Kollywood actress Oviya Helen has been out of Tamil Bigg Boss which created a huge stir. The actress stayed tight-lipped despite of many speculations surrounded around the actress, while her fans are waiting to see her on social media since then.

Oviya has been spotted in a stylish makeover some time after the actress walked out of Bigg Boss and then appeared in a video as well. But finally, the actress for the first time took twitter to thank her fans who supported her during the tough time. Her fans have been extremely delighted for the tweet.

“At a loss for words, to describe the love & care from each one of you.. I feel blessed, thankful & to be more responsible for all ur love” read the tweet of Oviya. Her fans Oviya Army made sure that the entire social media has been filled with the tweet of the actress. Some of her fans requested if Oviya makes her comeback to Bigg Boss for the next season. However Oviya clarified earlier that she will never enter Bigg Boss house again.

The actress is currently shooting for her next movie Silukkuvarupatti Singam which features Vishnu Vishal and Regina Cassandra in the lead roles.

Those in the know are well-aware of actress Samantha’s bonding with her to-be ‘Mama’ Akkineni Nagarjuna, who’s celebrating his 58th birthday today. Revealing the motion poster of ‘Raju Gari Gadhi-2’ featuring both Nag and Samantha, the golden-leg actress wished King on Twitter that will leave you with a smile on your face.

“He is indeed the KING, because he has always known how to rule himself. With every passing year my mama rules greater @iamnagarjuna,” Sam tweeted and received a reply from him on the social media platform. Nagarjuna replied saying, ‘Thanks dear Kodala!! you are the best.’ The little convo has made the day for Akkineni fans. Even in the past, we have seen Nag posting a Whatsapp conversation between him and Samantha which went viral on social media.

The top-league actress has further praised the film’s music composer Thaman SS for the back-ground score saying, “You friekin killed it. Horror is your true love.” The theatrical trailer for Raju Gari Gadhi-2 will be released on 20th September and it also has Seerat Kapoor as other female lead. Ohmkar is helming the project and PVP Cinema is producing it.

Samantha, who is part of more than half-a-dozen upcoming films in Telugu and Tamil, is getting ready for a big fat wedding with Naga Chaitanya on 6th October in Goa.

There have been discussions regarding separate film industries ever since the separation of the two Telugu states. However, since the Telugu language is common for both the states, the need to divide the film industries never really occurred. Now, controversial genius Ram Gopal Varma has come up with the suggestion of diving Telugu film industry and he has formulated a few reasons to justify his demand.

RGV has been endorsing recently released blockbuster Telugu film ‘Arjun Reddy’ ever since it engulfed in controversies. The film is being praised by many as a path breaking effort. Varma said that no one in the existing Telugu Film Industry could have been able to make a film like Arjun Reddy.

He added that films made by Telangana actors and directors are bound to be dramatically different compared to the films TFI churns out week after week. The language and culture influence their local stories, and talent from Telangana will surely come up with completely new narratives because their backgrounds are so different from the existing filmmakers, reasoned Varma.

He suggested Telangana CM KCR and minister KTR to encourage the new wave of talent from Telangana which can make new age cinema different away from the formulaic and old fashioned model of the conventional film industry. Varma concluded that Telugu film industry should be divided to give the Telangana Film Industry its uniqueness and an identity.

Thala Ajith has been back into action after 20 months with his movie Vivegam which has been getting stupendous response across the circles of Tamil Nadu, despite getting some utter disastrous talk and negative reviews.

The movie had a record release in Chennai circles and most of the multiplexes screened Vivegam alone, thanks to Ajith’s craze. Despite of the negative reviews, the movie raked massive figures over the weekend. The collections have been quite strong even on its first Monday, which indicates that the star power of Ajith.

Vivegam collected Rs 68 crores in three days. The movie raked Rs 5.20 crores at the Chennai box-office and dominated on its fourth day too. Baahubali: The Conclusion raked Rs 3.24 crores on its fourth day while Vijay’s Bairavaa made Rs 3.09 crores at the same place. The movie is all set to hit the magical Rs 100 crore mark soon, despite the poor talk.

Trade analysts revealed that Vivegam will soon cross the life time collections of Baahubali: The Conclusion and Bairavaa in Chennai also Tamilnadu. Siva directed the movie and Kajal Agarwal is the female lead.

The wait is over. The much awaited first look of Nagarjuna from his forthcoming film Raju Gari Gadhi 2 has been unveiled by actress and his daughter-in-law-to-be Samantha Ruth Prabhu coinciding with Nag’s birthday today.

Living up to all the hype, the first look of Nag is quite impressive. Nag holding Rudraksh in his hand and his eyes look so intense, menacing. Nag will be seen essaying the role of a mentalist in this horror-comedy. This is first time, Nagarjuna is acting in a horror-comedy in his career spanning over three decades.

The theme of Rudhra composed by Thaman is thumping and elevates the motion poster. Directed by Ohmkar, the film is jointly produced by Matinee Entertainment, OAK Entertainments and PVP Cinema. Samantha is playing a significant role in the film.

It is learnt that Raju Gari Gadhi 2 is not a sequel to Raju Gari Gadhi and there is connection to the original at all. The makers have titled it as RGG 2 as it belongs to horror comedy genre and RGG was a popular name by then.

Natural Star Nani has been lined up with many interesting movies and he always steps ahead in introducing fresh talent. The actor joined hands with directors Raj and DK to produce a crime thriller ‘D for Dopidi’. The actor even made his presence in a promotional song for the film, but the film ended up as a loss venture.

Now after years, Nani is said to have been awestruck with an interesting script and he decided to produce the film. Prasanth Varma who directed several short films impressed Nani big time with a script and he decided to risk again.

The pre-production work of the film is currently in process and Nani will bankroll the project on his home banner. Nani is said to have been occupied with back to back films after which he decided to produce the film. The film will have a decent star cast and they will be finalized soon.

Nani is currently busy with the shoot of MCA and Krishnarjuna Yuddham.

Nagarjuna Akkineni, who used to be the patron of experimental films among senior heroes, said that he had been listening very good reports about ‘Arjun Reddy’, and that he is eager to watch the film.

When asked about the heavy usage of expletives in Arjun Reddy, Nag said that Hindi film industry has been making bold-themed films and using expletives in them for a long time. He added that if a film contains objectionable content, then the Censor Board will itself not pass it.

‘No need to raise objections over an A rated film. One needs to understand that A rating is given for some adult content, and instead of going after the young filmmakers, who are trying to explore fresh narratives and bring a change in the film industry, children should be stopped from watching such films,’ Nag said.

‘In real life, people use cuss words in certain situations, then why show the double standard when the same is shown in a film. There is nothing wrong in using cuss words if the character demands,’ Nag said in an unfiltered manner.
