Paisa Vasool: Cinema Flop, Show Superhit
Balakrishna and Puri Jagannadh’s Paisa Vasool might end as a disaster as the film’s buyers are expected to lose half of their money, but their TV show turned out to be super hit.
Surprisingly, Balayya and Puri’s appearance in the show No.1 Yaari has got very good rating. As per the data, the show earned a TRP of 11.99. This is indeed a fabulous response.
The interesting promos featuring Balayya’s dance moves and his hugs to Rana said to have struck an instant chord with the viewers pulling the viewers to watch the show.
Balayya rarely comes on TV and his interaction with Rana seems to have worked out very well on the Telly. On the whole, the organisers of the show are laughing all the way to the bank with its super success. All thanks to Balayya!

Director’s ‘Special’ Deal With Heroines!
Most directors retain some actors or aspects of their previous hit films in their new film, some out of sentiment and some for luck. It seems young director Anil Ravipudi too follows one such sentiment.
Anil Ravipudi made his directorial debut with Kalyan Ram Nandamuri’s super hit film, ‘Pataas’. Shruti Sodhi played the female lead in that film. He made her dance for a special song in his next film, ‘Supreme’. Now, the director has roped in Raashi Khanna, the female lead in ‘Supreme’ for a special song in his new film, ‘Raja The Great’.
Raashi herself announced that she would be making a special appearance in a song in ‘Raja The Great’. This is the first special song in her career, and she is quite excited. The film is slated to hit screens on 12th October.
Raashi had earlier paired up with Ravi Teja in ‘Bengal Tiger’, and she is once again romancing in his next film, ‘Touch Chesi Chudu’. ‘Raja The Great’ is her third outing with him, albeit in a special role in this film.
Balayya’s Beating!! Tarak’s Buttering!!
Right now, an interesting video featuring Jr NTR hugging a fan at Jai Lava Kusa pre-release like trailer launch event is going viral. And that video reminded many of versatile hero Vikram hugging his fan at an awards ceremony when security people have beaten him. But another interesting observation is also being made in this video.
Actually these days, Nandamuri Balakrishna is entering bad books of social media users by slapping his fans. While there are hardcore devotees like Puri Jagan who hailed Balayya’s beating as a token of love and fans enjoy that touch, the explanation is neither logical nor hypothetical.

What is worrying Spyder Producers?
Right from the teaser to its songs, the constant complaint that is heard about Mahesh Babu’s Spyder among most of Telugus is that the film has “Tamil” falvour. However, here is the twist.
The makers are not worried about this at all and in fact, much confident that this would not be a major problem with the local audience. But what is worrying them instead is Tamil audience who allegedly have more regional feeling.
As already revealed, the entire story of the film is set in Hyderabad. Even Tamil and Malayalam versions has the same Hyderabad backdrop. Now, the producers are apparently little worried about this fact rather than the “Tamil’ flavour talk in Telugu areas. Although Lyca is releasing the film, the original produces seem to have entered into MG (minimum guarantee) agreement.
Even the makers have planned a massive release across the US and Rest of India. While the Telugu version will be released in over 260 locations in 600-plus screens, the Tamil version is expected to release in about 150-plus locations. This is said to be second-biggest release for an Indian film in overseas.
The situation is no different in domestic area. Since Murugudoss directed it, there is reasonably good expectation in Telugu. So on the whole, producers are keeping their fingers crossed.

In the police investigation, the accused has reportedly confessed that he conceived the idea of killing his girlfriend from his favorite Crime Serial, ‘Narcos’, an internationally popular web series based on the life of the most notorious Mexican gangster, Pablo Escobar.
He added that he didn’t need any weapon, and killed Chandini with his bare hands as he had watched many such murders in the serial. He even said that he had watched the latest episode of the serial when he went home on last Saturday night after murdering Chandini, how cruel, criminal and fearless his mind has become!!
The baffling part of the story is, he is just 17-year-old (officially), a minor, so police were scared when he narrated the calmness he had exhibited while and after committing a murder!! Since he is a minor, he will be tried under the juvenile justice act.
Big day for Mahesh and Tarak fans
Superstar Mahesh babu and Young Tiger NTR are all set to test their luck with their respective films during this Dasara season. While Tarak’s Jai Lava Kusa has been aimed for September 21st release, Mahesh is gearing up for September 27th release with Spyder.
The audio of Jai Lava Kusa received mixed response however Tarak’s performance in the trailer kept the expectations on the film high. The makers are all set to surprise the audience with the fifth song which is an item number which comes on the lines ‘Swing Zara’. Tamannaah shaked leg with Tarak in the item number.
The makers are in plans to release the glimpses of the song tomorrow which is going to surprise the audience. Spyder pre-release event will take place tomorrow in Shilpa Kala Vedika, Hyderabad.
The theatrical trailer of Spyder too will be unveiled during the event. Spyder audio received mixed response from the audience as it had too much Tamil flavor. Hence Superstar’s fans are eagerly waiting for the theatrical trailer.
On the whole, September 15th is a big day for both Mahesh and Tarak as two crucial trailers will be out. Both the films have been carrying huge buzz and they have been sold out for massive prices. Talk Of TN: Reddy Hero’s Rs.1 Donation
Actor Vishal Reddy, who has time and again strove and fought for the welfare of farmers, has now started a noble initiative for their sake.
The actor has announced that Rs.1 from every ticket bought for his latest film “Thupparivaalan” across the theatres in Tamil Nadu, will be donated to farmers of the state. If the film is watched by 1 Cr people in Tamil Nadu in its full run, he will donate Rs.1 Cr to the farmers’ welfare. Pegged to be a detective thriller, “Thupparivaalan” hit screens today, September 14.
Vishal’s thoughtful initiative has been welcomed by industry people as well as general audiences. Many producers are expected to follow Vishal’s initiative to help out farmers. It is heard that Vishal will implement this kind gesture for all his films in future.
In the past, Vishal has actively participated in the farmers protests, he even met the Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and urged him to resolve the issues of Tamil Nadu farmers.
First Look: Lavish designs for AP High Court, Secretariat
The leading British architect company Norman Fosters and Partners, on Wednesday, submitted the final blueprint of State Assembly and High Court designs of Amaravati, new capital of Andhra Pradesh, to Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. The draft submitted to govt. include designs of Secretariat, department blocks, High Court and internal offices.
Babu, who looked into blue print, is happy about the lavish Secretariat design in diamond shape and High Court reflecting a Buddha statue. A special meeting is arranged in this regard to discuss and get response of other ministers and speaker K Sivaprasad. Furthermore, the Chief Minister asked Norman Fosters designing team to come up with few more sketches for High Court and iterated that he wouldn’t compromise on infrastructure of new capital.
The State assembly will be built in 35acres of land and it’s going to be a four-stored building of 40meters height. While 300+ members can be accommodated in the legislative assembly, 125 members can be chaired in legislative council. A museum is sketched on top of the building which will have access to common public as well.
On other hand, the state High Court is planned in 50 acres of land. It is 6-stored block with 48 court rooms and can house 5000 people.
Offices, Chambers, Secretary rooms are designed 300-400 meters away from the assembly building and Norman Posters team gave two designs for the same and that needs to be finalized by state government.
Babu and his team of ministers will come to a conclusion on the designs after the meeting on Thursday morning.
Lokesh Learnt From Dad’s Mistakes!
In what could be a smart and audacious political move, Panchayat Raj & IT Minister and TPD national general secretary Nara Lokesh has made it clear that Srungavarapu Kota sitting MLA Lalitha Kumari would be given ticket in the next elections as well. During his visit to Vizianagaram district to participate in Intinta TDP program, Nara Lokesh made the above comments.
Politically all is not well in Srungavarapu Kota as there has been bad blood between present MLA Lalitha Kumari and ex MLA Hymavathi. Already both groups have been active and were strong in the five Mandals of the constituency. This had turned headache for high command. Although the issue had been reached to the ministers from the district, none could solve it. Lokesh finally stepped in and took the decision in favour of sitting MLA Lalitha. With Lokesh’s statement clearly in favour of the present MLA, rival Hymavathi and her followers are deeply upset.
However, political experts opine that it wouldn’t be much problem politically. This is indeed a smart move by Lokesh. Rather than beating around the bush and holding this for long till the elections, Lokesh clarifying the high command’s stand clears the ambiguity and helps the true party workers to take clear stand to work for the party and its representative in the constituency.
In fact, Chandrababu Naidu had earned a bad popularity for delaying such political decisions and maintaining balanced stand with either parties that had backfired several times. But Lokesh now gone ahead and took a bold step.
Also the fact that Lokesh has made the announcement just after TDP’s sound victory in both Nandyal, Kakinada is good, well-calculated move as not many party workers wouldn’t be interested to quit TDP at this juncture. On the whole, it is good job by Lokesh.
