After entertaining the Telugu audience with her hot moves in ‘Aagadu’ item number, Shruti Haasan is all set to give sleepless nights with her latest song from Arjun Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha starrer ‘Tevar’. This film is a remake of our Superstar Mahesh Babu’s ‘Okkadu’.
Shruti Haasan sizzled in this item number with sexy outfits and her moves are mind-blowing. Amit Sharma is directing the film and ‘Tevar’ is all set for a grand release on January 9, 2015.
NTR’s disaster becomes a blockbuster on TV
Young Tiger NTR’s career is a very bad phase after Baadshah. Ramayya Vasthavayya in the direction of Gabbar Singh fame Harish Shankar came with very high expectations but bombed miserably at the box office. At the crucial juncture came Rabhasa which ended up as a big disaster. The movie ended up as huge losses for every one in trade and masked NTR’s glory.
However the movie even being such a failure is a big hit on Television. Rabhasa’s TV Premiere last week got 14.48 TRPs and is Standing Top this week in feature films. Interestingly this TRPs are double than that garnered by Mahesh Babu’s 1-Nenokkadine. Which means that the Gemini TV which telecast Rabhasa will be making very good profits from the movie which makes it a hit on TV but disaster in theaters.
NTR is currently is a very bad phase. He has pinned high hopes on his forthcoming film, Temper to stage a comeback. However the movie shooting was put on hold for various reasons and it prompted missing the crucial Sankranthi release. Puri Jagannadh earlier directed NTR in Andhrawala and the film was an utter flop. The duo wants to make amends for it now.
Court shock to Naidu: lifts ban on capital area land registration
It’s known that AP government has stopped all the land registrations in proposed capital area of Andhra Pradesh. The government has stopped all the land registrations in about 12 mandals in Guntur and 8 mandals in Krishna districts. Going on with the state’s new capital rumors near Vijayawada and Guntur, the land costs near these areas have touched the sky within no time.
To ensure that it did not have to pay higher prices, the government has issued orders to stop registrations for time being. Now the govt faced a setback and High Court on Thursday suspended the circular issued by AP government stopping land transactions, registrations, group housing schemes and new lay-outs in Vijayawada, Guntur, Tenali and Mangalagiri corridor ( VGTM ). In response to a petition seeking suspension of the circular, the High Court gave interim orders suspending the Government decision.
The court passed orders to the Government allowing registrations of lands in the area and asked to maintain status quo. The decision of court turned shocker to Naisu’s govt who is facing troubles in land pooling.With High Court orders, real estate activity may again reach new heights in the VGTM area.
Sonia Gandhi Hospitalised
According to media reports, UPA Chairperson-Congress president and Lok Sabha MP from Amethi Sonia Gandhi has been hospitalised. Sonia Gandhi, one of the country’s powerful politicians, is reportedly admitted to a top hospital in New Delhi.
69-yr-old Sonia was immediately rushed to the hospital after complaining unwell. Sonia is suffering from lower respiratory tract infection. Her condition is said to be stable. More details are yet to be emerged. AICC General Secretary Ajay Maken confirmed the news of Sonia Gandhi’s hospitalisation.
Sonia had earlier visited AIIMS last year when she felt unwell during the debate of a major new food welfare scheme. She even had a surgery in US three years ago but the exact health reasons for her surgery were not revealed.
Tennis Star Navratilova Marries Her Girl Friend
Martina Navratilova, 9 time Wimbledon champion married Julia Lemigova, her longtime partner in New York on Monday. Martina proposed to her girl friend Julia at the US open early September going down on her knees.
Lemigova sharing her delight said she was overwhelmed and Navratilova said she updated her martial statues. Speaking to scribes she said she is 58 yers and got married for the first time.
Navratilova and Lemigova started dating from 2006 onwards. She said when she was about to propose she was nervous but when Lemigova gave green signal she was flying high.
NTR Don’t Want To Miss Him This Time
Some combinations always rock. As there is the combination of NTR and Rajamouli, NTR and Vinayak, there is this NTR and Devi Sri Prasad combo too. Though they scored some odd flicks in terms of box-office result, music of this combo’s films always stood out tall. Similarly, director Sukumar and DSP too have a great rapport as our creative director never worked with any composer other than him.
Despite of this rapport, recently Devi has a bad experience with an NTR’s movie as he got replaced by another music director in the last minute. Yes, that happened with Puri Jagan’s ‘Temper’. Initially DSP was supposed to score tunes for the movie but then he’s out of the game as Anup Rubens was roped in. At that time, we heard that DSP is taking much longer times to score music, and hence replaced, though it’s against NTR’s will.
Now that Sukumar and Jr NTR have joined hands to do a flick, once again Devi Sri Prasad is back into the game. This NTR made it clear that it would be DSP how bad the delays would be. Also with Sukku at the helm, there is no way the team will miss this talented composer. Hope DSP lives upto their expectations.
Will Kodandaram Work For Talasani defeat?
Telangana TDP demanded TJAC chairman Kodandaram give a call to defeat Talasani Srinivas Yadav. T TDP official spokesman Nannuri Narisireddy blasted Telangana CM KCR saying he allowed Telangana traitor Talasani Srinivas Yadav into TRS and making him a minister.
He said Talasani who resigned from as Sanath Nagar MLA as he won as MLA form TDP ticket will now contest on TRS ticket and asked people to teach Talasani a lesson by defeating him. He requested TJAC chairman Kodandaram to come forward and unite all Telangana forces to defeat Talasani.
He said Talasani’s defeat in Sanath Nagar by elections should be a lesson for KCR who is inducting Telangana traitors in the Government.
Pranathy Gangaraju Is Miss India America 2014
Telugu girl Pranathy Gangaraju was crowned Miss India USA 2014. Miss India USA is the oldest running Indian pageant outside India. 19 year old Pranathy is a student in film acting and production. Singing, dancing, writing and swimming are Pranathi’s hobbies. New York-based IFC headed by Dharmatma Saran organised the 33rd annual pageant on Sunday.
Monica Gill, outgoing queen crowned Pranathy Gangaraju after she became the winner. Pranathy will noe represent USA in the Twenty Fourth Annual Miss India Worldwide Pageant, also organised by IFC, to be held in Goa, India in June of 2016.
24 year old Monica Shah of Florida and 27 year old Angela Nand of Hwaii came first and second runners up from 21 contestants from various parts of USA. Riya Kaur from New Jersey was crowned Miss Teen India USA and Namita Dodwadkar of Massachuseets was also crowned the First Ever Mrs India USA in the same pageant.
Urgently needed, a KCR for Rayalaseema!
The interests of Rayalaseema region have been more or less confined to the bin for the last six months after bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh. The first wicket fell when the capital city was announced as Vijayawada in a very hasty manner. With the AP CM Chandrababu more or less failing people for the time being, next the onus was on the YSRCP boss Jagan Mohan Reddy.
However, one who is not apt for running a political party, cannot be expected to stand for rights of Seema. Jagan cannot give up Andhra just like how he gave up Telangana as long as AP is at least united in the present shape. Keeping aside Babu’s so-called smart city plans for Kurnool and Chittoor, there are no concrete plans for overall development of Seema.
Good or bad, the TRS boss and Telangana CM KCR is aggressively committed for TS and many feel that now Rayalaseema needs one KCR to fight for its rights! But the fact remains that it can either be Naidu or Jagan who can take the initiative.
Jagan upset with MLAs! Why?
Yes! The Opposition leader of Andhra Pradesh, YSRCP Chief Jagan Mohan Reddy is totally upset. But,why? It is because when Jagan called for a meeting after the Assembly session, more than 50% of the MLAs were absent. This is surely a shock and an upsetting matter to Jagan. This clearly tells that Jagan has not been capable to handle his ministers and was not successful in running the party.
It has been only six months of opposition and the MLAs are fed up with Jagan? As per sources, Jagan called up each MLA personally to attend the meeting and discuss about the questions they need to raise in the Assembly but the MLA did not even listen to their Chief.

Gali Gets Bail from Hyd High Court
Mining baron and former Karnataka minister Gali Janardhan Reddy, who has been in jail for three years now since he was picked up by CBI on charges of illegal mining, managed to secure a bail in another case of “Cash for bail”. The High Court of judicature at Hyderabad on Thursday granted bail to Gali in connection with the case of “Cash for bail”. However, Gali has to spend more time in jail in OMC case.
Although he was expecting bail in OMC case as CBI offered him conditional bail with seven conditions, the counsel of Gali apparently objected one of the conditions. Asking the CBI to reconsider its conditions, the Supreme Court has put off the hearing of Gali’s bail application to next month. With this Gali has to stay in the jail for another one month.
According to reports, the CBI has insisted on the court barring Mr Reddy from visiting Ballari after getting out on bail and on him remaining in Bengaluru. It has made it clear he cannot go abroad and will have to report to the jurisdictional police station once a week. He has also been told not to threaten witnesses or destroy evidence.
