Three Top Heroes Bowled Over by Varma
Young director Sudhir Varma has made quite an impression with his debut Swamy Ra Ra that went on to be a runaway hit.
His second film Dohchay featuring Naga Chaitanya and Kriti Sanon is all set to hit the marquee on this Friday.
The promos and songs of Dohchay are showing lot of promise and it looks like Sudhir has another winner on hands.
Sudhir Varma has caught the attention of big heroes with his unique style of filmmaking. Sources say that Ram Charan and Raviteja are very keen on teaming up with Sudhir Varma.
Recently Raviteja called Sudhir Varma and asked if he has a script that suits him, said the sources. If the buzz is to be believed Ram Charan’s manager also contacted Sudhir Varma to enquire about his future ventures.
Even Prabhas is impressed with Sudhir varma’s Swamy Ra Ra that he is willing to team up with him very soon.
Sudhir Varma is surely going to bag a biggie if Dohchay hits big with three of the frontline heroes already in race for him.
It would be interesting to see how Sudhir Varma presents a top hero without compromising his personal style.
Fact Sheet: KCR’s Hour Of Shame!
It is easily the lowest point in the tenure of KCR to date as NDTV carried a scathing article on how baby girls can be bought and sold in Telangana for as low as Rs 3000.
A sting operation carried out by an NDTV reporter in Nalgonda, Telangana revealed the thriving business for new born females and how the girl child was considered a liability by the poor tribals who are mired in debt and prefer a boy.
In the tribal belt of the state, where there is extreme poverty, many think it is pragmatic to give up a baby girl, especially if they also get some money in exchange that can help their needy families.
Photographs of the babies were being made available on WhatsApp. Ironical that technology is being made use of in one of the most backward districts of Telangana.
The article questioned whether it was desperation, helplessness or a conspiracy of silence that had converted baby girls into commodities who could be so easily sold and bought?
The story is so disturbing that it has naturally caught the attention of the entire nation and painted a poor picture of the State and its administration.
What will be the fate of these young babies? What atrocities will be perpetrated on them? All because their CM is too preoccupied with creating a ‘Bangaru Telangana’ for the Kalavakuntla family?
A State Without Farmers: Naidu’s Goal
Going by his actions when in power, it appears as if Chandrababu’s intention is to see to it that Andhra Pradesh becomes a farmer-less state.
Grabbing lands and fertile agricultural lands at that, seems to have become an obsession with him.
While the controversial land-pooling scheme in Tulluru is playing havoc with the lives of farmers there where 38000 acres of fertile land are going to sacrificed for concrete structures, he is all set to replicate the infamous scheme in Bhogapuram.
15000 acres of land is being acquired in Bhogapuram under the land pooling scheme for the airport coming up there.
YS Jagan has lashed out at Naidu over this move. “The market rate for one acre of land in Bhogapuram is nearly Rs 2 crore. If Naidu grabs these lands and gives the farmers, 1000 sq. yards or 15000 sq. yards under land pooling, where will these farmers go? Also, why does the government need 15000 acres for an airport? And that too in Bhogapuram when the one in Vizag itself is struggling to see any traffic? If the 350 acres of Vizag airport are not enough then a further 1000 acres might be acquired there itself instead of destroying 15000 acres in Bhogapuram,” said YS Jagan.
He vowed to support the farmers of Bhogapuram in their fight against the government.
