YVS Chowdary to comeback with new comers!
YVS Chowdary’s recent release, Rey starring Sai Dharam Tej not only affected his career as director but also hit his finances hard as the producer of the film. However YVS is not dejected and is gearing up to try his luck once again.
His next film will be with new comers and will go on floors very soon. The movie is titled Oka Local Prema Katha and will happen in the backdrop of a local train. Currently the pre-production works and the casting is going on.
Official announcement of the project is expected this month. This will be a litmus test for YVS Chowdary as a failure if failed will permanently seal the career of the director who is once very successful. Lets wish him all the best!
Akhil completes Europe Schedule
The movie unit of Akhil Akkineni’s debut movie, Akhil had completed their Europe schedule. They have canned two songs in this schedule. They will now shoot the last song in Hyderabad which mark the completion of the movie shoot.
Akhil will be all ready for October 22nd release as Dussehra Special. It has to be seen if a clash with Ram Charan’s Bruce Lee is imminent. The audio release event of the movie will take place on September 20th on the occasion of ANR Jayanthi.
New girl, Sayesha Saighal is romancing Akhil in this film. Mass Masala director VV Vinayak is wielding megaphone for this film. The movie is carrying too many expectations from the trade.
Veteran actress to make a comeback
Late 90’s and early 2000’s famous actress Raasi is now planning to make a comeback. But this time the comeback is not on silver screen. She will be making comeback through a reality TV show.
These days in Tollywood, reality TV shows are playing vital role and most channels get lots of TRP ratings from these reality shows. Now Raasi will host one such show.
This show will be telecasted in MaaTV. The channel recently released teaser of the reality show to start the much needed hype.
Raasi was last seen in an item number for Ravi Teja-Srinu Vaitla’s ‘Venky’ movie. After marrying Tamil director S.S.Nivas she stopped acting in movies.
‘Kanche’ team reveals connection between World War II and Vizag
As we reported earlier the Audio of ‘Kanche’ will be released on 17th of September. The audio launch ceremony will take place in the city of Visakhapatnam, at the beautiful Port Stadium complex.
Varun and Pragya Jaiswal are doing the lead roles. Varun earlier said there is a connection between World War II and Vishakapatnam. Now the connection was revealed.
Vizag was the target of a Japanese Air raid and a number of bombs were dropped on the port city, to target Allied warships. A bomb failed to explode and it is still present in a museum in Visakhapatnam. As ‘Kanche’ is set on backdrop of World War II and Varun essays role of an Indian Soldier in British Army, the team selected Vizag port stadium complex.
Chirantan Bhatt is the music composer and Sirivennela Sitarama Sastry garu has written the lyrics. The movie will release on 2nd October.
