Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut discussed about her ugly fight with Hrithik Roshan again which made her stand in news. Her explosive revelations about her alleged relationship with Hrithik Roshan disturbed many.

Singer Sona Mahapatra penned an open letter to Kangana calling that all these statements are just for promoting her upcoming movie Simran. Sona even called Rajat Sharma’s Aap Ki Adalat a ‘circus’.

Kangana Ranaut did not respond on this however her sister Rangoli Chandel who stays active on twitter responded calling Sona Mahapatra a ‘blackspot for womanhood’. This is not the first time Rangoli came out to support her sister and she even slammed several celebrities who criticised Kangana.

Former Miss India and heroine Namrata Shirodkar made her debut as an actress after which she got married to Superstar Mahesh and is away from films. The star wife has been over looking her husband’s professional commitments at the moment.

Other day she took to her social media page to praise Arjun Rampal and his recent film ‘Daddy’. The movie released yesterday and received positive reviews all over. She stated that Daddy is one of the finest films that she watched in the recent times. She even personally praised Arjun Rampal for his fabulous performance, as he happens to be his good friend since modeling days.

However, there is a special connection for many celebrities to this film, if reports are to be believed. ‘Daddy’ is the officially made unofficial biopic of gangster turned politician Arun Gawli. He’s a former Shivasena member, then started his party Akhila Bharatiya Sena and currently lodged in jail for many murders he has committed. Many Marathi people however like Arun Gawli a lot and all those celebrities hailing from Maharashtra are taking to social sites to heap showers on this film. And now, we could easily figure out why Namrata shared this special love on the movie.

Goan beauty Ileana D’Cruz, who is known for making unfiltered statements, has hit back at trolls in style.

Saying that she’s not someone who can easily hide her emotions, Ileana added that she couldn’t put a smiling face for the public all the time. “I am a public figure, not a public property. Nobody has the right to tell me what is right or what’s wrong. Do these men treat their wives, mothers, daughters and sisters the same way? I’m a woman, too. Why would they not treat me with respect?” she retorted.

Ileana further said that she was irritated by people asking more about her Australian boyfriend, Andrew Kneebone than about her films. “It’s sad that trolls talk about his skin color, and they lecture me that I’m dating him because he is white. People are so racist and those comments piss me off,” said Ileana, revealing about the racist comments made by trolls at her relationship.

On work front, Ileana is happy that she has two decent box office earners (Mubarkaan and Badshaho) in very short span.

Arjun Reddy is the craziest hit of the year. Celebrating the film’s mind-blowing success, the film’s lead protagonist Vijay Devarakonda has thrown a lavish party to Arjun Reddy team on Saturday night at a posh pub in the city. The entire cast and crew of Arjun Reddy have been invited for the party and all have erupted in complete euphoria. All have partied hard till late night.

Made with a shoe-string budget is minting money at the Box Office and is declared as triple blockbuster by the trade. The film is now marching towards quadruple blockbuster (400% of investment + Recovery). While the film’s world-wide theatrical rights have been sold for Rs 6 Crore, the film earned a gross of Rs 41.5 Crore (i.e 22.6 Cr Share) in just two weeks of run.

Apart from the gigantic success, the film is very close to Vijay as he himself stated that it has transformed him as a person who speaks his mind without any filters. Buoyed with all these changes in his life – professionally and personally, Vijay has heartily thrown party to the entire unit.

It is known that 3 movies are clashing at box office for this Dasara holiday season. Since two of these three films are biggies, it is hard to accommodate theatres, and distributors would be running from pillar to post to adjust theatres for the films they are releasing. Amidst this mad rush, ace producer-cum-distributor Dil Raju is sitting pretty relaxed as he himself is releasing all these three films in Nizam.

It is not common to see one buyer betting his money on all films that are clashing at box office. There is a risk of one or more films eating away the revenues of competitors and the buyer losing money on one or two or all releases. Dil Raju however is a gamechanger and he has his own strategies in film distribution business.

Thanks to his command on theatres in Nizam and also having faith in SPYder, Jai Lava Kusa and Mahanubhavudu, he is gearing up to the monumental task of releasing all three films in Nizam. What’s more, he reportedly splurged the highest amounts, 25 Cr for SPYder and 21.5 Cr for JLK Nizam rights. All three films put together, he has at least Rs 50 Cr riding on Dasara season in Nizam territory alone.

Dil Raju is also releasing Jai Lava Kusa and Mahanubhavaudu in Uttarandhra. He acquired the tights of JLK for 8 Cr and Mahanubhavudu for a decent price.

No other distributor could have gone for such pricey distribution deals amidst such high competition. Recovering such high amounts in clash is difficult but the Holiday season holds key here.

Speaking at the audio launch event of his upcoming film SPYder starring Superstar Mahesh Babu, director AR Murugadoss has revealed that the star hero had asked him not to use the ‘Superstar’ title reference for him.

Murugadoss added, ‘Mahesh is content with the love being showered by his millions of fans and he doesn’t need Superstar title’.

Some netizens on social media don’t agree with the version of Murugadoss, and they question, why he did use the Superstar title for all his previous films if the love of his fans was enough for him. They allege that Mahesh doesn’t want to use Superstar title for SPYder fearing backlash from the fans of Superstar Rajinikanth who can’t see anyone else using that title except their idol.

Coming back to Murugadoss, he was all praise for Mahesh’s support, hard work and dedication for SPYder. “Mahesh is the only hero after Aamir Khan (Ghajini) who asked if I needed extra dates for shooting. SPYder wouldn’t have come out as I had envisioned it, if not for the support of Mahesh,” he added.

Murugadoss raised expectations on the film by revealing that Mahesh will stun audience with his performance during the interval bang sequence of SPYder.

Young hero Sharwanand is on a row with two films released in 2017 calendar year. Beginning with blockbuster Shatamanam Bhavathi in Sankranti race, the talented hero also had a variety tested Radha released in May to be followed by Mahanubhavudu blocked for September 29th in Maruthi direction.

Apparently, September began with a bang Paisa Vasool and the days to come in this month are packed with new releases like Yuddham Sharanam, Jai Lava Kusa, Spyder and so on.
Whatsoever, Sharwanand is once again clearly sitting on big edge with Mahanubhavudu being a wholesome family entertainers unlike the above said crucial releases cater only to interests of one particular audience section.

At the same time, Mahanubhavudu finished entire production and post production to sit comfortable for its allotted time period while the rest are swimming against tide to reach the deadline.

So, Mahanubhavudu is cruising forward with a clever release strategy, thanks to its non-stop entertaining content like that of Bhale Bhale Magadivoy and the hero’s solid form continuing. Whatsoever, Sharwanand became a thorn in flesh for big star heroes by setting a match against their big films with his full length clean family films. Mahanubhavudu promises to have readied one more shock for biggies.

Generally, if someone like Megastar Chiranjeevi or a Nagarjuna are celebrating a function in Hyderabad, we do see a barge of influential politicians, businessmen, and other people attend it along with celebrities. For a function of celebs with lesser fame and range, only film industry people might turn up.

But other day at the function hosted by senior TV anchor Udayabhanu, definitely the attendance has stunned everyone. While everyone knows that she enjoys a huge fan following among masses for her apparent hotness, none felt like even political and business circles have similar liking and respect for her.

Considering his successful track record, many producers in Kollywood are keen to fund his films, despite the fact that Shankar disappointed us with his previous flick Snehitudu (Nanban in Tamil) and I starring Vikram.

Usually, Shankar convinces his producers for an expensive song and an extravagant audio event. For I, the makers managed to bring Hollywood star Arnold Schwarzegger for audio event which costed a bomb. Yet again, for his upcoming film 2.0, Shankar convinced Lyca Productions for a 10-Crore event at Burj Khalifa in Dubai, UAE. So, for every new film, Shankar is not just growing his market but also the cost of promotions and audio events. For 400-Crore budget, 10 Crore audio event wouldn’t be a big deal for makers.

Come 27th October, Indian cinema will witness an historic audio event at the Burj Khalifa where music composer AR Rahman is going to perform live. All the expenses of invitees, including 2-way transportation and the stay at Burj Khalifa building, will be taken care by the makers. After an audio event in Dubai, Robot 2.0 will have a teaser launch in Hyderabad and trailer launch at Chennai in November and December respectively.

Considering the immense craze for Robot 2Point0, the event may certainly raise the expectations on the film and it’ll be a feast for Rajinikanth fans and audiences.
