Airport Staff’s Shocker to Nayantara
South stunner Nayantara has got a shocker in form of Airport staff as they spoiled her Christmas plan. Nayan, who was busy with back-to-back films, planned to celebrate Christmas in her home grandly and she even bought few gifts for her family. On Wednesday (Dec 24) when she had reached Chennai airport to go to Kochi in Kerala, she was late and carrying heavy luggage of 5 bags.
According to eye-witnesses, Nayan arrived to Chennai airport at 10 AM when her flight was at 10.30 AM which was too short to go through. More over, she was carrying heavy luggage. With this security sleuths asked her to leave her luggage and go alone to which Nayan didn’t agree. Although Nayan requested a lot, airport authorities didn’t heed to her gentle requests.
But finally agreed to leave with only one bag. Nayan had to send back her four other bags in her car. All in all, Nayan disappointed a lot as she couldn’t execute her Christmas plan well. Not even Nayan’s stardom worked at airport.
Which One Is Better? CNK or Mukunda?
Nithiin’s ‘Chinnadana Neekosam’ and Varun Tej’s ‘Mukunda’ were released this week. According to the trade numbers, Nithiin’s ‘Chinnadana Neekosam’ is stable at the box-office while Mukunda’s collections have started to drop from the second day. Mukunda collected close to 4.5 crores (Share) in two days but the 2nd day collections are very less compared to day one.
On the other hand, ‘Chinnadana Neekosam’ collected 2.7 crores (Approximately) and the film has done exceptional good on its second day as well. This film is minting money in the Nizam area and is decent in other areas too.
Mukunda is getting good numbers only in some ‘A’ centres and multiplexes. Though both the films opened up with mixed reviews, Nithin’s ‘Chinnadana Neekosam’ is likely to perform much better than ‘Mukunda’ at the ticket window, says the trade analysts.
After KE, Kesineni delivers punch to Chandrababu!
As reported recently that TDP boss and AP CM Chandrababu Naidu might have lost his iron grip on leaders, today one more instance has shocked Naidu. At a public event today in Vijayawada, TDP MP Kesineni Nani reportedly made comments that even after six months of TDP coming to power, nothing has benefited for the city.
He also added that the police commissioner of the city as well as minister Devineni Umamaheshwar Rao have not been doing any tasks properly for development. Sources say that Babu has been shocked and he immediately passed instructions to all of his party men not to go public with their grievances and infact should speak to him, if any.
The grapevine is that these comments were a result of Devineni and Kesineni clash over party affairs in the city of Vijayawada.
Why Bharat Ratna For NTR?
The recent announcement of Bharat Ratna to former PM and BJP veteran Atal Bihari Vajpayee has brought in a lot of cheer to many and they feel it is well deserved. But at the same time, there are also those who feel it was high time he received it and have a different perspective.
They state that even the legendary N T Rama Rao deserves a Bharat Ratna. This inference has come keeping mind the Bharat Ratna given to cricketer Sachin Tendulkar. They say it is not to disrespect Sachin and admit he is indeed a great person. The point here is the timing because there are a few who deserved this honour before Sachin does and one among them is NTR.
They state that in a way, giving Bharat Ratna to Sachin is looking like a political strategy from the Congress at that point as they felt it would fetch them votes from youngsters. Of course, Congress only is capable of making such blunder decisions.
Regional leaders such as M G Ramachandran, Kamaraj have received this prestigious title long ago so given the time that has passed by, NTR deserves to receive it soon. Given the fact that TDP is a strong ally and friend to the current ruling government, it looks quite possible as well. Let us wish this happens soon.
Reddy Says Sorry To Rosaiah!
Telangana Home Minister Nayani Narsimha Reddy on Friday tendered his unconditional apologies to Tamil Nadu Governor K Rosaiah for making wild allegations against the latter in the past.
Nayani told media that he was withdrawing his remarks made against Roshaiah’s son-in-law on land issue. He clarified that he had apologized to Rosaiah for the remarks as the same were proved incorrect.
“Though earlier I accused Rosaiah of allotting one acre of land against norms to his son-in-law for running a clinic, it was later proved to be wrong,” Nayani said.
“I made such allegation only with wrong inputs from the officials. I have personally apologized to Rosaiah when he rang me up today and enquired about the issue,” he said and added that he was withdrawing the remarks he made.
Conversions Only To Cover Up Modi Failures!
Hyderabad: The Sangh Parivar has been harping on re-conversion of people of other faiths into Hinduism only to cover-up the inability of the BJP government in fulfilling the commitments which they gave in elections, Congress MP V Hanumantha Rao said.
“The Modi government has not implemented any new policies or scheme, but changing the names of UPA government schemes,” he said at a function where a book “Modi Gari U-Turn” was released at Gandhi Bhavan on Friday. The Telugu version of the book, brought out by VH, was originally published by AICC in English language.
VH said Modi got elected not because of the poor performance of UPA government, but the false propaganda spread by BJP, said Ponnala. He criticized that, “this government is not pro poor”. This Government is working for elite people and NRIs only.
They are not concerned about the suicides of farmers. They increased passenger as well as goods charges of Railway immediately after forming the government, he stated.
Hyderabad Will Be Hub For Shootings

When the agitation for Telangana was at its peak, the Telugu film industry was functioning in a completely insecure atmosphere. The pro-Telangana activists were attacking film stars and ransacking shooting sets, creating a fear psychosis among producers and actors.
Shooting a film in and around Hyderabad was a nightmare for them. Now that the Telangana State is formed, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi government is desperately wooing the film industry to stay put in Hyderabad so as to get the maximum revenue. Apart from promising lands and studios, the government is also facilitating shootings.
TRS Member of Lok Sabha from Nizamabad K Kavitha on Friday said the TRS government in the State would make all out efforts to develop Hyderabad as the hub for film shootings in the coming years.
She said that Chief Minister KCR has stepped up the efforts to create Film city at the sprawling Rachakonda area in Rangareddy district, and the Government was proceeding in that direction. It may be recalled that KCR has already conducted an aerial survey of Rachakonda area for setting up of the Film city.
Kavitha said that she had discussed with KCR about giving concessions to those who wish to conduct shooting in Hyderabad.

Superstar Mahesh Babu is planning very effectively after the shocks he received with Khaleja. Since then, he’s busy acting in films back to back with just couple of months break between each movie. And always, he is making sure that films are lined up for him.
So what is Mahesh’s next after he wraps up Koratala Siva’s movie by April 2015? Earlier Mahesh has said that he will team up with director Puri Jagan for another interesting commercial flick. But recently it is confirmed that Mahesh and Trivikram will team up in 2015.
Even director Srikanth Addala’s project, tentatively titled Brahmotsavam also entered the pipeline. So, we have to say that Puri Jagan, Srikanth Addala and Trivikram have to convince Mahesh with their final story lines. If they want to do it now, they have just one day left, as Mahesh will be gearing up for fresh schedule of Koratala Siva’s movie from 28th December.
After shooting for couple of days, he will be flying to UAE to spend new year with family. Later he will be busy with non-stop shooting till April until the film releases in May 2015. So, which director will utilise this day most?
