actress Rashi Khanna transformed herself, lost enough weight after which she has been signing commercial films. After her glamorous presence in Bengal Tiger and Supreme, the actress has been knocked with many interesting scripts.

Rashi recently sizzled in a special song in Anil Ravipudi’s next directorial Raja the Great. Ravi Teja and Mehreen played the lead roles and the song has been canned last week. Rashi Khanna is said to have charged nothing for the special song and she revealed that it was fun shooting for the song.

“I am a lucky mascot for Anil Ravipudi and he wanted me to be a part of Raja the Great. I will be seen in a cameo in the song which was lot of fun during its shoot. I am quite happy to be a part of a prestigious project” confirmed Rashi Khanna.

The actress is flying to London to shoot for her next film starring Varuntej is the lead role. Venky Atluri is making his debut as director and BVSN Prasad is the producer. Toli Prema is the title considered for this romantic entertainer.

Film industry relies heavily on sentiments, and no filmmaker dares to repeat flop combinations. There are a few occasions when one-time flop pairs were repeated but no filmmaker might have dared to rope in a combo that had earlier delivered two disasters.

As per the latest reports, director Sreenu Vytla, who himself is on a hat-trick disaster spree has roped in Ravi Teja and Kajal to play the lead roles in his new film. It is known that Kajal romanced Ravi Teja in two films – Veera (2011) and Sarocharu (2012) when she was at the peak of her game. Both the films were epic disasters. Kajal doesn’t have such dubious track record with any star hero except Ravi Teja.

Considering the result of those two films, it is a very brave decision on Vytla’s part to sign Kajal to romance Ravi Teja for the third time. What’s more, Kajal had earlier played the lead role in Vytla’s ‘Baadshah’, which was labeled a cost failure (because of over budget) despite being a good grosser. Adding to all this, Vytla has delivered all disasters in his last 3 attempts.

Despite so many bad signs, the producer looks to be banking on the star power of Ravi Teja, Kajal and Vytla. The film is likely to go on floors after Ravi Teja finishes his current commitments. Vytla in the meantime is busy sculpting the script as he is determined to revive his career with this project. Let’s wait and see if Vytla can do the magic with Ravi Teja-Kajal pair which has twice delivered disasters.

As expected, ‘drama queen’ Deeksha Pant has been eliminated from the ninth week of  Bigg Boss Telugu season 1.

While Archana, Adarsh, Hari Teja and Deeksha were in nominations, as per the ‘maximum votes’, Adarsh, Hari Teja and Archana have been saved.

With this, the five finalists of the Bigg Boss Telugu season 1 are Siva Balaji, Navdeep, Archana, Hari Teja, and Adarsh. As this is the final week of the season 1, the game turned more curious with hopes on almost all the contestants are more or less same.

All the five finalists are good contestants with their respective plus points and minus points. So, it needs to be seen who is going to walk away with the title ‘Bigg Boss Telugu Winner’ for season 1.
