Ram turns Hyper with Raashi Khanna
Energetic Hero Ram’s next in the direction of Santosh Srinivas will be progressing at brisk pace. The makers are targeting Dussehra release for the film. On the other side, the makers have registered ‘Hyper’ title with Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce. Speculations are that the title may be for Ram’s film.
The movie team recently back from a major schedule in Vishakapatnam and started a new schedule here. The promotions will very soon begin with the First Look Poster and the title announcement. The actor will be romancing his Shiva co-star, Raashi Khanna once again in this film. The director with his first movie, Kandireega delivered a blockbuster to Ram but then bagged a big disaster with his second film, Rabhasa starring NTR.
Venkat Boyanapalli presents this movie produced by Ram Achanta, Gopichand Achanta and Anil Sunkara on their 14 Reels Entertainment banner. Ghibran has been roped in to compose music for the film which has Art by Avinash and Story-Screenplay by the director himself. More details of the project later.
Deepika Padukone shares first poster of her Hollywood flick ‘xXx: The Return of Xander Cage’
Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone is set to win hearts in her Hollywood debut film, “XXX: The Return of Xander Cage,”opposite Vin Diesel. The diva has recently shared the first teaser poster of the film on social media.Featuring Deepika’s face, the poster said: “I don’t believe in good guys.” The 2017 release will star the Bollywood beauty in a sexy glamorous avatar in the film. She will play a huntress’ character who happens to be Vin’s character Cage’s ex-love interest.
The original “XXX” storyline revolved around the athlete, Xander Cage, who was forced to become a government agent. However, the 2015 version didn’t feature Diesel but in the upcoming one, Xander Cage has returned.Apart from Vin, Deepika will also share screen space with international stars like Jet Li, Tony Jaa, Nina Dobrev and Ruby Rose. The actress created buzz in the beginning of the year when she posted a photo of her with Diesel with the logo of the movie franchise, “XXX”, in the background.
However, this is not the first time that Deepika has been approached for a Hollywood film. She had earlier turned down Vin’s offer to share screen space in “Fast and Furious 7”, but this time, the actress has bagged the international movie offer.In 2015, Deepika appeared in three films – “Piku”, “Tamasha” and “Bajirao Mastani” – and captured hearts with her phenomenal performance in all these flicks. Meanwhile, the actress has returned to Mumbai after the shooting of her Hollywood flick and has signed a Bollywood movie, “Padmavati,” alongside Ranveer Singh and Vicky Kaushal.
Bangladesh cancels downlink permission of Zakir Naik’s Peace TV
A day after banning the channel following reports that his speeches inspired some of the militants who carried out the Dhaka cafe attack.Bangladesh on Monday scrapped the downlink permission for ‘Peace TV’ of Indian Islamic preacher Zakir Naik, a day after it banned the channel following reports that his “provocative” speeches inspired some of the militants who carried out the country’s worst terror attack at a cafe here.The Information Ministry issued the order to cancel the Peace TV’s downlink permission needed to broadcast in the country.
‘Violating downlink norms’
“Based on the Cabinet Committee’s decision, free-to-air TV channel Peace TV’s downlink permission has been cancelled for violating downlink conditions,” the ministry said in the directive.A spokesman of Bangladesh Telecommunication Commission (BTRC) said, “Its [Peace TV] downlink permission has been cancelled in line with an Information Ministry’s decision.”The action came a day after Cabinet Committee on Law and Order during a special meeting on Sunday decided to ban the Mumbai-based preacher’s channel.
‘Inciting terror’
Dr. Naik’s speeches are believed to have inspired some of the Bangladeshi militants, who killed 22 people, mostly foreigners, at an upscale restaurant in Dhaka on July 1.A spokesman of the Information Ministry said copies of the circular have been sent to the Home Ministry, Press Information Department, state-run BTV and cable operators association KOAB.Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan had earlier said that Bangladesh’s intelligence agencies were investigating the 50-year-old Dr. Naik’s possible role in the cafe attack.“He is on our security scanner… Our intelligence agencies are investigating his activities as his lectures appeared provocative,” Mr. Khan had said.
Financial deals too under scanner
Mr. Khan had said the investigators were also probing Dr. Naik’s financial transactions in Bangladesh.One of the slain attackers of the terrorist attack in Dhaka’s high-security Gulshan area, Rohan Imtiaz (22) quoted Dr. Naik in a Facebook post in January this year where he urged “all Muslims to be terrorists“.The activities of Dr. Naik’s Mumbai-based Islamic Research Foundation are also under the scanner of Indian Home Ministry amid allegations that funds from abroad received by it have been spent on political activities and inspiring people towards radical views.

Senior Producer DVV Danayya will be producing his fourth project. Devi Sri Prasad will also compose music for that film as well. We are said that the music sittings of the film will begin in November. Even though there is no official announcement, we are told that Mahesh Babu will be the lead role in the film.

Rakul keeps Mahesh fans in suspense
Superstar Mahesh Babu’s fans are just out from the massive failure of Brahmotsavam and are eagerly waiting for the actor to begin his next with Murugadoss. The regular shooting of the film will begin on 29th of this month. However the heroine confusion is disturbing them in the last minute.
Earlier they said Parineeti Chopra will be playing the female lead in the film. But now it is said that Rakul Preet Singh replaced her due to remuneration issues. But Rakul is not confirming the development. The actress was quizzed by the media about this at a private event in Hyderabad but she did not divulge any details about the project.
“I am yet to sign the agreement. We will talk about when it is done,” Rakul said media repeatedly. Earlier Rakul was to pair up with Mahesh Babu in Brahmotsavam missed the berth in the last minute due to dates issue. So the actress seem to be avoiding talking about the project until she signed the film.
Dhruva to have only four songs?
If the rumours doing rounds in Filmnagar are to be believed, Ram Charan’s Dhruva is likely to have only four songs. Out of this four, one will be a mass song and another duet along with a couple of bit songs. The team is thinking on the lines to add one more song but it is not confirmed as of now.
The film will bring music directors Hip Hop Tamizha to Tollywood. On the other side, Dhruva which was earlier planned for September end release as Dussehra Special, may be missing the festive release. The movie may be now pushed to October 7th release because the movie shooting is unlikely to complete for Dussehra Release.
Dhruva recently completed a brief schedule in Kashmir and just kick-started a major schedule in Hyderabad. The schedule will go on for one more month. Dhruva is the official remake of Tamil blockbuster, Thani Oruvan being directed by Race Gurram fame Surender Reddy. Arvind Swamy who impressed every one as antagonist in the film, is reprising his role from the original.
