సరే, తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర సమితితో రాజకీయంగా ‘అవగాహన’ వుంది కాబట్టి, ఆ అవగాహనే, 2019 ఎన్నికల్లో వైసీపీకి ఉపయోగపడింది కాబట్టి, తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర సమితి నుంచి ఏ విమర్శ వచ్చినా, వైఎస్ జగన్ లైట్ తీసుకోవచ్చేమో. కానీ, రాష్ట్ర ప్రజల ఆత్మగౌరవం మాటేమిటి.? లంకలో పుట్టినోళ్ళంతా రాక్షసులే, ఆంధ్రలో పుట్టినోళ్ళెవరూ తెలంగాణ బాగుని కోరుకోరంటూ తెలంగాణ నాయకులు విమర్శించినప్పుడన్నా రాష్ట్రం తరఫున వైఎస్ జగన్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి హోదాలో వకాల్తా పుచ్చుకోవాలి కదా.? కానీ, వైఎస్ జగన్ నోరు మెదపడంలేదు.
తాజాగా, తెలంగాణ ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేసీయార్.. ఇంకోసారి పదునైన మాటల్ని వదిలేశారు. ‘ఆంధ్రా.. దాదాగిరీ చేస్తోంది..’ అంటూ తీవ్రస్థాయిలో విరుచుకుపడ్డారు కేసీయార్. ఏపీ వైపు నుంచి సజ్జల రామకృష్ణారెడ్డి, ‘దాదాగిరీ అంటే, 30 టీఎంసీల నీళ్ళని వృధాగా సముద్రంలోకి వదిలెయ్యడమే కదా..’ అంటూ ఎద్దేవా చేసి ఊరుకున్నారు.
వైఎస్ రాజశేఖర్ రెడ్డిపై విమర్శల్ని వైఎస్ జగన్ లైట్ తీసుకోవచ్చుగాక.. అది కుటుంబ వ్యవహారమని సరిపెట్టుకోవచ్చు. కానీ, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రంపై తెలంగాణ నుంచి విమర్శల దాడి జరుగుతున్నప్పుడు, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా, రాష్ట్ర ప్రజల ఆత్మగౌరవం దెబ్బతినకుండా చూడాల్సిన బాధ్యత వైఎస్ జగన్ మోహన్ రెడ్డి మీద వుంది.
‘రాష్ట్రమెలా అవమానాల పాలైతే నాకేం.? నాకు ముఖ్యమంత్రి పదవి వుంది.. ఆ పదవిలో నేను నిమ్మకు నీరెత్తినట్లే వ్యవహరిస్తాను..’ అని వైఎస్ జగన్ అనదలచుకుంటే, చెయ్యడానికేమీ లేదు. ఇంతకీ, ఒకప్పటి వైఎస్ జగన్, ఇప్పటి వైఎస్ జగన్.. ఇద్దరూ ఒకరేనా.? లేదంటే, అప్పటికీ ఇప్పటికీ.. వైఎస్ జగన్ అనే వ్యక్తి నైతికతలో, పౌరుషంలో పోల్చలేనంత మార్పు వచ్చేసిందా.?
Jeevan Reddy, Sridhar Babu skip Revanth’s Huzurabad meet
If one thought that the dissidence has died down and all is well in the Telangana Pradesh Congress, one may be in for a surprise. It appears that all the leaders are not reconciled to Revanth Reddy’s appointment as the TPCC chief. Two key leaders from North Telangana – Jeevan Reddy and D Sridar Babu, have given a miss to the key strategy meeting on Huzurabad bye-elections.
On Wednesday, the Congress organized an important meeting to discuss Huzurabad issue. Election Coordination Committee chief Damodara Rajanarsimha, working presidents Mahesh Goud, Jagga Reddy and Anjan Kumar Yadav and former MP Ponnam Prabhakar Goud were present at the meeting presided over by Revanth Reddy. But both Jeevan Reddy and Sridhar Babu, who were appointed as the coordinators for the Huzurabad bypoll, stayed away from the meeting.
Sources say this appeared to be a deliberate act as both the leaders were present in Hyderabad on Wednesday. While Jeevan Reddy returned to Hyderabad after a tour of Godavarikhani, Sridhar Babu was very much in Hyderabad. The absence of these two leaders is being considered significant as both are strong leaders from North Telangana and both were in the reckoning for the PCC chief post. In fact, Jeevan Reddy is upset over the way the High Command has initially asked him to head the PCc and then backtracked. Sridhar Babu was not given any key post in the PCC.
The Congress Party has not yet decided on the candidate for the Huzurabad bypoll. Its strongest contender Kaushik Reddy has joined the TRS and has been made an MLC in governor’s quota. The party has no candidate as of now.
Inside News: Varun Tej’s Ghani locks Diwali release
The makers of Varun Tej’s Ghani have announced that there a big update on the film will be out tomorrow. “Most awaited & exciting update coming your way from Mega Prince @IAmVarunTej ‘s #Ghani Tomorrow at 5:04 PM,” the statement read.
As per our well-placed sources, the makers of Ghani have decided to release the film in theaters this Diwali season.
Ghani has locked the Diwali release and the same will be confirmed with a new poster of the film tomorrow. It will be the first Telugu film to lock Diwali holiday season release.
While Ghani doesn’t have any competitors from Tollywood as of now, it will be facing some competition from Rajinikanth’s Annaatthe which is also announced for Diwali release.
Ghani, starring Varun Tej, Saiee Manjrekar, Upendra, and Sunil Shetty in the lead roles will be out in theatres this November. The boxing-based sports drama is directed by debutante Kiran Korrapati.

Especially, leaders like Ponaganti Mallaiah of Jammikunta, BC leader like Vakulabharanam Krishna Mohan, Gellu Srinivas, Sampath Kumar of Kamalapuram, Takkallapalli Rajeshwara Rao and others are said to be deeply unhappy. They reportedly met former MP and present Planning Board deputy chairperson Vinod Rao and expressed their displeasure at the appointment of Kaushik Reddy.
The TRS leaders are said to have complained that sincere and loyal party workers were being ignored in TRS. They said that Kaushik Reddy was too junior in the Congress itself and that there were several cases pending against Kaushik Reddy. They are said to have furnished a list of 60 cases pending against Kaushik Reddy.
Now, TRS strategists are worried that this decision could boomerang and several loyal TRS workers may become either inactive or work against the party. This may prove counter’productive for the party, they feel.

Jagan sacks three molls who leaked confidential info to pro-TDP media
Andhra Pradesh Government on Wednesday terminated the services of three government officials working in the finance department for leaking key financial information of the State Government. These three officials had leaked information to the media organisations, which wrote negative articles about the State Government’s precarious financial position.
The three officers are assistant secretary Nagulapati Venkateswarulu, section officers Kasireddy Varaprasad and D Sreenu Babu. The government has also initiated disciplinary proceedings against these officials on charges of divulging confidential information.
Of late, a section of media that is decidedly pro-TDP has been publishing stories about the state’s financial position. The sensitive information about borrowings and pledging of government assets found their way to these media houses. Opposition TDP has used this information to attack the YSRCP government. It is now being believed that there could be many moles in the AP Government who are helping the TDP on the sly. Several government employees are also believed to be still taking orders from Chandrababu Naidu and his cohorts. The ruling YSRCP is now trying to identify the other molls too.
Sources say there are umpteen incidents of key GOs, notifications finding their way to the table of Chandrababu Naidu even before they land on Ys Jagan Mohan Reddy’s desk. In fact, during the recent Krishna river water dispute with Telangana, the responses of the AP Government and their replies to the Krishna River Management Board were leaked to the Telangana government in advance. This helped Telangana to pre-empt AP’s plans.
Varun Tej’s Ghani Eyeing Diwali Release
If the latest reports are to be believed, Varun Tej’s Ghani is eyeing Diwali 2021 release. The makers are contemplating Diwali season release for the film.
Biggies like RRR, Pushpa, Sarkaru Vaari Paata, and Radhe Shyam have locked Dasara, Christmas, and Sankranthi release respectively. Diwali is the only season with relatively no competition and the makers of Ghani have locked the same.
A new poster of Ghani with the Diwali release update will be out tomorrow evening. The film is all but confirmed to release this Diwali holiday season.
Ghani is directed by Kiran Korrapti and it is billed to be a sports drama. Varun Tej plays a boxer in the film, which also stars Saiee Manjrekar, Sunil Shetty, and Upendra in the lead roles.
Ghani is likely to wage a box office battle with Rajnikanth’s Annatthe which is announced for Diwali release as well.
WhatsApp launches ‘View Once’ feature
Washington: Popular messaging application WhatsApp has finally added the disappearing photos and videos feature to the stable version of the app. The feature is called ‘View Once’ and works similarly to Instagram’s expiring media feature.
As per The Verge, the feature is being rolled out today. It will delete photos or videos from users’ chats after they have been opened by the recipient.
When sending a photo or video, you can make it view once by tapping the “1” button to the left of the send button. After the recipient opens it, it will be deleted. The recipient will be able to see that it is a disappearing photo, so it is still the type of thing you’d only want to use for people you trust to not take a screenshot.
The company has confirmed that any content users send using the new feature will not be saved to the recipient’s Photos or Gallery.
The messaging application will not allow users to forward, save, star, or share photos or videos that were sent or received with the ‘View Once’ feature. Users can only see if a recipient has opened a View Once photo or video if they have read receipts turned on.
The company also stated that if the photo or video sent through the new feature is not opened within 14 days of it being sent, then the media will expire from the chat. However, one can restore the ‘View once media’ from backup if the message remains unread at the time of backup.
But if the media has already been opened then it will not be included in the backup and can’t be restored.
The downside of the feature is that WhatsApp allows users to take a screenshot of the media before it disappears. Additionally, the individual will not get notified if someone takes a screenshot of the photo or video sent.
In June, Mark Zuckerberg confirmed that the feature would be coming, though details about when it would release were scarce. According to WaBetaInfo, the feature has been in beta for about a month.
