Samsung Galaxy On5 (2016) appears on Geekbench; key features revealed
Specifications of Samsung’s 2016 series Galaxy On5 budget smartphone have surfaced online, revealing that the new device will have huge upgrade over its predecessor.Samsung’s rumoured Galaxy On5(2016) first broke covers for the first time last week, when it made an appearance on Zauba, an Indian logistic company. In the import manifest, the device bearing model number SM-5700 was shipped from South Korea to India for evaluation and R&D (Research & Development) purposes. There was no mention of the device’s features.
Now, the same handset has made an appearance on Geekbench performance testing site. It scores 646 and 2000 points on single-core and multi-core tests, respectively. That is an impressive mark sheet for a budget smartphone.As per the Geekbench site, the SM-G570F (Galaxy On5 2016) houses 2GB RAM, Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, universal7570 motherboard with ARM-based 1.4GHz quad-core processor. Though there is no word on the moniker of the processor, 7570 numerical code does hint that CPU might be Samsung’s very own Exynos series, as there is no Qualcomm Snapdragon processor in that numerical series.
Other key features such as screen size, camera, storage and battery capacity is yet to be ascertained.There is no word when the Galaxy On5 (2016) will be released but it is certain to make its debut along with Galaxy On7 (2016) like the 2015 series models last year.
Samsung Galaxy S7 edge Olympic edition release date revealed
Samsung’s long rumoured Galaxy S7 edge Olympic edition will finally break covers later this month, if we go by the company’s latest teaser video.Samsung Germany (via Facebook) has posted a 17 seconds video hinting that the Galaxy S7 edge Olympic model will be unveiled on July 7.In the video, a magic square box, which was used as prop in the official unveiling of Galaxy S7, is shown dancing to the tune of Brazilian carnival music and it ends with a tag- “Ge7 Ready” followed by date details 07.07.2016 and webpage link: Samsung.de/olympia, all but confirming that the new model will make its debut coming Thursday.
Upon taking a closer look of the video, we noticed that Samsung has painted numerical ‘7’ in the “Ge7 Ready” tag, blue in colour, leading us believe the upcoming device will in sapphire shades.Furthermore, prominent Tweeter spy, just a few days ago leaked black-hued Galaxy S7 edge Olympic model in blue and gold accents.Once launched, Galaxy S7 edge Olypmic will be second special edition variant of the flagship smartphone.In May, Samsung unveiled limited Batman-mobile-game-inspired Galaxy S7 edge “Injustice: Gods Among Us” edition.

The new model will have same design language and internal hardware. Key difference will be the colouring. It is said to boast physical fingerprint sensor and speakers with gold-hued accents in the front. Whereas on the back, It is expected to feature a blue-coloured camera module on the top and a blue-hued Olympics sigil at the bottom.
Overnight flash floods kill 30 people in northern Pakistan
Pakistani officials say flash floods overnight have killed 30 people in northern Pakistan, near the Afghan border.Maghfirat Shah, the mayor of Chitral district, says heavy monsoon rains and flash floods overnight washed away a mosque and several houses in Arsun, an area of Chitral.
A spokesman for the disaster management authority, Yousuf Zia, says search crews have recovered the bodies of seven worshippers swept away when the mosque was struck by floods.Chitral is in the far north of Pakistan, bordering Afghanistan’s Badakhshan province.

The jihadists who killed 20 hostages at a Dhaka restaurant were members of a homegrown Bangladeshi militant outfit and not followers of the Islamic State group, a senior Minister said on Sunday.

Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the killing of the hostages and two police officers during an 11-hour siege that ended on Saturday but the government has consistently denied that international jihadist groups are operating in Bangladesh.Police have released the names and photos of six of the attackers who were shot at the end of the siege. A seventh was arrested and is being interrogated by Bangladeshi intelligence officers.
Mr. Khan said that all of the attackers were well-educated and most came from wealthy families.“They are all highly educated young men and went to university. No one is from a madrassa,” the Minister said.Asked why they would have become Islamist militants, Khan said: “It has become a fashion.”
Will Nagarjuna’s trust pay off?
King Nagarjuna had released the theatrical trailer of Nirmala Convent the other day. Nagarjuna believed a lot in this film. He acted and is also co-producing the teenage romantic drama. The trailer evoked mixed response and audience felt that Srikanth’s son, Roshan is not too comfortable in the film.
Few years ago, Nagarjuna backed yet another teenage romantic drama titled Uyyala Jampala. The film went on to become a huge blockbuster. From then there is no looking back for Raj Tharun and Avika Gor. The actor is also hoping that it will also happen with Nirmala Convent and will help Roshan’s career big time.
Srikanth has no proper hit after Khadgam many years ago. All his movies come and go with out even the audience noticing them. Only his last film, Terror is a bit of expection. The Senior actor desperately wants to see his son succeeding at this hour of crisis. Nagarjuna is waiting for right time for the movie release.
Nandamuri fans tension on Kabali
The makers of Superstar Rajinikanth’s Kabali is maintaining the suspense over their release date. All sorts of dates from July 22nd to August 12th are in rumour mills. Nandamuri fans are eagerly waiting for the official announcement. August 12th release will making things tough for their Janatha Garage.
Kabali is the most hyped project of the season, clash with that will make sure Janatha Garage loses theaters and also the openings. The four holidays benefit in the first week will also be lost with the clash. August 12th release will have four holidays including a long weekend due to Independence day holiday on Monday and another holiday due to Rakshabandhan.
Nandamuri fans are already worried about the Overseas release and Multiplex shows as two of Bollywood’s most hyped projects – Hrithik Roshan’s Mohanjedaro and Akshay Kumar’s Rustom are also releasing on August 12th. Now they are worried about Kabali release.

Janatha Garage is the most awaited film carrying lot of expectations as it comes from the stable from a successful director like Koratala Siva. Ram Gopal Varma to try singing yet again!
Controversial director Ram Gopal Varma tried singing for his Raktha Charitra. He rendered that ‘Kathulatho Savasam’ for the film which evoked mixed response back then. Now, he is doing that again for his Vangaveeti movie. The movie which is the last film for the director in Telugu, is being shot silently.
New comer, Naina Ganguly is playing the character Vangaveeti Ratna Kumari which is the only female role in the film. RGV is reportedly getting erected the replicating popular Kaleswara Rao market of Vijayawada as a set in Mumbai. Vangaveeti is about the rivalry between Devineni and Vangaveeti families decades ago which panned out in to a war between two castes and took lives on both the sides.
The movie is likely to create caste rifts even today and so every one are anxious about what Ramu is going to show in the film. RGV is adopting the Hollywood approach for the film wherein multiple units will be functioning with line producers on the spot. The shooting will take place simultaneously in Hyderabad and Mumbai simultaneously. RGV will be monitoring entire thing from Mumbai. The shooting will begin some time in next month.
Pawan Kalyan – Dolly film going to be shelved?
There seem to be a confusion about Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s next film. Reports are emerging that the movie may get shelved even before going on floors. Rumours are rife that Pawan Kalyan is not fully confident of the script and may skip it to make a film with Trivikram Srinivas. If that happens, Trivikram project will begin in October.
Trivikram already started preparing script for Pawan Kalyan. It should go on floors in December as planned earlier, but will begin early if Dolly’s project is ruled out. Some thing is not right about the project since its start, we have seen SJ Suryah walking out of the film midway and Dolly coming in his place.
Pawan Kalyan promised another chance for Dolly during Gopala Gopala. He will be a very disappointed man if the project is shelved. On the other side, Mega fans will be very excited to see the project getting shelved. They would any day prefer Trivikram over SJ Suryah or Dolly. Lets see what finally happens!
