Pawan Kalyan to Replace Aamir in PK Remake?

Share
Power Star Pawan Kalyan is the front-runner for the Telugu remake of PK. The Aamir Khan-Anushka Sharma starrer opened to exceptional reviews barring few controversies. The buzz doing the rounds in Film Nagar is that few Telugu producers are vying up to bag the remake rights of the film and one among them is producer-Pawan’s close aide Sharath Marrar.
Talk has it that Sharath is quite impressed with PK and keen to buy its remake rights. He is toying with the idea to cast none other than Pawan Kalyan provided he agrees to do. Presently, Sharath is busy with his maiden production venture Gopala Gopala, which in turn is a remake of Oh My God.
And his next production venture is most-awaited Gabbar Singh 2. If Sharath casts Pawan for PK remake, this would be the third project with the same star in a row.

Leader of Opposition Y S Jaganmohan Reddy on Tuesday ridiculed Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for giving a “build-up” on Kolleru lake contour issue in the Assembly.
During a debate on reduction of Kolleru Contours to three from five on the last day of the Assembly session here, Jagan alleged that Chandrababu Naidu had pressed his “henchmen” to impress the House with “cock and bull” stories on the issue.
“Why didn’t Naidu take up the issue during his nine-year rule?” he asked. Jagan recalled that the Centre had already accepted a similar move of unanimous resolution made by then chief minister Y S Rajasekhar Reddy in 2008.

Line Cleared for Nandamuri Hero!

The good fortune of Kalyan Ram has just begun! Although this statement looks a bit odd considering the recent tragedy in the high-profile family, the positive developments on the film front makes us say so!!
In fact, Kalyan Ram was a bit skeptical about releasing ‘Pataas’ for Pongal 2015 as two biggies ‘I’ (January 9th) and ‘Gopala Gopala’ (January 14th) are in the race and getting sandwiched willn’t help him any way.
As a blessing in disguise, ‘I’ release got postponed to January 14th. This development paves way for the release of ‘Pataas’ on January 9th and eventually uses the 5-day festival advantage before the biggies arrive.
Dil Raju acquiring the theatrical rights of the movie will come in handy too. If everything falls in place, ‘Pataas’ audio launch will be on January 1st and it might also be the first Sankranthi release of 2015. Wish good luck to Kalyan Ram!
