Definitely, Tollywood doesn’t know who is Nia Sharma, but this TV serial actress from Mumbai shot to fame after she started posting her bikini pictures a lot on Instagram. And suddenly she’s picked as Most Sexiest Asian at 3rd spot overthrowing the likes of hotties like Alia Bhatt and Shradda Kapoor.

Since that sudden surge in popularity, Nia is busy publishing more and more pictures of her from vacations where she would be seen in two piece exotic outfits. Flaunting her curves all the time, she won instant fanbase and also offers in web series like “Twisted”.

Taking her popularity for a ride, today some miscreants hacked her Instagram account and posted that they are deleting her account as she happens to be a bitch. For the same, she replied on twitter, “I may be a bitch but loved my Instagram a lot.. please release it if you’re done playing?”.

She further added, “What pleasures do they derive out of hacking an account??? I enjoyed my Instagram the most. Thanx can’t do it anymore. And why… I want to know.!! I feel I just lost an organ”.

Most actresses these days are very much attached to their social media pages and we understand how they feel if they lose access to it. Hope she gets her account back soon.

Computer programmers may no longer be eligible for H-1B visas

trump

Thousands of Indian computer programmers who apply for H-1B visas may fail to get the desired visa in the wake of the new guidelines of the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

A new policy memorandum issued by the USCIS on 31 March formulated these new guidelines regarding ‘Specialty Occupation’. Just one business day before the beginning of accepting the H-1B visa petitions, the USCIS has ruled that an entry level computer programmer would no longer be qualified as a specialist professional, and hence would be ineligible for H-1B visa.

“The fact that a person may be employed as a computer programmer and may use information technology skills and knowledge to help an enterprise achieve its goals in the course of his or her job is not sufficient to establish the position as a specialty occupation,” the USCIS Policy Memorandum read.

The policy memorandum titled ‘Rescission of the December 22, 2000 Guidance memo on H1B computer related positions,’ sent shock waves across the Indian IT companies as their application was based on the December 2000 guidelines on what constitutes a specialty occupation.

According to the USCIS, the 2000 memorandum entitled ‘Guidance memo on H-1B computer related positions’ is no more an accurate articulation of its current policy.

Will Guru Bring Double Profits?

Senior hero Venkatesh’s latest release ‘Guru’ which hit screens on March 31st, looks to be on its way to become a lucrative venture for all the people involved.

Made on a budget of under Rs 10 crore, Guru has amassed a distributor share of around Rs 8 crore in the first weekend alone. Riding on positive word of mouth, the sports drama has reportedly been drawing decent crowds on week days too. The coming Sri Ramanavami holiday is another advantage. The only notable release of next week, ‘Cheliyaa’, may not give competition to Guru in B,C centers.

Given these positive factors, Guru is expected by trade pundits to have a decent second week run. In such scenario, raking in a worldwide share of around Rs 20 crore is not at all a difficult task. The satellite rights will fetch around Rs 6 crore. The digital, audio, dubbing and other rights will also fetch good sum.

Overall, Guru is emerging to be a profitable venture. It may be noted that the last hit of Tollywood, ‘Ghazi’ also starred a Daggubati family hero.

No Effect of Katamarayudu's Failure

Share

anup

All the key persons involved in the making of Katamarayudu were criticized for one or other reasons. But, the most criticized team member is music composer Anup Rubens. Well, it seems that the failure of Katamarayudu and his work couldn’t stop him from signing two crazy projects.

Anup has reportedly been signed by Vikram Kumar for his new film starring Akhil Akkienni. The director has earlier worked with Anup for Ishq and Manam, and the young composer has given hit music for both the films. Hence, Vikram has once again entrusted Anup with the responsibility of giving another hit album for his latest project.

Vikram signing Anup didn’t come as a surprise given their hit collaboration earlier. However, Puri signing him is definitely a shocker. The names of Puri and Balayya itself indicate that it will be a mass entertainer.

Anup was earlier heavily criticized for his work on Katamarayudu, which was also an action entertainer. Neither the so so songs nor the spineless background music of Anup helped the film. Despite this, Puri has roped him in for Balayya’s film. In general, Balayya’s films possess mass songs and thundering background scores.

How Anup manages to do justice to #NBK101 is a moot question.
