Pinnamaneni seriously injured, wife dies in road accident
Former minister and APCOB chairman Pinnamaneni Venkateswara Rao was seriously injured, while his wife Satyavani and driver Dasu were killed in a tragic road accident on the outskirts of Hyderabad in the wee hours of Tuesday.
According to reports, Pinnamaneni, accompanied by his wife, was on way to Hyderabad from Vijayawada when his vehicle overturned at at Pahadi Shareef near Hyderabad.Satyavani and driver Dasu were killed on the spot, while Pinnamaneni was admitted to a private hospital in serious condition.
Reports say that the accident took place as the driver lost control over the wheel and Satyavani suffered serious injuries causing her instant death. The bodies were shifted to Gandhi hospital for postmortem. Several political leaders are visiting the hospital to console Pinnamaneni.
Jayalalithaa In Tamil Nadu, Lokesh In AP
Astrologers came into focus after elections in five states today and they are giving their predictions. A famous astrologer Subramanya Swamy from Rajarajeswari Jyothishyalayam is sure about AIADMK chief Jayalithaa winning assembly elections this time according to planet positions and vaastu conditions.
In Chennai press club, Subramanya Swamy claims to have predicted about Jayalalithaa’s win in 2011 and he is confident on happening the same this time too. Other than that, he brings in Chandrababu’s son Lokesh into the predictions saying that Lokesh will be the CM of Andhra Pradesh in 2019.

Director Maruthi who is known for penning hilarious dialogues in his films is coming up next with yet another uproarious entertainer Babu Bangaram starring Victory Venkatesh. As per a buzz, the film will have spoof on NTR starrer movie Nannaku Prematho.Star comedians Saptagiri and Prithviraj are said to tickle your funny bone with the parody sequence. 10 minutes continues laughter is guaranteed with the spoof, informs the buzz.
Off late, filmmakers are spoofing hit films to entertain audience and 30 years Prithvi is chosen for most of these films.Recently, comedian Vennela Kishore who is also part of Babu Bangaram dubbed for the film. He lauded Prithviraj for the entertainment he has provided in the film. “Dubbing for Babu Bangaram… And yet again 30 years Prithvigaru rocked the first half… Hilarious ..” said Kishore.
Venkatesh is romancing Naynathara in Babu Bangaram which is in last leg of shooting. Currently, filming is happening in Spain where the production unit is canning couple of songs on lead pair. Ghibran has rendered songs.Meanwhile, Babu Bangaram is scheduled for a worldwide release on July 1st.
When Veerappan Planned To Kidnap Rajini
Ram Gopal Varma directed upcoming Hindi movie Veerappan is slated to release on May 27th. The maverick director collected his research material based upon interviews with Veerappan’s former gang members, people who used to mediate between him and the government and also from officers who were a part of the operation to capture him.
It is revealed that, the film will have a scene where Veerappan plans to kidnap superstar Rajinikanth, in the same way he had kidnapped Kannada superstar Rajkumar. Fortunately, Veerappan’s plot to kidnap Rajini had been failed owing to unknown reasons.It is a known fact that, Rajkumar was held for 108 days and finally released without harm in November 2000. Karnataka government paid Rs 20 crore for his release.
“From all the truth I gathered, Veerappan was unbelievable, but what is even more unbelievable is the drama which went behind the plan to kill him,” said RGV in an interview.Sandeep Bharadwaj portrayed the title role, whereas Sachiin Joshi will be seen as police officer. Usha Jadhav and Lisa Ray are other prominent cast in the film. As informed by RGV, Veerappan is not a remake of his Telugu-Kannada super-hit film Killing Veerappan.
Brahmotsavam Strong Business In Mahesh’s Weak Zone
The producers of Brahmotsavam are demanding almost closing business amount of Srimanthudu for ceded rights. Interestingly, distributors are daring to invest such big amount on this class film. It is heard that, Brahmotsavam ceded rights were sold for Rs 8.5 Cr, including prints and publicity the movie will cost Rs 9 Cr for the distributors.
In fact, ceded is one of the weak zones of Mahesh Babu. Srimanthudu full run collections and Brahmotsavam pre-release business prove that, Mahesh is enlarging his market in ceded and other weak areas. Usually, mass films will perform well in ceded area, whereas chances are less for class and family entertainers in the zone. However, Mahesh Babu is doing wonders in the territory with pure family entertainers.
Apart from starring in the film, Mahesh Babu is co-producing Brahmotsavam in association with PVP Cinemas. Directed by Srikanth Addala, the film has Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Kajal Agarwal and Pranitha Subhash playing Mahesh love interests.Hence, Brahmotsavam set to release in record number of screens on May 20th is expected to break several box office records.
Massive 1 Crore advantage for Brahmotsavam in Nizam
Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Brahmotsavam is all set for a grand release on 20th of this month. The movie has completed its censor formalities the other day. On the other side, Abhishek Pictures, the Nizam distributor of the film managed to get an additional show permission for all the single screen theaters in Nizam.
The show will be screened at 8.10AM in all the theaters on the day. This is a huge advantage to the film and will fetch a bonus of 80 Lakhs to 1 Crore with this additional shows. Besides there are also large scale benefit shows planned for the movie. That almost guarantees bettering of previous Nizam record (non-Baahubali) by a huge margin.
The movie is also getting a whopping 220+ screens premiere in Overseas. The content for the Premieres will be shipped later today. Extreme care is being taken to make sure that all the Premieres are screened as per the schedule. Fans are expecting minimum 4 Million dollars gross in case the film gets Hit talk.
Krishnam Raju Admitted To ICU
Actor-politician Krishnam Raju was rushed to a private hospital on Sunday night after he suffered sudden illness. Family members admitted Raju to ICU on doctor’s advice. Team of doctors, headed by Dr Soma Raju, is treating Krishnam Raju. Krishnam Raju is 76-year-old. He has been suffering from respiratory-related ailment from sometime now.
Raju’s nephew and Baahubali actor Prabhas visited his uncle on Monday morning in the hospital and accompanied him for over hour. According to doctors, Raju’s health is stable now and there’s nothing to worry.
Doctors are constantly monitoring Raju’s health condition. More details are yet to be known.
