Superstar Rajinikanth. The name rings bells everywhere in the world, including countries like Japan and Malaysia. As the legendary actor stepped in Malaysia for “Kabali” shoot, the whole country lined up to meet him. From fans to police, politicians to biggies, everyone is queuing up to greet him and take selfies.

Recently Governor of Malacca state in Malaysia, Mohammad Khalil Yaakob, has met Superstar, and revealed that he is a big fan of the actor. Flattered by Rajni’s down-to-earth behaviour, he made a request to Malaysian government to honour him prestigious title “Datuk”, which is like a British Knighthood.

Reports are arriving that even Malaysian government responded positively for this move and is getting ready confer him with Royal Malaysian Title in a grand ceremony.

Long back, Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan was honoured with Datuk, while recently Hollywood star Jackie Chan took the honours. After them, it’s Rajnikanth, to receive this honor.

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Dictator is planned for Sankranthi-2016 release. But keeping up the promise may not be easy for Balakrishna. The actor had to shoot 45 days in this two months time for the movie to complete. This also includes shooting of four and half songs.

The makers have charted schedules for Sankranthi release but any deviation from the planned schedules will miss the festival deason. The next schedule of the movie will begin from November 2nd in Hyderabad. Towards the end of the month, they will have a major schedule in Delhi. Dictator is the 99th film in Balakrishna’s career.

Srivas who garnered a super success with Loukyam will be wielding megaphone for this project. Eros International is producing the film while Srivas himself is the co-producer under his newly launched Vedaashwa Creations banner. Thaman is composing music for the first time for a Balayya film.

Not bogged down by the series of flops, actor Naveen Chandra is gearing up with his next Tripura. Honestly admitting that he has committed few mistakes in the past while choosing scripts, Naveen says his next Tripura would compensate his previous failures. “Many thought I would run out of industry after couple of flops but fortunately things are working in my favour and movies are happening to me. I’m waiting for good movie and Tripura would be one such film after Andala Rakshasi,” says Naveen.

At a time many actors are not so loyal to the directors who launched them, Naveen goes all out for his maiden director Hanu Raghavapudi. “Hanu is my god father. Before signing every film of mine, I’ll ask Hanu for an advise. I’ll take it up the film after his opinion. I’m willing to act even in single shot in Hanu’s film anytime. In fact, I’m even ready to leave my rest and do film for Hanu,” adds Naveen.

Confessing he did a lot of mistakes in choosing scripts, Naveen says he has just picked better ones from the films that coming his way.  “I can only choose from films that come my way. I’ve become more choosy now. My next after Tripura Lachideviki O Lekkundi will bd another good film. More than hero, I always want to establish myself as good actor,” signs off Naveen.

Yes, entire film circle is buzzing on Kalyan Ram’s unwise selection of Mallikarjun as director for ‘Sher’ despite having two flops ‘Abhimanyu, Kaththi’ to his discredit and both with NKR. In fact, ‘Sher’ is a project which went on floors even before ‘Pataas’ has taken-off but they planned the release later to ‘Pataas.’

Now that audience have given a divided verdict for ‘Sher’ on day one, people have started to discuss on softer side of NKR for valuing the long time friendship had with Malli. Among the three films in this combination, ‘Kaththi’ can be called as a far better project relative to other two. Before calling ‘Sher’ as a lost opportunity for Malli, there is a necessity for him to post-mortem the failures and take-up next with cautiousness.

‘Kalyan Ram is just like his Babai Balakrishna. He can be easily pleased. There were times in past when Balayya also committed similar mistakes in project selection just out of his good attitude,’ a source quoted. A true friend loves you despite your imperfections. NKR did not find past failures of Mallikarjun as a reason to reject ‘Sher.’ So, he is a true friend with golden heart.

Mega Prince Varun Tej’s Loafer (Working Title) is have the last day of its shoot today in Hyderabad. The makers have completed all its shoot except for three days work more than a month ago. Now they are completely wrapping it up now.

The movie is being planned for December release around Christmas time. The post production works are already happening simultaneously. Earlier the movie was titled Loafer and now the makers are considering to change it as ‘Maa Amma Seetha Maa Lakshmi’.

Posani Krishna Murali and Revathi are playing the parents of Varun Tej in the film. The actor will be seen as a robber who reforms later. Bollywood model Disha Patani is playing the female lead in the film and it marks her Telugu debut. Sunil Kashyap is the music composer.

Naga Chaitanya’s remake of Malayalam blockbuster, Premam is titled Majnu. The film will have three lead ladies and the makers reportedly finalized all of them. We are said that Shruti Hassan, Rakul Preet Singh and Anupama Parameshwaran are chosen to play the heroines in the film.

The movie will be directed by Karthikeya fame Chandoo Mondeti Naga Chaitanya will take up the Telugu remake of Malayalam super hit, Premam after the completion of Saahasam Swaasaa Saagipo which is currently in the last leg of its production. As reported earlier, Akhil’s father Nagarjuna expressed lot of worries on tightening many VFX areas after watching the first copy of film. Apparently, Nithin and Sudhakar Reddy have spent bomb of a budget on this project which is far above the untested business stamina in Akhil. Respecting Nagarjuna’s concerns, Nithin is said to have spent extra money and corrected few of those CG effects to bring out an enhanced output.

What’s surprising to hear is, Nagarjuna is informed to be not completely happy as he wants everything to be picture perfect and doesn’t matter spending few more weeks delay in release. From producer’s perspective, Diwali festive occasion can be a real gold mine to sit on. So, Nithin’s repeated requests to Nagarjuna finally resulted in announcing November 11th as ‘Akhil’ release date.

In an inspiring tale of rags to riches, a 17-year old young girl named Khanittha Phasaeng from Thailand win the Miss Uncensured News Thailand 2015 crown. Khanittha is the daughter of a poor lady who raised Khanittha by working as a garbage collector.

Soon after her victory in the contest, Khanittha went straight to her mother’s workplace and touched her feet to sell blessings and to thank her for raising her amidst several adversities. The photographs of Khanittha paying tributes to her mother wearing her glittering crown, silk sash and heels have been going viral online.

Speaking about her mother, Khanittha said, “what I have today is because of my mother. She and I make a living by doing honest work, so there is no reason why I should feel inferior.” The long-legged beauty queen also vowed to help her family by working on menial jobs, and assisting her mother as she collects and recycles the garbage.

“When the referee announced the winner it felt like a dream. I thought how can an ordinary girl like me be a beauty queen,” said Khanittha about the moments of winning the crown. Khanittha’s mother separated from her husband and the family lived in utter poverty, forcing Khanittha to quit studies. Thanks to her crown winning glory, Khanittha is now being offered brand endorsement deals and offers in film and television.
