Suresh Babu Pushed Venky Mama for Salman Khan
Leaving the whole of November to some small budgeted films and those movies of small heroes, Tollywood is right now focussing on December big time. While the likes of Ruler, Disco Raja and Prathiroju Pandage are set for December 20th, now Venky Mama is aiming at 25th release.
Trade circuits have initially expected Venky Mama to release on 20th itself as producer Suresh Babu himself had many theatres in hand. But then, he surprised them all by choosing 25th as the date and there seems to be another reason altogether regarding the same. Reports are coming that Suresh is actually releasing a big Hindi film that day in Telugu states.
On December 20th, Salman Khan’s Dabangg 3 is hitting cinemas across the world. Other than the multiplex chains, rest of the release of the film in Hindi and Telugu versions, across Telugu states, will be taken care of Suresh Babu, say reports. That’s the reason he left out 20th, as he has to give many theatres to the Salman starrer directed by Prabhudeva.
As Suresh Babu holds a massive control on the distribution system and also owns many theatres, surely he could call the shots in whichever possible direction he wants to. Isn’t it?
Colony Set Built, Temple Set Next For #Chiru152
Megastar Chiranjeevi’s next film is being directed by Koratala Siva, and the film will be more of the director’s style. As reports suggested earlier, it will have elements related to saving temple lands and naxalism, where Chiranjeevi is likely to be seen in a dual role.
Currently, the team of Koratala Siva have come up with two new sets at the Kokapet farmland owned by Megastar Chiranjeevi’s family. After demolishing the sets built for Sye Raa, they have come up with a colony set and another house that is supposed to be heroine’s house, in this area. Very soon, Koratala will be starting to shoot at this location.
Reports have that Koratala’s art director is currently working on the designs of a temple set and they are likely to set up a temple based on the look and design of Simhachalam temple. Like how Gunasekhar came up with Madurai temple set for Mahesh’s Arjun movie, now Koratala will be carving this temple for #Chiru152, a source revealed.
However, as there is lot of cost-cutting advised, they are also said to be thinking to avoid building this temple set and shoot it at a real temple in the interiors of Telangana where they will not face trouble from onlookers.

Taking a short break from the shooting of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, suddenly stylish star Allu Arjun has landed up in Paris, France, along with his personal team. One wonders what is going on, but here is why he went there.
Well, to live up to the name ‘Stylish Star’, Allu Arjun never leaves the styling completely to his stylists and he involves in buying clothes, choosing colours and patterns. Other day he was in Paris, shopping at the famous department stores like Galeries Lafayette and Printemps, where he’s seen buying clothes of brands like Prada, Marc Jacobs, Ladurée and Merci.

Hyderabad may become the second capital: BJP leader
Ever since the BJP managed to win four Lok Sabha seats in Telangana, the party has set its focus on the state. By 2023, the saffron party wants to emerge as a strong force and in fact wants to form the next government in the state.
For this, the BJP is doing all the tricks to counter and weaken the ruling TRS party and among their strategies is too declare Hyderabad as the second capital city of India. Many BJP leaders have commented pro and against this proposal.
Internally Telangana BJP leaders want Hyderabad to be made as second capital of India but they are fearing public outrage and it might put water on their efforts to get strengthened in the state.
A BJP leader has once again made comments on this issue and sparked a fresh debate. He is former Maharashtra Governor CH Vidyasagar Rao. Taking part in a book launch event, Vidyasagar Rao said, Hyderabad may become the second capital considering the pollution and livable conditions in New Delhi.
“Looking at the situation in the national capital, Dr. BR Ambedkar’s wish might turn into reality and Hyderabad would become the second capital of the country,” said Vidya Sagar Rao addressing the gathering.
However the BJP leader cleverly linked the pollution in New Delhi to the second capital issue and tried to bring up a new point in this. But this is clearly the BJP leader’s personal opinion and don’t think there will be any takers from the party.

As Sanjjanaa is known for her bold appearances on the screen for a time, many thought that this adult web series from Geetha Arts will be on the likes of those made by Ekta Kapoor for ALT Balaji OTT platform. There in Balaji, there is lot of nudity like a double-x movie, and many wondered if Geetha Arts is also coming up with the same stuff. But here is the truth.
Like how these days we’ve seen some adult-one-liner movies like Maruthi’s Ee Rojullo, this web series will have a touch of those adult dialogues with lots of double entendres. Sources associated with Geetha Arts clarified that there is no question of such nudity and other sleazy stuff coming from such a reputed banner.
Currently, Geetha Arts is making almost four web series at the present in association with a couple of other producers in the Telugu industry. We wonder if they will be launching their own OTT or sells them off to other leading players like Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Better shift the capital to Pulivendula: Pawan to Jagan
Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan came down heavily on AP CM YS Jagan and also made satirical comments that he is free enough to change the capital city from Amaravati to Pulivendula.
Pawan met his party activists in Vizag and reviewed his party’s prospects in several constituencies. Later speaking Pawan said, ‘CM Jagan can shift the capital to Pulivendula and if the High Court is established in Kurnool, then his travel expenses and time would reduce and can save some money.’
On the controversial GO of re-designating the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Pratibha Puraskar awards, Pawan said, Jagan saw the outrage coming from public and so took the G.O. back. He cleverly covered the issue by saying that he had no clue. ‘How can a person in CM chair has no knowledge about a G.O.?’ questioned Pawan.
The Jana Sena chief advised his partymen to work hard to strengthen the party in district and later he met party activists of Gajuwaka from where he contested and lost in the last elections.
Young Director Not Interested In Suresh Babu’s Proposal?
The piece of news is already out that Tamil blockbuster Asuran will be remade in Telugu with Venkatesh as the lead. But the moment this is announced, many are wondering about the possible director of the movie, as directing the film like a Vetrimaran is a tough thing owing to the intensity he carves out in every scene.
Earlier it was heard that Suresh Babu has actually given the opportunity to Tharun Bhascker, who is actually preparing another story for the producer’s brother. However, Tharun is said to have smoothly declined the offer as he doesn’t want to handle a remake at this stage of his career. After his second film failed to click and his acts as a hero failed to impress big time, surely his next film should be quite strong.
With Tharun declining to take up the chance, we hear that Suresh Babu has touched Ohmkar now, who is actually looking forward to directing big stars.
